I've been going to this chain for decades. The one in Wixom has to be my favorite location. The soup bar is to DIE for. You get your money's worth here. Last burger I got was very good - huge, hot, with melty cheese and tons of hot, crisp fries. Could barely eat half before I was super full. I always stop by here after a trip to the lake.

I remember regularly visiting Leon's as a teenager. This was when they had a location at 10 mile and Haggerty. We had never been to the location in Wixom, but while looking on Yelp for a place to eat near Meijer in Wixom, we saw the 30% off coupon. Well, on this occasion, the promotion brought us in the door. It wasn't too busy on a Wednesday evening with only a handful of tables taken. We ordered our food and attacked the soup bar. The soups were really good and the bread they provide is excellent. The food came out and it was pretty good, especially for the price. My mother ordered a breakfast place and was given a lot of food. The service was mediocre as they only had one waitress servicing the whole restaurant (3-4 tables) However, for a quick and relatively cheap meal, it wasn't bad. Overall, I wasn't blown away by the experience, but it was a pleasant one. We could definitely see this as a regular stop for a quick meal. This will especially be the case if we can get our hands on some more coupons. This place is definitely a solid 3-3.5 stars.

Basic food service can be hit or miss. Wouldn't give me 30% off on my check in since I got breakfast buffet. Then they said they needed printed copy of coupon to accept! To much gabbing for a discount. Not my first time here. They are so much better when the boss lady is on the floor. Lots of parents bring the team after practice on Saturday just so ya know. Gonna take a break from them the discount thing turned me off

Not a big "french fry guy" so I can't fully appreciate the fact you cannot order a sandwich ala carte at Leon's and must have the "complimentary" fries & soup that come with your meal that incidentally, add an extra buck or two to your bill, #rolleyes. It's not that I mind spending the extra money, I just want to do it MY WAY with an extra sandwich/entrée rather than load up on carbs, ;). Place seemed kind of dreary, food was Ok but temps were lukewarm, presentation was amateurish, refills were slow but the staff was not unpleasant and for that reason alone, I'll probably give it another shot but I really hate the traffic out there. Won't order a sandwich either because I really didn't care for the fries ... soup bar was pretty good, hopefully they'll have bean & ham again when I make it back, blah, blah, blah ... blah, blah, blah ... blah, blah, blah ... the operative word here is "un" ... uninspiring, unexciting, unimpressive, underwhelming, un-overall-everything.

Hubby and I stopped by last night for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised, both by the high quality food and by the reasonable prices. Hubby had the BLT with fries, which he declared was "pretty good" (and a deal at only $7.99). I had the salmon with a baked potato and green beans, which was tasty despite the fact that Leon's was out of the mango salsa that usually tops the salmon. I also had the cream of potato soup, which was also tasty. Hubby had a beer and I had two glasses of the house wine (only $5/glass). Our total bill, not including tip, was only $36. I felt we got excellent value for the price.

This was the second time in my life that I visited a Leon's and it was just "eh." My sister and brother-in-law booked the party room here on my recommendation. And that recommendation came merely because they were looking for a place that was in "middle ground" after their son's baptism. A majority of their guests came from the east, and the baptism was in Brighton. We needed somewhere in the middle to satisfy everyone. So they went with Leon's. I don't know what their experience was like, but from what I saw, it was very mediocre. There were several servers working the room that day and they seemed to have a pretty good handle at the beginning. First impressions are a must and that was what they were after. As the meal wore on, the wore out. It took a while to get a cup of coffee or a refill on a beverage. One of the server was also covered in tattoos, not something you want to see at a "family" restaurant. The food was surprisingly tasty. We ate from a buffet of potatoes, chicken, salad, rolls, and vegetables. The food was hot and they refilled it several times because of us fat kids. It's not the cleanest place in the world...you know, ceiling tiles that have been there so long they're yellow. That kind of thing. If the environment and ambience doesn't bother you, Leon's is your place.

Food was good, decor pleasant, service very, very, very slow. Here at 3:30 pm, only 4 other customers and waited over 30 min for two sandwiches. Still waiting for the carry out box, asked for it 7 minutes ago.

This was the only place around that would take a group of people as large as we had. They did a good job of serving 42 people(soccer team) and parents all the food was good and the staff did a great job....

Visited on Saturday evening around 7pm. Surprisingly the restaurant was not busy, only about 4 tables of people. We come here for the soup bar. Unfortunately this visit the soups were not very good. They seemed to lack flavor. The Caesar salad had fresh ingredients, but too much dressing. My wife ordered the New York strip steak cooked medium. It came out unbelievably rare. The center was very raw and cold to the touch. She sent it back, and although it was cooked more the second time, the center was still rare. I had the broasted chicken which was so-so. The broasted chicken comes with garlic mashed potatoes and gravy. I think next time I would ask for a different style potato. The prices are reasonable at Leon's, but I think I would rather pay more and get better food and better service. We come to Leon's about 4-5 times per year, but we think this will be the last time. The food and service seem to get a little worse each time we come. Apparently others think the same based on the number of guest dinning on a Saturday night.

Just hosted a bridal shower at Leons in Wixom. The food was very good and the service was great! Jennifer and Amy took wonderful care of our group. Highly recommend their banquet facilities and the restaurant too!

Sunday bruch buffet fills you up, if nothing else. Bacon / eggs were too salty. Potato pancakes were dense, but the biscuits were nice. Service was pleasant.

I love this place! I can't believe it hasn't been reviewed yet. They've got great food and great service. Sandwiches are pretty good here, especially the chicken wraps. The only con is that almost anything you get comes with fries, soup and rolls. So, if you just want a sandwich, you're going to get all of that, and pay almost $10 for it.

Food is great. Soups are amaaaaaaaaaazing. Chicken Noodle and Tomato Basil the best. Rolls are the best I've ever had. I only wish they would turn off the news on the TV's. I don't want to be bombarded during my meal about the world's struggles.....
