The service was good. Great location. Sat out on the 'patio' for lunch. Nice to get some air and have other shoppers see what you're eating. Food was great. Did not come out cold. Service was great. Definitely would come back again when I am back in town. Tried the new Korean BBQ sauce. Eh, I give that one 2/5 stars.

My buddy and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch a Vikings game and we sat down in the bar area, which had a ton of TVs on the wall. Our waitress really didn't seem to want to be there, but then all of the servers in there seemed kind of crabby. Anyway, I ordered a 3 dollar Miller Lite and looked over the menu. Lots of good choices, nothing very healthy, but solid for a bar menu. My friend ordered the chicken nachos, which blew my expectations away. Even thought it was heavily processed cheese, for some reason it melded wonderfully with the chips and ground up fowl. It was REALLY good. Our waitress continued being grumpy, but after a few more beers, I didn't really notice anymore. I did have one Surly Furious to balance out all the crap beer I was drinking. It was $6 though, so if you don't get beer on special, it is a little pricey. My friend and I will definitely be back here, but I wish there was a better place in the mall to watch the game. Lots of TVs, solid beer special, and good food. But minus one for the grumpy servers in there.
Love me some BW's. Service at this location was very good. Beer selection great also....as it should be. My family thought the noise level was way too high on the TV's. Make sure to try the local beers. They also have a local app cheese curds. Fried cheese.....not bad.

We went there today and had the worst service I've ever experienced. We first get there after waiting 30 mins for a table. We try to order drinks and we are told half the items on the bar menu they were out of. My friend ordered a black cherry mojito, *which had rotten mint leaves in it* Then I tried to order a regular mojito, which apparently the bartender couldn't make? After waiting an hour and a half, we still didn't get any kind of food. Other tables were walking out, and the tables that got there 30 minutes after us started getting their food. We were so over the whole thing we just left. We left hungry and pissed off. We definitely won't be going back.

There are only two reasons I enjoy this place: 1) Trivia, I'm addicted to it and want to play whenever I can. 2) The Coke bar...They have one of those machines whereby you can combine flavors and sodas in 100s of combos...well maybe just 100, either way, hello strawberry Sprite! The staff...is...well...odd. I've experienced good servers and meh servers. The gals doing the seating confuse me. Why do you ask if I want to sit at a high top table like you're going to escort me back to them and then just say, go take a look in the bar? Why not say, if you'd like to check to see if there's space in the bar, you can seat yourself? Otherwise you can seat me? Why is this concept difficult? Managers, please draft a better script for your people.

Hmm I feel like I am always excited to come here but then I leave disappointed that I paid double the price of fast food fare for the same type of food. Don't get me wrong; when you are in the mood for wings, BWW is totally going to hit the spot! But all it really entails is cheaply fried food with tons of sauce. It's only over $1.20 but I was slightly annoyed that they were trying to nickel and dime us on celery especially since my husband had wings and we had to request it. I don't want to be petty but lets be real, it's annoying. This place isn't terrible but it's really not that great either. Meh!

I'll preface by saying that the food was decent but my issue here was the service. It was easily the worst service I have ever had at a Buffalo wild wings. First off, our waitress was very obnoxious. She started off when one person we were with ordered the unlimited wings and she said in a condescending tone "you aren't allowed to share them, they'll be for you only!" and he's like "no shit, I eat here all the time, I know!" and then, our order took a total of 40 minutes to arrive. Even our drinks took 10 minutes! We weren't getting anything exotic, we were only getting sodas! Then our order finally arrived and our wings were lacking in sauce and she didn't even bring napkins....this is buffalo wild wings....wings *drowned* in sauce (at least normally) and you don't think to bring napkins!? *then* the waitress was never to be seen and when we asked for 2 things, napkins and extra sauce on the side, she took her time in retrieving both of the above. The resturant was not busy at the time we were there, there is absolutely no excuse for being slow. I then asked for another waiter to send the manager over and he promptly came and then he almost instantly caved when we complained and dropped a fair bit off of our bill. When the manager caves that quickly, you know there is a consistent issue at this location. Also, the instant we complained, the orders for more of the unlimited wings suddenly started to come within 5 minutes of the order. Buffalo wild wings is good but this *specific* location is *not*. I probably would go again and give it another shot and hope the service is better but, I don't have much faith in this location. Who knows, maybe by the next time i'm at the MOA, things will be better.

