I've been going to Keg & Cork every time I'm in town and was a regular there before I moved away. I would rate it as the second-best burger in town, behind the Corner Bar, but Keg & Cork is definitely the pick of the two for atmosphere, location, and service. Can never wait to stop by when I'm home for the holidays, see you next year.

I'm sorry but there is nothing too interesting at this place... Same old bar food that you can get just about anywhere... I have never been to a place that also only allowed just 1 refill which I didn't take anyways but still its kinda weird to see... Service was decent however the bartender had to walk a mile just to take our order and when my gf needed her pop refilled she had to walk all the way to the bar to get it because the bartender couldnt see us... Its not a big deal but just sayin if your looking for something a little different try something else... Great prices I'm sure mostly to attract the college kids

I can't say enough about this place! Mitch does a fantastic job! Drinks are fantastic and reasonably priced. They have some of the best bar food I have ever had (the hot wings are the best!). And you definitely can't beat a Luscious Smart Burger with fries and a homemade cherry Coke! They can get busy at night so if you're not into crowds go early!

We really enjoyed our lunch at the Keg and Cork. My fish and waffle fries consisted of 3-4 pieces of fried cod which tasted good but was a little greasy. The waffle fries were very tasty; at $7 it was a good value. My wife's half pastrami and swiss was deli quality, with standard bagged potato chips and an unusual but tasty chicken/tortilla soup. At $6 it also was a good value. The service was friendly, polite, professional, and prompt. The manager even cam to our booth to chat which was a very nice touch. The pub itself is deserving of even a ranking of "classy." The decor was very Irish pubby, no blaring TVs, acoustics were some of the best in a long time so it was not too noisy. We were pleased! Too early for a beer, but $1.50 Miller lite pints is a great deal! We will go back.

Service was slow, drinks were watered down, waitress forgot our appetizers until our main food was done then brought our cold appetizers, and there is a 7% charge on using a debit card.

This place was terrible!! Only positive was our server - she kept smiling no matter how long it took to get our food. The food when it finally arrived was terrible. All 4 of us agreed we would never recommend or return to this restaurant. Stay away!!!!

This might be my favorite bar ever. I never had a bad experience throughout my college years here and this was the one place everyone liked the most. I can't comment on the food, however...

I asked Aaliyah what she thought of this place, "good" she said. When I asked her why, she said, "the food." I agree with my critical and honest great granddaughter.

Went for lunch with the guys, horrible, the waitress couldn't get the orders right, never came back to refill our drinks, took forever for the food and when it got there, my burger was burnt beyond recognition, it was the western but no BBQ sauce on it, the fries were cooked so long they were just an empty shell of potato filled with fishy tasting grease. My buddy got the fish and chips and said it was also burnt, and tasteless. The other guy got the wrong food, he ordered a Louis, got a club, ordered Beer cheese soup, got Ham and bean. I won't be eating there again.

The food was shit. The famous ruben was terrible and oretty sure they microwaved my meat. Probably a cool place to drink but not to eat.

After giving my regards to Babe and Paul, it was time for dinner. A quick walk around the block led me to the Keg-N-Cork. It was still happy hour, but my sights were set on food, so I cracked the menu and got to looking. As I perused the various offerings (burgers, sandwiches, shrimp basket, etc.), I noticed the friendly crowd hanging out and enjoying the scene. College kids sat next to seniors, and everyone was friendly and having a good time. I also noticed that Guinness and Bass were on tap, all the better to wash down the free popcorn and peanuts (ask for the latter). Finally, I noticed that a mushroom swiss burger sounded good, so that's what I ordered. The burger arrived fast, hot and delicious. Billed as 1/3 pound, (I suspect it was a bit larger), the patty was obviously formed by hand, well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Also most pleasant was the fact that the mushrooms and swiss did not make the toothsome bun all mushy and sad, as often happens with lesser examples of the breed. I opted for fries (an upcharge applies), and got a plentiful portion of crinkle-kut goodness. I suspect the friendly atmosphere starts with the staff, who greeted all--even this out of towner--with a smile and a friendly word. The very fair prices probably don't hurt either. Hooray Keg-N-Cork! Yes Please!!

We walked in there one night after a show at the Chief. The place was wall to wall in college kids. There were a few of us 40something couples. We were a group of about 10. We sat at a table....and waited.....and waited. No one ever did come over. So up to the bar we went, to order and bus our own drinks. We would have stayed for something to eat..but we probably would have had to cook it too. You would think wait staff, bartenders, staff, would cater to the 40something couples, that probably live in town..and would come back if service was good...vs college students with limited resources, and moving out of town someday. The one drink we stayed around to have was mixed very well.

"famous" Reuben was tough and difficult to bite through, plus the bread was burnt. Hungarian mushroom soup was really good. Service was slow even though there were only 5 people besides us in the place.

Pros: dart boards, good service, free peanuts, next to Paul Bunyan Playhouse Cons: limited booze selection, mediocre food, unappealingly high ratio of fratboy douchebags in white hats on weekend nights But, when in Rome...
