Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Thee BEST pizza place in the Washtenaw county area. My fav is the Price Buster Pizza which is (basically) all the veggies & meat (minus hamburger for me because I just dont like hamburger on my pizza & minus green peppers because they give me heartburn o.O) BUT I do add green olives which to me gives it that xtra zing of flavor. I order from them so often when I am at work that they even know me by name, lol. I think close to 6 yrs I have enjoyed their food. The delivery service/people are pretty good... fast, friendly & efficent. I've also tried their wings more than a few times and they are really good. Over the years the menu has grown tremendously and the wing flavors are plentiful. Their hamburgers aren't really that tasty. The meat is bland. Wish this could be improved, BUT the Italian Dream Sub is super yummy & also their Burritos. They are huge and very filling. Great deals & an ever growing menu... so again I LOVE their Pizza :)

Love the mini taco at 2am! And the over the top brownie bites are awesome! The staff is always friendly and they deliver Til 3am which is great.

Only real late night pizza place in this area. There is more than pizza on this menu ( they have a pretty big menu). Best items are the Pepperoni bread, curly fries, Pepperoni and Bacon Pizza, and a double ground beef pizza. Sandwiches are good, salads are good, etc. The only real thing i don't find good is the wings, which is a killer for me because well who doesn't like wings. But 1 for 70, i'll take those odds anytime. If you in need of some food at anytime ( i think they close at 4 am on weekends), then i would recommend Mr. Pizza, maybe not the best pizza place in the area, but probably the most consistent and probably cheapest.

Mr. Pizza is a fast food pizza place. And a very busy pizza place. I couldn't believe the amount of drivers taking out pizza for delivery. The cheese that came our pizzas was somewhat on the light side, but there sure was lots of sausage. The dough was probably the best thing about the pizza, tasty with just the right pull when you took a bite out of it. Oh... terrible location on Washtenaw with a small parking area and difficult entrances and exits, but this place had the best discounts of the day. I'll try it again

Love this place; affordable, friendly, tasty and quick delivery. Vegetarians! Please allow me to make a suggestion for your next order; green pepper, onion, mushroom, pineapple with alfredo sauce (instead of marinara) and cajun / sesame crust. It's killer.

I've spent way more money than I care to remember here over the years but it's always a great place to go when you're not sure what you want to eat. If you're an EMU student, use the eagle discount and get ridiculously good prices. If you're not, they still usually have nice discounts on their daily specials. The regular pizzas are your typical pizza (at really low prices) but the specialty pizzas are really good and unique. Definitely better than all of the chain places in the area (I'm looking at you, Dominoes), and I prefer it over the local places like Benitos.

When the staff at Mr. Pizza hears my phone number, or any of Dan's roommates phone numbers, they all recite the address before we can finish giving out our digits. That's how often we order from there. One of the delivery drivers told us that whenever a delivery to that address comes up, they all clamor for the chance to deliver whatever greasy delight our drunken selves requested, because 'this house tips the best.' We have also been known to have multiple deliveries in a night from Mr. Pizza, because when someone orders it, we all end up ordering it. Yes, the size of the tip is probably directly proportionate to how many spirits have been imbibed that night, but when you're in that 2am Saturday night state of mind, good pizza on wheels will bring you to your knees. The fact that it's actually great pizza is just a perk! So, what are our Mr. Pizza staples? The toppings are fresh and generously portioned, the crust is buttery and crisp and the sauce and cheese marry it all together beautifully, so ANY pizza from here has real taste potential. Some repeat offenders in the Terrible Decisions House are Sausage and Pepperoni (duh), Chicken and Bacon (c'mon), and (my fave) Chicken and Feta. Honorable mention to their inventive gourmet pizza section, most notably the one they call 'The Reubenator,' which is literally a Reuben in pizza form. Again, not my favorite (I love Reubens, but this comes with pickles, see past and future posts for reference to long-standing pickle hate) but every time that pizza arrives on the doorstep, it's usually devoured completely before anyone hits the hay. Feta Cheese Bread. Order it. Order it with Greek dressing on the side if you're willing to pay a little extra for a whole new level of taste. Seriously, I love this place. It's very reasonably priced, borderline cheap, and the staff is always friendly, no matter what time you call a huge order in. Do yourself a favor and order up some Mr. Pizza the next time you're too drunk to weave your way to Taco Bell. You'll be glad you did (especially the next morning, as it's really top notch for kicking a hangover).