My buddy and I met here because I was in the area. It's not a place I would normally go to MOA for because there are several near me. We sat at the bar and I didn't catch the bartenders names (my fault I'm sure they did introduce them selves) but one was a blond girl about to turn 22 and one was a brunette. They where both super nice and great and being there when you need something but not "hovering" when you don't. They both had amazing personalities and where a joy to meet. The food is always great for a chain place so I'm maintaining the 5 star because I knew going in it was a chain restaurant. Drink specials for happy hour are great, they give deals on good liquor not just crappy bar rail ( jack, captain, and absolute are all $3) and wings are discounted on Tuesday's.

Still the same goodness with the wings though....However had to wait about 10 minutes to get seated even though the outside lounge was pretty much empty. Got the beer a lil late though but the waiter was kind enough to apologize for the delay.

One of the worst experiencesi have ever had, i would have thought being in the moa you would want to have better than average service. Not the case here. My husband and i were winding down our mall experience and had a gift card for bww, so we decided to grab takeout. It was one of the days the world cup was on so they were extremely busy. We were in no hurry, so we placed an order of two small wings and an apoitizer. The cashier was friendly enough and told us we could sit out on the "patio" and wait, where the people waiting for tables could order drinks. First of all, the area was filthy. They must have expected A crowd being a sports bar, and scheduled more employees right.... Fast foreward an hour and 20 min later...yes 80 minutes. I was being extremely gracious with the time, after all it was a big day and we really had no where important to be. But when we noticedvthe time, and the fact we were the only ones left in the area, which was atill filthy by the way, i went up to ask about our order, walked by the girl who took our order eating.....the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and called the first girl back. This is what she said: "I was wondering when you were giing to come back and get your food. We usually give out the pagers but we didnt have any left. There ya go." The recipt on the order said it took 10 minutes to make. And it sat in the little wamer for 70 minutes. They didnt care at all. Finally i just walked away with my lukewarm food. Vowing never to return and to warn everyone i know. Unless your a mind reader, skip bww and mosy on down to kokomos. Its always better at the beach!

For what this is, the food is decent. Service is great, HH specials are wonderful, and we do come here often. I realize i"m giving this 4 stars, but for what it is. The beer is cold, service is great, and we do visit here often.

Fast food and lots of large TVs. Once we ordered we had wings in 5 minutes. There was plenty if space for large groups hanging out together.

Took 45 minutes to get cold wings... Don't go here, they have no idea what they are doing, which is shocking for a formulaic chain restaurant.

Wow. I had a so-so experience at Buffalo Wild Wings last week for lunch in Roseville. So I thought I'd give them another chance and went to the Bloomington/MOA location. Let me tell you the Buffalo Wild Wings experience got worse. The entire restaurant was dirty. Water spills on the floor, the bathroom unclean (big No No for me), and we were sitting in the bar near one of the drink stations. That should have been the sign for me to turn and run. Our server, Lauren, was very nice, but we only saw her four or five times during the entire visit, and only had our drinks refilled once. When the food came out the food runner said, "Who had the salad?" My answer: "We both had salads." When she said, "Who had the wings?" I said, "Which wings?", and she could not identify the Lemon Pepper wings. They were out of fat free Ranch, so I asked what other fat free dressings they had, and she had to ask someone. She never returned with my dressing. Too hungry to wait for Lauren to return, I began to eat my salad, sans dressing. Finally, Lauren came over and I told her about the dressing, and she came back with some. Based on this visit, I would not have to return to a Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. The food wasn't that outstanding, and the lack of service makes me want to spend my consumer dollars elsewhere. If I'm craving wings, I can always go to that other place where they also serve wings. Now what's it called again???

Fine, you want to be a sports bar. Cover every available surface with a flat-screen, if that's what people expect. Make me shout over the new Justin Bieber song so your apathetic, inattentive waitress can hear me if you think that's a good idea. But at the very least, serve some decent food. It was cheap, anyway, and the Coke Freestyle thing elevates it above the one star I'm forced to give.

I've been to BWWs in Chanhassen, MN, many times and the service and food are great. The MOA location needs to send its staff to Chanhassen to see how things SHOULD be done. Each time I've been to the MOA location the server's take forever to acknowledge us and the food takes even longer. So disappointed every time.

Slowest BW3s ever!! Tons of free tables, but yet it took us 35 minutes to get a table. Once we were seated, it took over 45 minutes to get food for 2 adults & 2 small kids. Considering this was the night if the National Championship for D2 hockey & MN was in the game, you'd think they'd be more prepared. Our server was very nice...I get the impression it's more of a kitchen problem.

Went here last night (Sunday 3-29-15) just minutes before 9pm the guy and girl standing at the hostess desk advised us that it would be better to do take out since they closed in an hour. I'm not sure how that logic works, but, whatever. We ordered and it took 45 minutes to finally get our food, they forgot the wings the boy had to run back "Oh I know where they are" then why didn't you get them the first time? Got home and they forgot the fries we ordered for both of our meals. I gave this place two stars cause the food is ok, it's B-Dubs, they get absolutely 0 stars for the terrible customer service. Not impressed. Won't go back to this location. Going through the other reviews for this one they sound the same, so I'm surprised someone in upper management doesn't take a good hard long look at the service here and do something about it. I did not feel welcome, I felt like I was bothering the staff.

