Nope you couldn't pay me to eat here, doesn't even deserve 1 star but alas to post I have to give it. On a dinner visit some dude took the entire pan of crab legs back to his table (we were there for seafood dinner buffet) and the staff refused to bring any more out, when asked we were told it's coming or I no speak English (funny you managed to take our drink order). We waited 2 hours for them to bring more crab out by which time we were already leaving the restaurant after having to eat stuff that is usually on the lunch menu anyway) we had no seafood and they had the nerve to charge us for a complete seafood dinner - not happening I ate your lunch food not seafood you refused to bring it out I am paying lunch prices and that's all there is to it!!!!!!!!! The last time me and my hubby ate lunch here he got sick as a dog for 3 days with food poisoning - turns out that the shrimp was not adequately chilled on ice so beware!!! Whilst we were eating lunch there and the straw that broke the camels back is when we saw someone changing a babies diaper on the prep table in the kitchen and then tossing the diaper into the garbage can next to the prep table - YUCK!!

Excellent food, Great selection, Clean, Organized, Nice staff. This is the 2nd best Chinese buffet i have been too in my life and i have been to a few hundred at least. If you haven't gone here yet. What are you waiting for ? See you at Sunday Dinner once a month ! Lunch is a bargain ! The coconut shrimp alone is worth the drive ! Thick lo-mien noodles ! No msg , etc. Awesome won-tons, good salmon, multiple good chicken and beef selections. Mongolian B-B-Q. Find some raw foods in the nearby display and have them wok em' up for you. Tip them too ! Be nice to keep them going forever ! I'll be back !

I went during lunch time with my husband and 1 year old daughter. The staff was very pleasant. The atmosphere is a perfect family setting. The food was very good and very fresh. Good prices too.

Pretty average Chinese Buffet. Don't expect too much from this place. The friend rice is the typical neon yellow with specs of green peas and orange carrots. Our server was nice enough and was more attentive than other Chinese buffets in the area. If you like Honey Walnut Shrimp they have their version of it and it was very good. The sushi was not very enticing. It was fried maybe and drenched in sauce. Over all it was an okay experience. If you are looking for a quick bite it's not bad. One exit down is Mandarin on Main St and it is ever so slightly better.

Average crappy Chinese buffet. I had dinner today. It was exactly the same as my previous visits over the years. Average, low end, overcooked buffet food. It's okay if you want to stop somewhere and just fill your stomach. If you want something that actually tastes decent and fresh, I'd take the time to track down a cook and have them fry something up for you at the "Mongolian BBQ" station. I didn't do that today. I just wanted to eat and get the hell out of there. The staff are friendly and they seem very efficient. But they're stingy about bringing out fresh pans of their crap. -Daddy Maxx Retro

This use to be cheap and ok. It's Friday. I hear people saying they are out of a lot of things. I have been waiting for sushi refills for a half hour and there SURPRISE out of wasabie. Spend 3 bucks more and hit the hibachi buffet in fridley. Slightly better food. Sushi selection and their never out for too long...45 minuets....I don't think they will make red pepper, avacacado, cucumber sushi...it's not like you're spending a lot on fish...yikes. Bad choice.

Buffet is open until 9:00 pm. We went at 8:00. Very little food left at this time. They were not bringing anything new out. Food that was there was crusted over or cold. They should have closed earlier if they were only going to serve what was left. Pretty bad. Won't go back.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
