Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Liked nothing about this place, my husband got the chicken chow mein and it was grey and was LOADED with celery. The lo mein was nothing special, we will not be going back.

Cashew Chicken should have been called Celery Chicken. Lemon Chicken was obviously left over from lunch and refried. It was so overcooked it was like chicken jerky. General Chicken was overcooked, and the sauce was bland. Szechuan Shrimp was ok, but had no spice at all. One of the worst Chinese meals I have ever eaten.

We paid $36 tonight for general tso's chicken, Mongolian beef, and house lo mein. For that much, we were hoping the food would be phenomenal. But unfortunately, for how boring and bland the food tasted, I wouldn't have paid $15. There was very little beef and a ton of onions in the Mongolian beef. No flavor or spice, though it was on the "spicy" part of the menu. The general tso's chicken might as well have been chicken nuggets from Burger King tossed in a brown watery sauce. That's what it tasted like. The lo mein had a few dime sized shrimp, canned mushrooms, and again, was tasteless. We won't be going back. Ever.

This place is the best place for to go Chinese take out, the portions are huge and they are willing to sub something you don't like (like egg foo young) if you pick one of the combo meals. The curry chicken is the best with fried rice it is not spicy to blow your head off but does have a mild kick to it, my other go to combo is the classic sweet and sour again great with fried rice - the portions are huge enough to feed 2 people you won't go hungry!! The hot and sour soup and egg drop soup are pretty amazing here too, I always get one of each with the combo meals (me and my hubby share). We haven't dined in at the restaurant as it's usually very packed with customers and the space is pretty small I don't like be crowed when I'm eating out, they do have a buffet too but it is very tiny about the same size as your typical kitchen table at home with only a handful of items on it. Take out though is awesome, I would recommend trying them you won't be disappointed.

This is a great Chinese Restaurant for dining in or take out. The comfort food is good this time of year when it's so cold!!! Yum!

Amazing Chinese food!! Have been coming here my whole life and love it. Their egg rolls are the best I've ever had. Good prices and large portions. Only dined in once or twice but is my go-to take out for awesome Chinese.

While getting my hair cut up in Andover I asked my hair stylist for a suggestion for a Chinese place near by. I was craving some veggies. He said he used to eat a Kam Wong's a lot in the past but hasn't been lately. It was close so I gave it try. I ordered a veggie stir fry minus the mushrooms and add Broccoli. It was ready in ten minutes and fresh. I wish I had asked for no onions or less onions for it seemed there was a ton of onions. Had plenty for lunch the next day so for $10 it was a good price for 2 meals. For the price the portions were good and the service was quick. They posted a lunch buffet. It's a small buffet but might be worth it.

I love me some Kam Wongs! The ladies who work the front desk are always super nice, the food is very good, and they're super quick. Usually when I call in an order it's about a 10 minute wait. Can't beat that! Plus they will always customize your food however you want. Some may say the prices are a little much, but the portions you get will last you at least 2 or 3 meals so it's not bad. I personally prefer the Cashew Chicken, but their Chow Mein is also very tasty.

This place is terrible my wife had the sesame chicken and it was bland and rubbery. I had the shrimp with lobster sauce and it tasted awful and the shrimp was undercooked. Knave had this dish at other places and I usually enjoy this dish but I would suggest five spice in blain.