I love buffalo wild wings, I've tried every flavor and been to dozens of locations. This location ranks in the middle on the totem pole. The food was decent, I didn't have any problems but one person with me got cold food. We got an appetizer and my son knocked it on the floor, they were kind enough to replace it free of charge. We had excellent service our waiter was awesome. He was friendly, kind, and kept the drinks full. The MOA BWW atmosphere is loud, packed, and not really anything special. The TV on the day we were there was insanely loud, as in it was unpleasant to even sit there. This BWW gets the job done if you are looking for wings at the mall but in my opinion you're better off going to a different location.

BWW's is a chain based right here in Minnesota. They do a great job of creating a fun sports bar atmosphere. This location is great...staff are very helpful. Food is consistently good. If you're at the MOA searching for beer and wings, this is great.

As a frequent Bdubs costumer I was very disappointed in how the last few times at this location of the experience I had food been coming out late and tasted horrible this last time almost an hour plus with no explanation got one refill the whole time my family and I were there and I had to asked for it let just say I left without eating horrible dining experience this location has gone down not ever going to recommend this place to any one unless they step it back up

We are staving. Sitting on the bar for 10 minutes no service. The waitress are just walking by or chatting with other but no one come and serve us. It not seem like they are too busy today. I give this place two stars because at lease the food taste good. I addictive to the chicken wings here.

I was visiting Minneapolis for a work conference, and one afternoon we had time to visit The Mall of America! While at the mall my colleague and I stopped at a Buffalo Wild Wings. It was our first time ever there, as we don't have one where we are from. The experience started out like every other dinning out experience. Soon after we were seated, though we were approached by an employee asking if it was our first time dinning with them. When we said yes, he let us know his job was to let us know what Buffalo Wild Wings was all about, and make sure we had a great time. There was no single one thing this employee ( Who we would later find out was the "Guest Experience Captain" ) did to make our visit exceptional, but rather all the small things that added up. A short list of those includes, sampling the many sauces with some french fries. An explanation of the amazing coke soda fountain they had, complete with suggestions of what to mix with what ( including shots from the bar). The in depth knowledge of there beer selection, and the explanation of the house beer. All of this combined with a genuine feeling that this employee felt great making others feel great, makes this an experience I share with friends to this day. I still seek out Buffalo Wild Wings when I travel.

We have been to several Buffalo Wings locations and this new restaurant is amazing....TVs all over, fun outdoor area and big. We had a good experience there and the food was very good too. None of us got wings but we enjoyed some yummy salads and a nice chicken sandwich. We plan to go again. Fun atmosphere.

I have had great experiences at many other Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants, but my experiences at this particular location haven't been great. This is usually where my friends like to eat when we come to the mall, and quite honestly, if it wasn't for them, I would probably avoid this location all-together. When you arrive at this location, you are met by some very rude high school girl hostesses. Most of them seem annoyed that you are interrupting their conversations and actually making them work. They are also fairly clueless when it comes to helping out anyone in a wheelchair. The last three times I have eaten here, my husband has been in a wheelchair because of a leg surgery. Each time, I have had to be the one to actually move the chair for him to get his wheelchair up to the table and have then had to locate a new place for that chair to go while the hostess stood there looking helpless and confused. Most of the servers seem like they really don't want to be there. My most recent server rolled her eyes at me when I asked her about a new sauce they had and then continued to roll her eyes and sigh loudly any time I asked her for anything. She never refilled our drinks (we had to flag down other servers to help us out with that) and she pretty much slammed everything she brought to us down on our table. Other servers there have had pretty much the same attitude. It's almost impossible to get a drink refill unless you're drinking alcohol and they think they can up their sales by offering you another one. The food here is usually pretty decent. It's a good place to come if you're craving wings and don't really care about receiving cruddy service. If you're craving some Buffalo Wild Wings, I would recommend avoiding this location. Go to another location with servers who actually care.

I'm not a huge fan of their wings. They kind of started the hot-wing "craze" in the T.C. area about 15 or 16 years ago back when they used to just be a shop/counter and just had wings. And only a few flavors. The other downside is that this is in the mall. If you're a local and don't want to drive 10+ miles for some BWW's it's the closest one. The service is also a little lacking, unless you sit at the bar. All that being said, they have a great happy hour. One of the 3 best places to go for happy hour drinks/apps in Bloomington. And last, but definitely not least, being a single guy they have about the most attractive female waitstaff and bartenders in the city. Hands down.

