An amazing local place that offers great food and good service! They offer breakfast all day and have good homemade specials each day of the week. The food is reasonably priced and has decent portions. It is a smaller place so seating is somewhat limited so there might be a wait during busy meal times (specifically Sunday post-church time). Their parking situation is less than desirable but is tolerable. The food I recommend the most would be the 'Cluckers' with hashbrowns and cheese. They are AMAZING! ENJOY!

Kennys is a true mainstay in Austin. The food is great and the service is awesome. You won't find a better bowl of soup anywhere! My favorite sandwich is the McMushroom. I travel All over the country and am always looking for hashbrowns that are better than kenny's...I haven't found anything even close. A must to visit whenever I'm in Austin!

One of the best diners I have been to. Their hash browns, Belgian waffles with fruit, and hot chocolate are awesome.

The best little independently owned restaurant Nice to eat food that is prepared without franchise premade mixes.

Everything was so delicious! The onion rings were the best I've ever had. Also the raspberry tea is amazing and I recommend it. The waitress was very friendly too. Everything was just great. :)

Cool Place. They got some goods in this joint!!! Love the theme and pictures on the wall from back in the 50's. The food was great. They have a big fresh brewed pot of Blueberry/Pomegranate Iced Tea that you gotta try! The service was good. And the prices were fair. Great menu. The parking is kinda tight. The place itself is a little small so there's not much seating. The restrooms were very clean. the whole place was well taken care of. Check this place out because you'll like what they are serving. I will be going back when I am in the area. Yum Yum.

Very good breakfast at a reasonable price, great service and the food was served quickly. Looking for a breakfast spot in downtown Austin? This is the place.

A pretty great place to get a good breakfast. Most places are in a hurry and either overcook or undercook the bacon, but it's always perfect at this little diner.

Delicious burger, onion rings and club sandwich. Best comfort on a long road trip. Our waitress couldn't have been nicer. Free peppermint patties??? Heaven!!! Thank you, Kenny!

Excellent bar&grill type food. Loved everything from the burgers to the batter dipped chicken to the homemade chicken and dumpling soup. If you find yourself in Austin, stop in for some excellent food.

Great food at a fair price and my very favorite is the fried pickles with raspberry inferno sauce. It is a 50s style diner with great relaxed atmosphere. Family friendly and great for kids.

A great local diner with friendly service and hearty fare. Kenny's is where the locals eat breakfast and lunch. It's absolutely packed during the after-church rush on Sunday mornings, but offers up great meals EVERY day of the week. I've been there a handful of times now and have had a chance to try a wide variety of menu items. Whether you're a tourist who wants Spam & Eggs or a local who swears by the Northlander Omelette (a chicken and wild rice omelette? It's delicious!), you are sure to be satisfied. The portions are large and the prices are cheap. Additional menu highlights include the Asian salad, the fritter french toast, loaded hashbrowns, and signature broasted chicken dinners. Warning: both the parking lot and dining room are relatively small so be prepared to park on the street or wait for a few minutes if you're there during a busy time.

Kenny's has that classic diner feel. They serve breakfast all day, and have really good burgers, soups and salads. I love their Steak and Eggs, but their hamburgers are really good, too! The reason for the 4 stars is because sometimes the waitresses can be a little "rough around the edges." Sometimes the other customers make you feel out of place because they just stare. It's rare if you find young families in there. The parking lot is very small and you may find a hard time parking.
