The words that come to mind when I think of this place are: Shit Show. Service was awful and the food tasted like it was made 3 days before.

Sad day at KFC. They couldnt give me the smaller sides like I like. They didnt have any legs in Original Recipe, and the manager would only let me have a certain replacment, not what i wanted. She wouldnt help us anyway. Didnt even give us a biscuit or anything. Bad service all around.
(1)Derek S.
Service with a smile? Nope. Grumpy people work here. Borderline rude. Forgot our fries and were put off, not apologetic for the mistake. And, not to pile on, but what's up with the wonky chili they're using on the coneys nowadays?
(1)Mikayla S.
The restaurant was dirty, and the attitudes were poor, we will never be back here. I cannot imagine how this place is still in business. Every single table was dirty. The floor looked like it had never been swept. The employees were all annoyed and in a huff over any request. I work in the food service industry and would make sure someone was fired if these were my employees. No wonder they're shortstaffed. This place was terrible.
(1)Don C.
Just read the rest of the reviews. I had the same experience. I wasn't expecting 5 star service at a KFC but I also didn't expect third world conditions either. For the love of god and all that is holy........spend your money elsewhere.
(1)Jen T.
I give this place 0 stars. Ive tried this location a handfull of times and every time ive been disappointed. The food is always cold and the service is horrible. No one cares. It is always dirty.
(1)Toni C.
Sadly the District Manager act like she is a straight up thug. The District Manager is very unprofessional and she is the leader. Diana let me know that the bank own KFC on GrandRiver In Wixom CIty. Who really does that, I guess she let me know her behavior can be horrible and she will not suffer any consequence for her behavior because the store is in bankruptcy.

Horrible!!! Check what you order. Bought 3 cheeseburg combos, 2 for my boys, plain w/ketchup only and one was mine made how it's supposed to come PLUS tomato and lettuce. One we started eating the boys first noticed their fries were Luke warm at best. Then I took a bite of my burger and noticed the tomatoes I paid extra for were left off. So I took it up there and showed them the guy handed me a gravy cup with two small (half dollar sized) tomatoes in it. They didn't offer to make me new one the right way. I reluctantly didn't force the issue. I sat back down and took a couple more bites and realized the lettuce was the only thing they did put on it. It was supposed to come with ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions. I went back up and no apology or offer to make it right. The guy who made blamed the lady who took my order who was now no where to be found! He said she relayed the incorrect info back to him even though it was correctly rung up and printed on the receipt right. So be warned.....if you want your food "Your way", don't eat here. I mean really, how hard is it to screw up a burger in the middle of the afternoon when it was dead in there?!?!?!?
(1)Meghan P.
Holy crap! I waited un the drive through for a full 2 minutes before someone even acknowledged that i was there. I was about ready to drive away. He said "hold on". So. I did. For 3 more minutes.. no one came back to even take my order. There was no one in front of me and three cars in the parking lot. Not sure why the service here is SO terrible. I really try not to complain, but this is the 2nd time that the service alone has made me decide to drive next door.
(1)Teresa R.
The food is good but the people at the window can only service one car at a time. You have to wait like ten minutes to place your order.
(3)Anonymous R.
Absolutely the worst KFC in metro Detroit! Obviously run by inept staff. I always order 8 grilled wings for my coworker and I in advance at other locations. I didn't this time, big mistake. The wait is usually 25 min at other stores but here, I waited 60 minutes! Because the "forgot to put them in the oven." I stood at the counter as the rude young staff putzed around until I started to get mad. How hard is it to put chicken in an oven? And these people want a raise to $15 per hour? I always make sure to avoid this place.
(1)Mike P.
Every time I have gone to this location my order has been messed up, it never fails. I try to give them the be idiot of the doubt but I'm the one that gets taken.