Hi my name is Nicole. I wanted to acknowledge a host/server named Reggie he was very accommodating to my husband and I both times we went there. Not only was it awesome that he was from michigan too but he was so friendly and personable he made our experience even more enjoyable! We need more customer service people like him!!! He should be promoted to captain!! Thank you Reggie for your smiles and awesome attitude!!

Not to be to nit-picky but it is the small things that make me happy, and I was not very happy when I left here. Not sure if it is this location as a whole or just my waitress. I only got wings and a side salad. She brought them out together rather than the salad first, not a big deal but then... I asked for extra Crispy wings cause I hate getting rubbery wings so I play it on the safe side and they were far from even regular crispy. I also asked for no onion on my salad and it came with onion on it and I am allergic to onions. Lastly, the waitress asked if I wanted blue cheese for my wings and I said yes but when the wings came out there was none. Any of these things on their own are not much to gripe about but collectively I felt it was worth sharing. I like BWW, but this was a less than stellar experience at the MOA.

This was a so-so experience. I had interactions with 2 of the staff one amazing the other horrible. One, the hostess was rude and passed me up for the family of four waiting in line behind me. Skinny girl with glasses and braces and dark hair. Should be fired. I was to meet friends and got their first. I don't care if I was by myself. Uncalled for. Decided to just meander to the bar to wait for my friends to show up and got a bartender named Sam. Unfortunately it was Sam's last night, but by far one of the top 5 servers I have ever had, and of all places at a chain restaurant! Sam hooked me up with beers, and when my friend called and said he was running late, food as well, and didn't charge me for extra bleu cheese for my wrap. Food was delicious and very fast. No time at all. I have to give this place an mediocre review if only for the bad hostess...if I didn't have her in the picture honestly would have gotten 4 stars if not 5.

If your a wing man (or woman) and live for this type of fare, this place is for you (and me). I was here for an approved Buffalo Wild Wings fundraiser for the American Diabetes Association. This is a great deal because all customers that supply the server with your pre printed "fund raising coupon," your organization gets 10% of all food sales. This doesn't cost the customers anything extra!! How easy is that? The BIG catcher is you can't hand out the coupons on site to other customers. We had two different flavors of wings, the sweet BBQ and mild, and requested extra crispy and extra sloppy. The service was quick and before you knew it we were knuckle deep in wing sauce. I've also had their sliders and they are quite good for a wing joint. The also have the electronic video trivia that you compete against other people in the restaurant and nationally. There are plenty of HD TVs hanging all around and it gets packed for the bigger sports game days. They also give a 10% discount for take out. I'll be back :)

I have only had 1 bad experience at a BWW and it happened to be at the Mall of America. My husband and I were at the mall with our infant daughter. Obviously we had a stroller, diaper bag and various shopping bags. We were looking forward to some great wings, but never made it past the hostess. The BWW at MOA has a "no stroller" policy (this is not a mall policy- we were allowed to take our stroller into another restaurant), because strollers in their narrow aisles are "a fire hazard". We were rudely told we would not be allowed to bring our stroller into the restaurant, at which point the hostess asked if we wanted a high chair. My daughter cannot sit up on her own yet and she certainly wouldn't be eating their food. No I don't want a high chair. Then she asked if I wanted a booster seat. I fail to understand the logic behind that question. Again, I don't want your booster seat. I asked if they would be keeping an eye on the stroller in their "parking lot" outside the physical restaurant and they said no. We asked to sit in their patio area, which had plenty of room for a stroller. They refused to allow it so we left. Essentially, they want you to leave your stroller and all your purchases in an unsecured area and then refuse to take even a small amount of responsibility to watch the stroller. THIS IS NOT A CHILD FRIENDLY RESTAURANT! I certainly will not be eating here ever again.

The food is consistently good, as it is at all of their locations. They are all reasonably standardized. The service has always been appropriate, at every Buffalo Wild Wings that I've been at.

Right in MOA and never a bad choice. Sports bar and grill type eatery with more TVs then you can look at while munching down on your favorite wings but also offer lots of other food choices. I'm recommending.

My husband and I were in the mood for something different so we thought we would give them a try. We ordered an appetizer, five minutes later we put in our dinner order. We kept seeing an order come out and they had no clue who's it was so they kept asking all the tables that had already eaten, didn't think to ask the people sitting there with nothing if it was ours. By the time they came to us, it was one of our main courses. They asked if we ordered it and I said yes, but we haven't gotten our appetizer yet. They took the food away and our server asked why I returned the food. She said, "They just send out whatever is ready first". What place sends out orders that way!!! Isn't it customary to send out the appetizer first, then all of the entrees at the same time? Menu should be labeled if the food is going to be spicy. A blend of cheese was all the description they provided for their Quesada and it's wasn't edible with the amount of heat that was on there. They should really warn a person. Overall, price was too much for the quality and service we got. Not interested in ever going back to there again.