I am giving them a four star review based on two stars for service and five for the food. I rang them up to place an advance order. The person on the phone seemed to have difficulty comprehending my order, despite the fact that I spoke slowly and clearly. I had to repeat myself several times. He didn't seem particularly interested in taking my order, but at least he got everything correct. The food came fifteen minutes ahead of schedule, which was fine, as I was home. Our pizza was hot. The crust was correct, all the toppings were there, and the taste was on point. Our cheese bread was correct and they remembered all the dipping sauces. Said cheese bread was also delicious. I have no complaints about my food, but Mr. Pizza needs to instruct their employees on how to provide a better customer experience when they ring in.

Very hit or miss. The consistency of the quality of items is strong, but I get nervous to try new things from here because, while some of the menu is awesome, other items are not. Whatever you do, do not order the rueben sub. This is my favorite kind of sandwich, so it's an understatement to say I was disappointed. There was literally one slice of corned beef, that's it. Also stay away from the burritos. They are basically only rice. Chicken sandwiches are good. Breadsticks are awesome. Pizza is ok. All in all, they could do better, a lot better. But the Reuben is the most disappointing item so far.

Delivery was quick, & the Pizza was great. They made it my way, thin & crispy. Thanks

Mr. Pizza has ruined all other pizza for me. I don't understand what they do differently that is so damn good, but whatever they're doing- they're doing it right. Seriously. Amazing. Every. Single. Time. The breadsticks are also good. They have some good salads too. But the pizza- damn.

So before I mentioned Mr Pizza WAS a place that makes 5 star pizza at 2 star prices. Well the prices thing is still true. The pizza part however is a different story. My first crummy pizza was dry, nasty, and had a weird funk smell. I let it slide and thought, "hey things happen." Well went back not once, not twice, but 5 TIMES and each time I went back, THE PIZZA WAS TRASH. Pure crap. Never finished any of them. Honesty I'm throwing in the towel on this place. You want crappy pizza? Grab a $5 Little Shitzers. At least you get your money's worth.

I have been ordering from Mr. Pizza for 4 years and I honestly can say they are always on point! The pizza is always fresh and delicious and the wings are really good. Ordered a taco salad and fried pickles tonight and they were so yummy. They have a huge menu and I have yet to be disappointed.

My favorite pizza in ypsi. Price is great and always tastes great. First time I've eaten here in years and it's just as good as I remember. Can't go wrong with mr pizza.

A good pizza place. Delivery is always on time. I have ordered twice now and have enjoyed both experiences. I love the flavored crust and fresh mushrooms (not from a can). I was a little upset with the delivery person this time regarding the tip and change she gave back to me. She ended up with a great tip because she was pressuring me to hurry up. I will be picking up and not delivering in the future.

I'd seen flyers for this small local chain for a while, and had been wanting to check them out. There are few things other than pizza I can get delivered to my house, and this place has many other items, like burgers and fish, on their menu in addition to pizza. My husband and I finally did end up getting carry out from the location on Washtenaw, and it was pretty good. I wouldn't bother eating in at any of the Mr. Pizza locations. This one and the other one I've peeked into have a couple of tables, but they are mainly meant to be carry-out and delivery places. We got a tomato and spinach pizza with butter cheese crust. It was a little greasy, but that's what you get with a butter cheese crust. The toppings were generous, and the hand-tossed crust was good if not remarkable. They also offer a variation on cheesy bread that I really enjoyed, their feta bread. It's not just garlic bread topped with feta- they also put layers of sliced tomato on it before covering it in feta. I thought $7 and change for a medium feta bread was expensive until I saw the size of it- it's like getting another medium pizza for $7. They serve it with marinara or ranch dipping sauce. I thought it was odd that their feta comes in shreds instead of in chunks, but it tasted good, so I'm not complaining. Prices were average- a little cheaper than Cottage Inn but more expensive than other chain pizza places. However, they did have a coupon system I really liked. Instead of offering you a deal on some combo of pizza, pop and salad or pizza and breadsticks, you could take a flat dollar amount off your meal if it came out to a certain amount. The coupons were $2 off a $10 order, $3 of a $15 order and so on.

This is our go to delivery place when we're trying to figure out what to eat. We don't normally order the pizza but tend to stick to the burgers, subs and salads. Delivery is typically pretty fast and the prices are reasonable. It's nice that they have such a wide variety of foods because we can all get the type of food we want on days when a decision can't be made.
