Took my wife and two daughters here Saturday. It was around noon. Weird thing was it was dead. Ordered the turkey sandwich. The sandwich was good but as we were sitting there my wife and I noticed the staff was just chit chatting behind the counter and all the tables in the entire Restuarant was just filthy. My wife said to me, "I had to wipe down our own tables!" Not sure if the location they chose for the PB location was entirely a smart one. It's such in a weird place next to Officedepot and right near Chillies. Kind of out of place.

Was in Michigan for a quick weekend trip, after a cold wet morning and hot steamy afternoon. This hit the spot! Delicious options, followed through with a warm crispy crunch of toasted bread. Just the right amount of melted cheese and meat to make your tastebuds happy!

Cheap sandwiches on the smaller side. The new *bigs* options are a misnomer. If you have a big appetite this is not going to make you happy. Tasty but totally standard, we got some to go on our way home from SJM. I had a roast beef, my dad had a wreck combo and James sampled the Italian combo after he got home from work. It was plenty for my dad and I but for James it was strictly a snack. We also indulged in sweets. My dad and I had some chocolate oatmeal bar type cookies which were not stellar but James had an awesome sugar cookie. It was fine but nothing that has us jumping to go back.

The meatball sub is delicious!

I called at like 10 min to close to have a sandwich made, and the woman working there was really nice. I also had forgotten how cheap potbelly is. I was super pleased with the experience

Good food and friendly staff, but the place was DEAD (which I found really strange considering it was dinner time)! The location of this restaurant isn't ideal.

Update: I just went again recently, and they have "skinnys" now as a slightly cheaper, less bread & meat option, so if you're in the mood for a smaller sandwich to further justify a good shake, get a skinny hammie!