Super nice wait staff! Food like any other Buffalo Wild Wings, good. Fun to have the trivia, numerous tvs, and fun soda flavors to try. We went to other restaurants in the mall and they were super slow and had poor wait staff so, we made out way to Buffalo Wild Wings and it was a perfect choice!

Some friends and I were at the MOA to see a movie, and afterwards we were hungry so we thought we would stop by for some wings. One of my friends asked to be seated on the patio type seating, I didn't really care where we sat, but went with it. After the hostess sat us at the table we waited five minutes for our waitress to come. The manager came by and said there was no waitress in this section because they had closed it, so we would need to be served by the bartender, aka we were going to be getting crappy service. If you closed the section why did you seat us there?! We put our food order in right away and waited over 45 minutes for our wings to come. Keep in mind, it was 10 o'clock on a weekday, no game on, and the place was dead. The waitress/bartender took forever to bring the bill, so my friend tracked down the manager and gave him our credit cards so we could pay the bill and leave. I had wings left over but didn't bother asking for a box (since I knew it would take forever) so I proceeded to carry my wing tray through out the mall. I'll stick to the Chan location.

Meh it's a typical B dubs. We came here on a Friday night thinking we'd have to wait latest 15 minutes to be seated, we waited about 8 minutes. The service was good, the food was alright. If we're ever in the mood for it I'm sure we'll be back.

Worst service among other BWW I'ever been. I used to work in a restaurant & I have to tip, but I am really disappointed at this place. We were waiting for our food like 45 mins & the server blamed the chefs made the wrong order & they had to made wings again. And our server came out with the food & did not say sorry at all. This place is really suck & wasted our time that we did not have much time shopping around before the mall will be closed at 9:00pm. Overall, I regretted we chose BWW when we were starving & need some good food!!

Last night I was on a date with this awesome guy, we decided to meet at Mall of America because it was close to both of us and there is a plethora of restaurants to choose from. Of course, we both agreed on Buffalo Wild Wings, we go in and get seated right away. Now on a date, if the server goes show up for a the first 5 minutes it's not a problem because we're to busy talking, looking at each other and trying to get the "nerves" of a first date out of the way. 10 minutes goes by and we have yet to see a server, we both were wondering were our server was because at this point we had already figured out what we wanted to eat. We waited a bit more and 20 minutes passed. I'm thinking "what the fuck, all these servers can walk by but not one has stopped and greeted us". My date decided he would go ask for a server (pretty embarrassing when you have to ask to be served at a restaurant that is seated dining and you're supped to be served especially if servers live mainly off their tips because minimum wage isn't shit and you guys need a job with fast money). He gets back and says "someone will be with us" we waited another 5 mins and at this point I said "this is horrible service, do you want to leave" we left and went to Cadillac Ranch which was delicious and the service was excellent. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, boneless days are my favorite. But to get awful service. Fuck that shit, I'll never go back to the Mall of America location. You gotta be a shitty server to have a table walk out on you. But that shit doesn't even matter because it's not like we ordered food. I've worked in customer service my whole life, never in the food industry but I do work in the hospitality industry and by far this was the worst experience I have ever had. I definitely will be telling my friends about this awful experience at the Mall of America location. It wasn't even worth talking to the manager about, I'm not sorry for giving a "mean" review at all. It only takes one time to fuck up and that will leave a bad impression. No one should have to wait 25 minutes when you've been seated to your tabled. Bullshit, I'm not impressed at all. I'll keep my business at the Apple Valley Wild Wings or I will travel to Roseville to get Wing Stop instead.

This was our end of the line restaurant picked. After weighing all th other options down restaurant row, we settled on this one. No wait, immediate seating and less crowded. Pleasantly surprised by the great lunch specials and prices. My dad and I both ordered the traditional bone in wings with fries. I want to say there were about 8 each. For the price it was a great lunch deal. Why do I only seem to ever eat celery with wings. Their celery was thick and crunchy- I ate every last piece of celery. My mom ordered the asian zing salad. She said it was good, but the dressing a little spicy for her. Service was good. Bathrooms were nicer than expected. Needed to be cleaned, but nice and spacious. Decent option for a quick lunch.

