Terrible customer service... From a manager nonetheless. They did not confirm my address and instead of buzzing the few bells in my apartment, they brought the pizza back to the store and said I'd have to come get it. The manager (Tory?) was unapologetic and would only say it won't happen again. Try Mamma Mia's off Grove for good pizza and service. I'll take this review down if I simply get an apology, because their quality is better than 1 star.

Tonight was pizza night so where did everyone want to go to...Jets. First disappointment: they got rid of their chicken caesar salad which was one of the best. Had their wings, which were shockingly pretty good. For Pizza itself, we had a jets 10 (pretty good) and a 8 corner pepperoni pizza (also was pretty good, but if you want a really really good pepperoni pizza then get it round with a turbo crust). Overall Jets is a really good copy of one of my favorites: Papa Romano. Jets is a little high (but if you order online, they do have a lot of great deals), but overall is pretty good.

Ordered a pizza and it was delivered so fast and it was so good!!! I live in an apt building and usually deliveries take a long time bc there is always an issue with them getting in. But jets always gets me my food on time! Tipped the guy an extra few $ bc he was great! Not sure of his name..I asked him but forgot Tobie or Tony? Yummy pizza!!!!!!!

So I'm kinda digging this Jet's right now. They are quick, they are friendly, and they never over or under cook their pizza. I've never been a huge Jet's fan because I prefer round pizza over square. There's something about their dough thats both soft and crunchy, their sauce that's not too soupy but not too pasty, and their cheese that's still perfectly melted even after 30 minutes. The delivery guys are always friendly and always say thank you to my tip, even though they could just grab the money and run. They've never been later than their estimated time, and our order is always right! Until I am completely sick of it which is highly unlikely, I will keep ordering from here.

I'm so happy this place opened up not too long ago. I'm a fan of deep dish and this has some of the best at a very reasonable price. I've never had a problem ordering, picking up or enjoying their pies. A word of advice, though. If you Google map this address, you'll find yourself on the wrong side of Huron. It's actually on the west side, across the street from Eagle Crest.

Friendly staff and quick for pick up. I normally go to Hungry Howies or Cottage Inn which is on the same street but was looking for something different. The Jet's NY Pizza looked interesting so we tried it . The pizza was too greasy and salty. That may be because they loaded it up with pepperoni and cheese. Friendly staff but not terribly crazy about the pizza.

A great local pizza place for takout / delivery if you live south of 94 in Ypsilanti (Ypsilanti Twp). I order delivery from Jet's on a regular basis (more like 1-2 times every few months or so), but that has nothing to do with their food, I just happen to take it easy on the delivery pizza. It is pretty wonderful, but not the best for your you in the end. Anyway, back to the review, great food, fair pricing make this a great delivery pizza place. I'm a fan of the jets bread and always get extra sauce for dipping both pizza and bread.

This location is horrible. I looked forward to moving back to a Jet's delivery location, but my orders are wrong half the time, and they shut the ovens off before closing time. The only reason this location isn't getting 1 star is my constant love of Jet's. Go to a different location and be impressed.
