I was at a retirement party in Anoka on Thursday, held inside a warehouse. The theme was country and western. The chuck wagon buffet was delicious and perfectly cooked.Steak(MR), chicken, coleslaw, baked beans, homefries well seasoned, biscuits, cornbread. Served earlier the apps were a salsa bean dip, and tender and tasty pork ribs. What dressed it up was a separate salad bar. Lettuce lined an indented table, with all the salad trimmings covering it. Some homemade bleu cheese and ranch, and a french thrown in. The night was finished off with a delicious apple pie. They supplied all the tables too. Kevin and Veneise and their crack staff rock. They also have very nice temperaments for caterers too. They didn't win 2010 Top Minnesota Caterers for nothing. I'd hire them for anything.