My friend wanted to come here for her birthday, we were greeted by the hostess and only waited 15 minutes. Perfect. We ordered our food and someone else brought it out, the place wasn't too busy, I think I saw over 20 wait staff. The waitress never came back to check on us and we sat with our food for 30 minutes waiting for the condiments we asked for when we ordered our food. We had to flag down our waitress if we needed anything. Once we finished eating, we waited another 30 minutes for our waitress to come check on us and she never offered dessert. She said she'd be right back with our check and took 3 other customers orders. We had already been sitting there a long time. This was seriously the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Just horrible. I will never eat there again and none of my friends either. This place isn't going to last.

Wrong food got ordered and took another 20 minutes to arrive while the rest of the table was finished eating. Very poor customer service and very poor food prep.

Service was great! At least half the restaurant was open while the hostess was giving out 25+ minute wait times. The table next to us was open the entire time we were there (a long with many others), and when a guy sat down he was turned away because he wasn't seated. I feel bad for the servers (counted 15 in total) that looked bored and weren't making as m money as they could have been if the place was filled like it should have been. Day after Christmas is a busy day and a lot of people were being told 45 minute waits.

Only stopped in here to check Twins and score and grab a beer but I do not care for BWW. Seems dirty, while our server was friendly most of the employees, including bartenders, have a scowl on their faces. It's too loud and just overall feels unsanitary to me.

I think I am done with BWW, at least never going back to this location. Not really busy, employees everywhere, but it took almost 20 min to get an order in on a Wed night? If I were not soo tired and hungry we would have gotten up to leave. Then our server, who said he was getting slammed (which I do not get as they do not expedite their own food, and apparently not even all of their own drinks.) Our server then proceeded after taking our order to speak with another table for 5-10 min before putting our drink/food order in. So we are at almost a 1/2 hour in and nothing to drink yet. Then the food comes out. Parm Garlic wings were good, the rest were overcooked, and not even very warm. Server never came to check on us so I did not have a chance to let him know. Had to flag down for another beer as well. Got the check and got the hell out of there. First time in a very long time I have tipped under 15%. Was going to speak to a manager but it was already very late and my brother had to get home. Server was pleasant enough, but I do not know how he was in the weeds as there were literally dozens of employees working.

Had a group of 9 of us go here for lunch. Overall, not my worst dining experience, but definitely not one of the better ones, either. On the plus side: + Wings were decent, everyone who ordered them seemed to like what they got. + Server was attentive to us for beverage refills, etc.... + Nothing was gross or disgusting On the negative side: - Many of the orders came out wrong: people who ordered celery & carrots to accompany their wings got none, salads that were supposed to have bleu cheese or feta cheese had none, etc.... Unfortunately, we ended up being in a hurry because we had a plane to catch, so we just ate what came & did not complain. - The food, overall, was not flavorful. It was okay, but not delicious or wonderful in any way. - The kitchen took forever (30-40 minutes) to complete our order. Other diners came in after we had ordered, placed their order, and had their food before we got ours. Something was definitely wrong there, And because of this long delay, we ended up rushed to eat and get on the road to get to the airport. Overall - if you want wings & some beer, and to catch a game on TV, it's probably a decent place. But if you want a variety of menu choices, better go somewhere else. Next time we are at the Mall of America, I know we'll be trying a different restaurant.

Service was extremely slow, our order was screwed up and to top it off the waitress spilled ranch dressing all over me and my wool coat...do you think they would pay for the dry cleaning...nope. Plus they charged us for food we didn't even get. I love Buffalo Wild Wings but will never visit this one again.

I live nearby so visit regularly. I'm a general fan of the wings and other food. I'm not into sports whatsoever, so the trivia is an occasional nice distraction. Everyone probably is familiar with the general BWW environment and food. What I generally don't like the most is while I have become familiar with some of the servers (who are great people), most of them generally do their job and don't seem as personable. Unlike Hurricane Grill and Wings, most of the staff at BWW are under age 30, and I get the feeling that they are a bit "robotic" in their tasks. Seems like it's a management-driven ritual or something. At Hurricane, the servers just seem more like real people and they don't act like some manager is standing across the room watching them. Turnover of staff at the MOA location (where I go most of the time) seems high. While I'm all for giving young people jobs (college age), I don't understand why there seems to be so many new people every few weeks when I go. I give BWW 4-stars for overall rating (mainly because of the wings and food overall), but would give 5 if it weren't for the staffing irregularities. But, for servers Livi, Sedrick, Brittany, Reggie...you rock! All the others, sorry, you seem to cold. Loosen up for crying out loud. And if management doesn't like you being too personable, you might be happier working at Hurricane...and I'll see you there too!

Great atmosphere. I like that it's in the mall of America so we didn't have to drive anywhere to get dinner after a long day of shopping. We got in in about 20 minutes, it was extremely busy but cleared out pretty fast. The wings were great, and the staff was very nice and helpful. I recommend!