It appears my review may echo the many already here, and to compare I've given a KFC 5 stars elsewhere. This review will be a compilation of my last 4 visits, but its nothing if not consistent. Today I walked in and the manager (I assumed, white woman in her 50s) was up front, saw me and started yellibg for Nicole (who never appeared) to take my order. I waited a few minutes before ordering with Ms. Manager. I ordered a $5 meal (she made it a point to correct me.. its $5 fill up). She asked style, to which I ordered extra crispy. I ordered similar the last time here, only to be told "we out" if crispy. She gave me my total while she went back to her project. I got my food by the only other employee seen (not Nicole) and then had to wait for the manager to take my cash for a moment. I considered walking off it was so long. I ate in. The food was ok. As expected. While eating I watched the manager discuss new food deals with Nicole (who showed up finally) and another manager all in front of the customer waiting (as if he didn't matter). The dining area looks and feels dirty, with floors that look like they haven't been mopped in years, a drink station with hand written notes "this isn't trash" and lids that are easy to miss. At least no tables appeared dirty unlike other reviews. There was never once a sincere greeting like they were happy to see you (my other KFC review noted how they went out of their way to greet each customer). I briefly mentioned the extra crispy issue last time, but the overall feeling there was similar. In fact then I felt as if I interrupted play time. The two times before that were both drive thru visits that were identical. Each time I pulled up to place an order (the drive thru open sign on in each case). Each time nobody would respond. Each time I had to leave witnout food. Both times it was 9 pm and they should of been open. The 2nd of the 2 times another car also was there trying to get someone's attention, but even the guy taking out trash ignored us. With at least 6-7 fast food joints and another 6 sit down restaurants within 1/2 a mile, I suppose this KFC/A&W has decided it doesn't want our business anymore!
(1)Kevin S.
Sometimes the people here are okay but most of the time it seems like they don't want to answer the drive thru speaker and even when they are open in the morning I would go there and have to wait 5-10 minutes just to get someone on the speaker and they don't answer and don't care even when you drive up to the window. It's happened about 3 times so far and really bugs me since they are supposed to be open but I like the food sometimes just wish it wasn't such a hassle Sometimes.
(2)Sean G.
I had to wait a good ten minutes for the employees to finish watching a YouTube video before I could order. The manager came in after I ordered, and one of the employees had to stop what they were doing to get her a drink. They got most of my order right, but on one hotdog, they gave me chili and onions when I actually ordered chili and cheese. I don't mind onions, but some people would really hate to get onions on their food.
(2)Andrew P.
Restaurant was filthy - tables had spilled soda, salt crystals and straw wrappers on them and the floors were covered with scraps of food. Bathroom looked like a science project. But the best part was the 4 employees lounging in the restaurant on break. They were taking up 3 of the 4 booths in the place, while the last one was dirty with straw wrappers, napkins and crumbs. With all the other fast food restaurants nearby there are definitely better options.
(1)Paula K.
We usually go inside to order and take our food with us. Katara took our order today, I asked her to ring up an additional biscuit to go with our five dollar fill up, she ignored that request. She gave us the wrong sauce and so we had to ask her to give us the one we wanted. Got home and realized they did not give either of us the cookie that comes with the combo. Other than an older gentleman who works there who is very nice, the staff just acts very lazy. Dining area looks a mess unless the one older gentleman is there. Took a look at the credit card receipt and got a laugh when I see that there is a place for us to leave a tip. A tip for what? Here is a tip... act like you care about your job.
(2)Amanda Z.
So, I'm ridiculous reviewing a KFC/A&W, but this was so ridiculous, that well, reviewing is needed. I've stopped here a few times because it's right next to work. It's a little janky, all the workers are, for better lack of words, ghetto as all hell, and well, you get your standard fast food, I hate my job attitude. Whatever. Never bothered me. But, I drive in the other day at 5:30pm, during dinner rush, and decide to switch it up and order off of the A&W menu. So, I tell her I want a hamburger and she says...at A&W...you know, where there is a menu full of hamburgers..."WE OUTTA BURGERS TONIGHT." I'm like, uh, I'm sorry, what? And she repeated, "I DON'T GOT NO MORE BURGER PATTIES." Whatttttt?! Never again. Get it together.
