I thought this BWW was typically the same as others that I've been too except they had the local Minnesota teams memorbellia up. It was a lot smaller than I'm used to but it was an average experience in my opinion.

The music is so loud that they got my order wrong, but were able to fix it almost immediately. Our wings were the best version of BWW food you can get, not too chewy, well sauced, good temperature. Same thing with the fries. We got a kick out of just how many people work here, and all of their odd rolls. Somebody asked us just if we wanted samples (twice! once for any sauce, once with a platter of bites of something) Somebody else took our order, somebody else brought the food, somebody else brought drinks. It was almost amusing. Also, when our ketchup bottle turned out to be mostly empty, yet another person showed up with a replacement before we even looked up to see if a server was nearby. I'd go back.

Your typical Buffalo Wild Wings, complete with all the sauces you could hope for. The only real criticism I have is that the musician get too loud, which makes it difficult to have any reasonable conversation. And, it's s number when they only offer sports trivia... The regular trivia can be a lot of fun for the non-sports fan patrons.

Just like most BWW. Food is good but has some lacking. I have visited this multiple times. Onion rings have been back and forth. Some times they are perfect with a darker crispy breading other times they are under cooked light gold. Biggest complaint is right away just order an extra sauce for all. The wings I get are constantly under sauced! Haven't been there in a few month because of this. Service is hit or miss, some nights great some nights just decent.

Came in at 710. Ordered shots and wings right away, 750 still no wings and chicken Chipotle BLT. BwW staff felt bad about wait, so have us a discount on meal, and free wounds for next visit. The BLT arrived late and with no Chipotle sauce, so back again with blt sauce, quick was real good. So, with a couple mess ups....food good in the end and will return. Thanks staff

Terrible service. I called in a large order for pickup and was provided a total, when I arrived they had no record of call and offered no apology, had to wait an additional 20 min. When I sat down to wait not one server stopped by to ask if I needed anything to eat or drink. Staff couldnt care less about helping customers, this gives other BWWs a bad reputation.

Our first visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings. We asked how the ribs were - waiter said the last two batches were not good & sent back to supplier. He assured us they had just gotten a new order in & they should be fine. Husband ordered the ribs & I ordered chicken wings. The ribs tasted terrible, like the meat was spoiled. We told our waiter and he consulted with the manager. He came back & apologized, but took nothing off the bill, which was shocking. Also, as someone posted, the waiters were more interested in joking with each other & laughing very loudly. It was very disturbing & disrespectful. We will not be back to the Baxter location.

Gotten an order to go a few times whole in town. Never had my order been completely ready when I am told it will be, and i generally am at least 5 minutes later than my quoted timeframe. The staff are ride and bothered by having to even greet someone standing at the country. Multiple people have walked behind the counter while I've been standing waiting for someone to help me. The last time I was in to pick up my dinner the female bartender was extremely bothered by my presence. When I asked for a detailed receipt she handed my a crumbled receipt out of the garbage. Just completely rude staff. Do better here Bww.

Some of the worst service that I've ever received has been consistently here. The bartender disappears for 15 or 20 minutes at a time, they tend to make one feel bad or get short with a person if they are only ordering one beer, and everything is completely overpriced.... Skip this place and go down the street to Grizzly's....

My company and I drive though here once a month. Twice in a row we have called a take out order in and asked for the order to be ready in 30 minutes. Both times the host/hostess said it was not a problem to have it ready by the time needed and i made very sure that they understood how important it was that it be ready. Our first experience was in September, we showed up on time to pick up our order and the hostess said it was just getting finished up and would be ready in 5 minutes. She didnt even have our drinks ready. 20 minutes later we grabbed our food and drove off on our 150 mile drive. We then noticed our wings were cold, we didnt get any utensils with our order and we were missing a portion to one of the meals. I called and spoke to Tony who was understanding and gave us a credit for our meal. Today (10/10/12) we gave BBW another try- again our order was not ready at the requested time (at which she said it would be 5min), the hostess waited until we showed up to get our drinks, did not check the diet coke so we had to guess which one it was, the hostess forget our utensils again, and after 18 minutes we got our food and left. Driving down the road we noticed we were missing our requested celery and blue cheese, the boneless wings were barely covered with sauce and were lukewarm. On top of it all after I told the hostess I had a credit, she charged my card anyways. Unfortunately my co workers and I will not be ordering from here again. Our time is too valuable.

Just like most BWW, they have great happy hours and yes as always wings. With vary few spots bars in baxter this is the best place to hang out and hit up the buzztime trivia

We love Buffalo Wild Wings and try to eat there a couple times a month. Unfortunately, this one in Baxter is the worst. The staff seem to care more about visiting with each other, than helping the customers. We always say we're not going back. Then, when we try, its the same thing. I'm not sure what happened. It was great 3-4 years ago.. I'd go to Grizzly's or Prairie Bay instead...

It's your typical BWW's, but in comparison to what is available in the area, this is the place to hit up to watch a game or do trivia. They are good about finding the game you watch, which is nice.

Went there yesterday. Got seated and nothing else. We did not receive service for over 20 minutes and it was not very busy. Tried to get some ones attention and kept getting overlooked. We ended up just getting up and leaving. The manager had come by and asked the booth next to us how things were and we were also in the line of site of the hostess. This was our first visit and very disappointed. We know negative moments can happen but we hope this review will be of assistance to make sure you are paying attention to your clients. Oh and we are usually big tippers. They did comment on our way out that they hope we enjoyed our meal. They didn't even know we received no food. M & S from Grand Rapids, MN