It's the service that gets me here. Yes, there are some drawbacks to eating @ the MOA - the people can be loud since they tend to be younger, if you sit on the patio you may have TV gazers staring over your shoulder, you feel like you're in an amusement part dining area. But the quality here of food and the service is what puts this bdubs above so many others I've been to. The first time we came to this place we were in a rush to catch a flight. The kind waitress was able to rush our order and also make sure that they expedited our bill and the processing of it. It was the second time that blew my mind though! We ordered our usual: Him buffalo wings with spicy garlic, celery sticks and ranch. Me something else - this time a Southwestern chicken wrap with an upgraded side of potato wedges with cheese. First, this waitress has probably been the most communicative of any waitress I've ever seen at a bdubs. Not only did she make sure we knew she hadn't forgotten about us (due to a long wait for our food and a mix up with the tickets) she also credited us our upgrade fee ($0.99) for having to wait, and also got us another fresh order of potato wedges with cheese on the house since ours looked like it had been sitting there under a heating lamp for a bit. Honestly though? The heating lamp version is the one we usually get at any bdubs! And the wings were doubly tossed in sauce - yum and WAY spicier than normal. All in all, she was so friendly, so apologetic, and did everything she could to make sure we enjoyed our time there. We'll be back! (FYI the Southwestern wrap though isn't that great)

Let me preface this by saying that I hate the Mall of America. I hate all malls, as a matter of fact. I do the majority of my shopping on amazon.com or at consignment shops because I'm cheap and I hate people. But there's something about the Christmas season that convinces me to be more "personal" with my gift giving so I get mall dementia and end up at the MoA at least once in December. Why the fuck? Why the fuck indeed. After a day of buying shit for all the people I tolerate - my boyfriend, best friend, and I decided we required some form of sustenance to make it back to California or Hawaii or Georgia or whatever idiotic state parking garage level we parked on. We tried Masa - 30 minute wait. We tried Famous Dave's - 45 minute wait. We looked around the food court....I didn't feel like getting tetanus or e coli. Okay fine, Buffalo Wild Wings it is. Kill. Me. Now. We found a table in the "bar" area, I put air quotes around bar because there were teenagers occupying the table next to us. If you're 16 and can sit in the "bar" area, it ain't a bar. I don't care if there's vodka spewing out of the bartender's nipples, minors mean it's just another area of restaurant seating. The guys ordered beer and I ordered a cider, that's how you know I meant business - it was 3pm and I ordered something with alcohol that only required it being poured from a can into my cup. This oh so complicated drink order took 10 minutes to get to our table. Oh, this is going to be fun. We ordered fried pickles and roasted mushrooms to start. Here's the thing about me and frickles...I love them, they encompass all things that are right with this world in my mind. Except at Buffalo Wild Wings, where they over indulge in the breading and then deep fry the dog shit out of them causing them to form one solid mass of go fuck yourself in their paper serving container. The mushrooms were slightly better, I especially enjoyed the Kraft Ranch dipping sauce. Nothing says class like bottled salad dressing. I should have worn my fancy pants for this meal. For wings we ordered the Asian Zing, Parmesan Garlic, Mango Habanero, and Carribean Jerk. All boneless. All tasteless. All overcooked. It's like they hate chicken here. As far as I'm concerned, they could have just served us a slightly cooked, whole, plucked chicken with 4 bottles of generic bbq sauce and told us to have at it. And it probably would've tasted better. The meal wasn't complete until we had to wait 30 minutes for our waitress to bring us the bill. She didn't disappear, oh no...she was in plain eyesight at a table 15 feet from us pretending she was competent at her job for a table full of teenage guys in Lacoste polos. My favorite part was when she made direct eye contact with me, smirked, and then walked in the exact opposite direction to fetch them more soda or to go make a list of what order she was gonna blow them in. This Christmas I'll either shop at Southdale or wait in line at Masa. Never again.

I am glad the MOA has a BWW, but it's not my favorite. The Bar area is just too small, the bar itself is extremely small like maybe only 10 stools total, the rest of the "Bar" space is high tops. I understand the dining room takes up most of the space to accommodate families and groups visiting the mall, but damn! This is the closest BWW to me and I like having some beers! The TV set up is decent and for it being in the MOA there are still usually open spaces to sit which is cool. Definitely a good addition to the Mall dining choices. It's consistent with other BWW and provides one of the only "Sports Bar" options other than Hooters. Not a lot to say here, if you're shopping and feel like some wings and beer BWW is a valid option.

