I'm basing this review solely on the customer service I received. 1. The cashier didn't acknowledge me at all. She just stared at me when I stepped up to the counter as if my being there were a nuisance. I placed my order and there was no "thank you." 2. Two female employees working the drive through/sandwich making area referred to the Friday customers as "stupid" and "retarded." Bad days are one thing, but to blatantly insult your customers while a few are standing within earshot isn't the smartest thing to do. 3. My order was a turkey bacon club. The employee threw my sandwich on the countertop and said "without cheese." I asked her what she had said and she repeated with a very annoyed tone. I then stated I ordered a turkey bacon club to which she rudely responded, "Yeah! That one is without cheese and the other one is!" Okay, I didn't order a "without cheese." I don't frequent this establishment. How am I supposed to know that a without cheese is my turkey bacon club? I won't be going back if this is the type of service I am going to receive. The attitude of these 3 employees today was completely unacceptable and something definitely should be done to correct it. Calling customers "stupid" and "retarded" is insulting (to say the least), degrading, unprofessional and completely out of line. I have a handicapped relative and it took every fiber of my being to not rip this employee a new one. If these people are that unhappy, go work elsewhere. Their response is probably "I need the job." Then accept that the customer service standard set forth by Tim Horton's is part of your employment. If you can't grasp that, perhaps a place that does not involve customer service. Might I suggest washing dishes or janitorial work as direct customer service is not the focus.

I grew up in Sault Ste Marie, Ont, Canada. So, I grew up on Tim Horton's! YUM. They're the most perfect doughnuts I've ever had. And don't forget about the tidbits (doughnut holes)! My family lives close to this location, and every time I visit them, I have to go to this Tim Hortons to pick up a box of tidbits and some doughnuts. When I was a kid, I used to order a chocolate glazed doughnut and a bowl of chicken soup. Sounds like an odd combination, but, in the cold and snow, it really hits the spot! I really wish we had Tim Hortons in Houston as they're better than any doughnut shop down here. Alas, if you want a yummy, perfectly cooked doughnut, or a jelly-filled tidbit (yes, they fill their doughnut holes with jelly and custard!), good coffee, yummy doughnuts and pop-in-your mouth, fresh, tidbits, this is the place for you!! Also, this location has a drive-thru. What more could you ask for?

Holy moly! This is the closest thing that Ann Arbor has to a Dunkin Donuts even though it's not as good and not in Ann Arbor. But what it lacks in donut and coffee goodness it makes up for in convenience. This place is open 24hrs a day; not just the drive through, the whole place. The place has free wireless internet! Put that together: always open and serving coffee, donuts, and the intrawebs within a 15 minute drive from UM (just north of highway I-94 at exit 181 -- one after US23). That's golden! And if you get bored at 4:21am with a sugar and caffeine buzz Wal-Mart is open around the corner. Hells Yeah!!!

Just passing through and was surprised by the negative reviews about service. Maybe the staff has changed since those were posted or perhaps I was the exception, but the service was great. The woman who helped us at the counter was very polite and friendly and everything tasted fantastic.

I have never eaten in at this Tim Horton's, and I honestly never want to. The service I receive in less than a minute in the drive thru is enough of a deterrent for me. I only stop by here once in a while on my way to work, and the service has never been more than mediocre. Usually, the same person is running the drive thru window. She's rude and I overhear conversations that make me question the cleanliness inside the restaurant. "Grab a wet rag and pretend you wiped down the tables." "Put a towel on it and we'll clean it up later." Or my personal favorite, "We're out of coffee [and it's 8 o'clock in the morning.]" The bagels I get from here are always so sloppy. The cream cheese applied hastily so that there none on one half of the bagel, but enough in the center to cover two more. I don't mind the excess, but they don't exactly provide a knife to spread the cream cheese with after they just plop it on there. I usually order iced coffee, and on more than one occasion it's been hot. Hot coffee. Single cube. Cold beverage cup. Or lukewarm coffee. This Timmy's is SO frustrating to me because the one on Washtenaw and Hewitt is fantastic, but taking this way to work saves 8 minutes! I've sadly started to get my iced coffee from McDonald's and go bagel-less in the mornings.

Worst Tim Horton's ever. The cafe mocha tasted like hot water with an added flavor. Its no where close to a regular coffee. It took me 5 minutes in the drive thru during a graveyard shift. Disgusting place.

All I ever get when visiting a Tim Horton's is a Medium ice capp, and maybe a doughnut or two. That's it. No special orders. This Tim Horton's is a complete joke. I have been here 5 times since its on my route during my morning commute. Every single time I have visited my order has been completely horrible. My ice capps always taste sour/old. My donuts are crusty and stale. Yes they are VERY fast, but its because they don't take their time to make your order fresh. After about 5 attempts to give them another chance, I am officially never going to this location again. I get mistakes happen once, but 5 times? They are consistently supplying old, nasty, food. I've also had friends visit this location and tell me their food is horrible too. Burnt old, chewy sausage, burnt/stale biscuits. Like com-mon', is it that hard to throw stuff in the oven? Or throw a hot juicy sandwich together?

