I loooooove this location!!! My drink is always made to perfection - friendly staff & very quick & efficient drive thru. The outside seating is awesome. This Starbucks isn't the closest to me - but I still go out of my way to go here for the awesome service & tasty drinks.

I liked that this location was so chill and relaxed. There wasn't really anyone here midday. Service was fast and friendly and there was plenty of parking. If I'm in the area this is the Starbucks I'd prefer to hit up for my fix.

Your run of the mill Starbucks... They have a variety of drink options. Teas (hot or iced), coffee (hot or iced), hot chocolate, bottled juice, water, energy drinks, etc. They also have pastries and snack items... The biggest difference between this Starbucks and the others in the area that I have been to is that this place has a significant amount of seating. Service was a tad slow, but this place was pretty packed with people getting their morning jolt. They have a drive thru and the location is close to the mall, restaurants, Meijer and other locations in Westland!

Every time I hit this location I'm always satisfied with my coffee. I usually order a peppermint mocha. The downfall of this location is the wait time in the drive thru. It sometimes moves at a snail pace. I understand great coffee is a process and takes time but things need to be speeded along.

Terrible, the only reason this place gets two stars is because of one good experience I had with a barista here. I have gone here several times and more than once I have gotten the same rude individual at the drive-thru window. He literally yelled at my boyfriend because he forgot to tell him that I had a free beverage to scan on my card. I do not know how this guy still has a job, every time I go here he is always rude to everyone and makes it obvious that he hates his job and/or life. I have even written the manager about this kid, and he is still there! I don't seek to get anyone in deep trouble, but I have worked for Starbucks before and I know there should be some coaching done on the manager's part. This place just makes me think that whoever runs this store does not care about customer service at all.

How can a drive-thru coffee place, a CHAIN coffee place at that, earn five stars?? That's crazy, right? Not really. I come to the drive-thru here every day, but have only been inside once. Here's the deal with five stars: I order a really complicated drink. The same one every day, but it's still complicated. I always get exactly what I ordered, and it's always delivered with a smile and a warm greeting. The other incredible thing about this location is I've never had to wait very long, no matter how many cars are in front of me. You can tell that the management is working hard to keep things running smoothly.

I tried using a fundraiser value card. It said Buy 1 large coffee, get 1 free. I've used this at 4 other Starbucks locations and never had a problem. I would order 2 coffee drinks (mocchiatos, frappuccinos, etc.). First, the manager comes out the drive-thru window saying that it can only be used for coffee. She said this very rudely to me. I replied that the espresso (which I ordered in my mocchiato) IS coffee. She said, "Espresso isn't coffee." and I said that it was too. She then changed it to "regular made coffee" and then expected me to still wanting my drinks saying the total 13 something. I said, 'i don't want them anymore' and drove away. VERY RUDE/BAD customer service... I hope an area manager reads this. I go to many different Starbucks all the time and this was by FAR the worst experience of them all! Apparently, you need to educate your manager that espresso IS coffee; it's concentrated coffee.