My family and I dined at this Mall of America location so that we could watch the Bears game today. We ordered their appetizers Prime Time Nachos and mozzarella sticks along with our entrees. At least 25 minutes passed without food being delivered to our table. The waitress informed us that our appetizer order was not sent to the kitchen. She apologized and said she could delete the appetizers from our order since our entrees were minutes away from arriving. Our entrees arrived except for one. The remaining entrée arrived around the time we finished eating the other entrees. All I can say is NEVER AGAIN. It's not worth my time to experience poor service due to incomplete and slow service. The waitress was great at refilling our drinks. I don't know where the mix up occurred. Was it in the kitchen? Was it the manner the order was written? At this point, I don't care since I'll never walk into another Buffalo Wild Wings again.
(1)Jon B.
Love me some BW's. Service at this location was very good. Beer selection great also....as it should be. My family thought the noise level was way too high on the TV's. Make sure to try the local beers. They also have a local app cheese curds. Fried cheese.....not bad.
(3)Yasmine S.

(3)Harin G.
Meh!
(2)Morgan A.
(2)Mark V.
(5)Mithun K.
Still the same goodness with the wings though....However had to wait about 10 minutes to get seated even though the outside lounge was pretty much empty. Got the beer a lil late though but the waiter was kind enough to apologize for the delay.
(4)Victoria R.
(1)Naila A.
Food is not Hot , been here two times they always bring it when its almost cold .. Service is always slow!
(3)Jennifer B.
For what this is, the food is decent. Service is great, HH specials are wonderful, and we do come here often. I realize i"m giving this 4 stars, but for what it is. The beer is cold, service is great, and we do visit here often.
(4)Chad M.
Fast food and lots of large TVs. Once we ordered we had wings in 5 minutes. There was plenty if space for large groups hanging out together.
(5)Ethan R.
Took 45 minutes to get cold wings... Don't go here, they have no idea what they are doing, which is shocking for a formulaic chain restaurant.
(1)Tim S.
(1)Daniel D.
(2)Paul M.
(1)Heidi B.
(2)Anthony F.
Watched the US play their first game of the 2014 World Cup. Amazing atmosphere and great food!! I'll definitely be coming back.
(5)Cari S.
(2)Dylan G.
(3)Neil K.
BWW's is a chain based right here in Minnesota. They do a great job of creating a fun sports bar atmosphere. This location is great...staff are very helpful. Food is consistently good. If you're at the MOA searching for beer and wings, this is great.
(4)Larry K.
As a frequent Bdubs costumer I was very disappointed in how the last few times at this location of the experience I had food been coming out late and tasted horrible this last time almost an hour plus with no explanation got one refill the whole time my family and I were there and I had to asked for it let just say I left without eating horrible dining experience this location has gone down not ever going to recommend this place to any one unless they step it back up
(1)Vuong P.
We are staving. Sitting on the bar for 10 minutes no service. The waitress are just walking by or chatting with other but no one come and serve us. It not seem like they are too busy today. I give this place two stars because at lease the food taste good. I addictive to the chicken wings here.
(2)Terry H.
(5)Keith R.
Long time BWW eater, 2nd time at MOA BWW Cold wings x2, wrong wings x1,forgotten drink order x1,forgotten food x 1 Would hesitantly return if desperate. Atmosphere is cool, plus manager fixed problem AFTER we had to explain what happened.
(2)John M.
Awful service. After switching servers our table was skipped regularly. Server disappeared for half an hour
(2)Lynn S.
(5)Brittany S.
(2)Rob H.
Hands down.
(4)Chels G.
I don't even remember what I ate. But I remember them being so good! Then again, I was super hungry.. I do remember that their mac&cheese was AMAZING.
(4)Nicole L.
(5)Liam M.

(4)Mark W.
Just ate here and service was excellent, had the lunch special of 8 boneless wings/fries and food was hot, tasted excellent, and service was above average. Will definitely come back, would highly recommend!

Went here to eat on our trip to MOA, it was great.

It's BDubs. Great atmosphere, cold beer and food at a decent price.

(3)Alyssa E.
My boyfriend and I ate here on our trip to MOA. We sat at the bar and our server/bartender was very friendly and attentive. I believe his name is Marcus. Thanx for a great experience at this bww

Horrrrrrible service!!!!!!Like the wings but sometimes boneless are over battered. They need to up their service.MOA location is the worst. Keep coming bk because I like their apps and wings.
(2)Alma S.
MMMM 312 WHEAT BEER with wings. Service is great..good stopping point at Mall of America

Burger not delicious. Its salty. Fries good. Bufallo wings and nachos 5 stars. And food serves very long time.

(1)Lisanne W.
Wrong food got ordered and took another 20 minutes to arrive while the rest of the table was finished eating. Very poor customer service and very poor food prep.
(1)Kyle B.