Disgusting - worst sandwich I have ever purchased in my life. Dried out chicken that tasted like it bad been sitting around for 3 days. Threw it out after 2 bites. Would have asked for a refund but didn't want to deal with the aggravated and stressed out staff running the place.

I've always liked this particular Tim Horton's location. They are friendly and quick when you order in, and even faster through the drive-through. I used to pull through once or twice a week before work, and the guy who handed me my coffee would always tell me to "have an awesome day" and he sounded like he actually meant it. That was a nice way to start my day.

I left for work early one morning and figured I would stop for a hot apple cider. I had one car in the drive-thru line in front of me. When I pulled up to the speaker, it looked as if a car had run it over, but it was functional. I placed my order, pulled forward, paid for my order and was told that I would have to wait for them to repair the hot apple cider machine. Why wasn't I informed of this before I paid? At any rate, I was told it would take "2 seconds" and that someone would bring the cider out to my vehicle if I pulled around to the front. Five minutes passed. I waited two additional minutes before I walked in myself to see about the cider. I waited for the customer who was ahead of me to complete his order before I could ask one of the four people behind the counter who seemed busy working on something or other. When I asked about the cider, everybody seemed clueless. Finally, the young woman at the counter register said, "Oh, is THIS it?" I walked out and drove to work, where I of course now arrived late, only to find that my hot apple cider tasted like hot water. I have yet to try the lemon poppyseed muffin, but this experience alone is enough to make me say NEVER AGAIN. I will go out of my way to go to another.

Went to this T. Horton's today for tea and chat with my girlfriend, and boy was I disappointed. I first saw the cashier disrespect the customer ahead of me, with eye rolling, heavy sighing, etc. I got an iced tea (more on that later) and a bagel, well toasted, with cream cheese. I took my tea to my table and went back to get my bagel, which was...nowhere to be seen. I waited patiently for a bit, then acted antsy to see if I would get any attention. I heard someone say, "I need to do that bagel", and saw her then go get it, slice it and put it in the toaster. This was a good five minutes after I'd ordered it, and they weren't busy. I said, in a friendly tone, "Why did my bagel take so long?" and another employee said, in a rather snotty tone, "She had to take a phone call." Why a phone call is more critical than a live customer is a debate for another time. When we were ready to leave, I bought some Tim Bits (naughty name, that) for my son and got a refill on my tea. After I had already drunk about half of it, I held it up to see how much sugar had not yet dissolved, and saw a solid mass of gunk in the bottom of my cup - mold from the delivery lines of the tea dispenser. Disgusting! I immediately felt ill, although that might have been psychosomatic. I went back to that store as soon as I could and brought the issue to the attention of the supervisor. She was properly horrified, they pulled the tea dispenser, and called the manager to get it sorted out. However, she did no more for me than refund my $1.06. I have to say, if I have been potentially poisoned by mold, or at least completely grossed out, I should receive something to satisfy me beyond a simple refund. I told the supervisor I needed more to satisfy me, and she didn't see to have authority to do anything more. So, I've appealed to the T.H. corporate office and am waiting to see if they can do right by me. (Will post again if I am appeased.) For now, I just wanted to warn my fellow Yelp-ites to avoid that T. Horton's like the plague - who knows what they might serve next?

This was my first visit to Tim Horton's. I could probably just sum up my experience with one term: bug danish. I'm struggling to find anything good about this experience. I felt as if my presence were an inconvenience to the girl behind the counter who screwed up my order and then gave me iced milk (a latte?) and a stale pecan maple danish with a dead fly on top.

Yes, I am giving a chain 4 stars. The reason being this. This is locally owned by a great business owner who does an amazing job. I swing through here for a coffee or a bagel a few times a week and always hit the drive up. Even with 5 plus cars in line ahead of me, the wait is never more than 2 or 3 minutes. It is quite amazing how fast and efficient these guys are at this location. So do yourself a favor and skip dunkin donuts and support your local hardworking business owner (even though it is a corporate chain)

I like Tim Hortons. But had a bad experience at this one. Ordered coffee and a couple donuts at about 10pm at night. Big mistake. Coffee wasn't fresh at all, and both donuts were stale. Too bad I went drive through and I didn't realize until I was already back on the road. I've been to many Tim Hortons in the area and was very under-whelmed with my experience at this particular store. Not up to par with the Tim Hortons quality I expect. Too be fair, I've been to this location twice and the first time was fine. Hence the 2-stars.
