I eat at egg roll express every time I am in town. The owners will remember their repeat customers. They always make all of our food fresh. My favorites are shrimp fried rice, crab rangoon, beef and broccoli, and the spring rolls. But everything are good, the owners spend a lot of time to make their menu.

Egg Roll Express has been in this little take out location for years and they do it right! Best Chinese take out in town and I'm not typically a big fan of Chinese food. Their name is not a lie, they will have your order ready in about 5 minutes and it's made fresh. The other part of the name is the best around-Egg Rolls are the bomb!!!

Ordered sweet sour pork, meat was room temp, no flavor, and coating was not done near the meat, soft and soggy. Spring roll? What can I say, watery not even warm. Fried rice? Way too oily. Very clean though, nice couple. But when my food comes in less then five min. Something told me this can't be good. I am a chef and love too try new places, but never be back.

We ordered the beef lo mein to go. Good thing because there is very little room to eat in at the few tables they have. It was alright. The beef in the dish could use more flavor, seasoning, or something. However the noodles and vegetables where cooked just right and had good flavor. The location is convenient being right off of Chicago Drive near the business highway from Holland. So for that reason (and the staff was friendly) I may try them again.

There mongolian beef is so good, but i expect better white rice.it taste like its not fresh more like over cooked.
