This is a decent place to stop by for a snack if it isn't too crowded. As other reviewers have stated, it takes awhile for orders to get out and the place is often dirty. Despite this, I've never had any problems with any of the staff and I found the food to be delicious.

looking for ice cream and this was the only place around in that area...wish we never stopped long line because they are as slow as their turtle sundaes. floor & tables were dirty and gross. went to sit outside and the chairs are chained to the tables which makes it NOT easy for 4 people to sit at one table

Dessert Wise, this dairy queen is just like every other (which is great of course), However this one also has good food. For one this one runs cheap daily specials on something (food wise) and also have good lunch meal deals. Had the onion rings, which are really good ( might be top 10 in the area), fries here are OK, chicken tenders are great here (taste real similar to Arby's), and they also have a really good double cheeseburger. Me personally, i think this dairy queen is about 1 to 2 notches below say a Culver's, and i think that's really good.

They don't even know the ingredients to the blizzard types. When confronted in front of manager, told me that I was wrong and my order was correct. Never again! Ate some but threw it out because it didn't taste right. :(

I go in for a mixer in a waffle cone on one of the first nice days of spring in Michigan, thing was so stale it tasted like it must be from last summer. It took the 4 zombies behind the counter half a decade to notice I was ready to order (one a manager) they don't even fill my waffle cone all the way, my friend next to me had just as bad a waffle cone but filled to the brim! awful service and consistency of SOP. Will not return. I hear the Depot Town location is MUCH better, make the extra trip out that way.

I would give half a star if I could but no. They were very rude to their costumers and gave no attention to them. They would yell and snicker at the people ordering and I would suggest they find a new staff. And I couldn't even turn my blizzard upside down. If you want to get some good Dairy Queen. Go to the stone school one. Not this trash

This DQ seems to have a snail pace at getting orders out. Now, being from the West Coast, everything is fast paced and everyone is always in such a rush. I'm all for taking things slow and easy and reminded, when I leave A2 that a lot of people have a laid back and calm attitude, but c'mon...when ice cream is involved, it shouldn't take that long to serve...especially when you have machines to do it for you!

Well it really has to be bad to give a DQ one star!! The recent string of commercials provoked my interest and I decided that I need to eat real food at Dairy Queen before I die. This had to have been one of the single worst experiences I have had in long, long time! To start off with this place does not have a restroom, this is not the window service ice cream stand, it's a full blown fast food joint with well over 25 tables in the place. The saddest part was that was not the worst part of the experience. The staff was completely incompetent of handling very basic orders if they contained any actual food. The fries were served still frozen in the center and our burgers that took more than 10 minutes to come out to begin with were incorrect. The actual food itself lacked any actual flavor until I drenched it in ketchup. I am not asking a lot of a fast food place in general, but this place managed to disappoint on any level they could. We actually left without getting any ice cream because we were so disappointed.
