Olga's defines Michigan Comfort Food. People tease me for my love of Olga's but I don't care. If I'm going to Westland Mall and start getting hungry, I'm coming here. The cost is cheap, the taste is good, and it comes out in like five minutes. Everyone who works here is nice. My faves here food wise are the Original Olga - extra meat, extra sauce, with cheese. The legendary snackers. Spinach Pie is dope, I usually get one to go, and of course The Peasant Soup. How good is that soup man? So good! Don't be afraid to admit you like Olga's, you know you do. I've been going here since Shawn Michaels was a "Rocker" with Marty Jannetty and now that HBK is a WWE HOFer, I still proudly go here. It's a part of me, haha.

It was super busy here today. We had about a 5 minute wait. My daughters love coming here for the snackers. I had the Mediterranean Olga. It is excellent. It is made with lamb, feta, olives, and tomato. If you like feta check it out. We also tried the cinnamon sugar snackers with frosting. They were yummy and tasted like a cinnamon roll. My girls choose this place so often that I can't give it more than three stars because I tire of it.

I have been to cleaner and friendlier Olga's. The food was just ok. Expensive as usual. We tried the marinara cheese dip which 4 of us thought was terrible.

I love Olga's. I have loved it for about half my life. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I'm not sure this location is THE BEST of the Olga's chain. I only get Olga's when I'm visiting Mich and they seem to change the menu almost yearly. We always get a basket of snackers for the table. This visit, I tried the Mediterranean olga; yummmm! After trying a bite of someone else's chicken shwarma olga, I was thinking I might have to go back the next day for that one too. Loved it. I also tried the greek fries from another order and they are delicious. They have feta and a rosemary greek yogurt on them. BONUS: We checked in on Yelp and received a free dessert! The server and manager had never seen that coupon before, which I thought was funny. We ordered the ultimate brownie (just okay) and the apple bread pudding, which was fabulous! It had caramel sauce all over it and an awesome custard.... It was delectable. Oh Olga's ... never go away. Keep the snackers and I'll love you forever.

We've been to several different Olga's, but this one is the closest and the one we go to the most. The Olga bread is always hot and freshly made. The Olga salad doesn't come with a lot of variety, but it is usually fresh and delicious. We've been going with the three cheese olga and the curly fries. The ice tea is excellent. No complaints to speak of. The service is normally good and the restaurant is cleaner than most. Olga's is just a little bit pricey for what you get, so I 'm going with 3 stars based on value.

Fast and friendly service. Food always meets expectations, so if you like Olga's this is a good one. I love the snackers (which have always been fresh during my visits), the fried cheese (like cheese sticks, but in balls) and the cheeseburger Olga. If you are getting carryout, make sure the order is correct before leaving. I haven't had any major errors, but I had a missing side of butter and a drink had ice when requested not to.

When I think of Detroit, I think of a couple of things.....My dear friend Chris, and Olga's... I've been to a few different locations, and I would imagine they are all equal. I am a vegetarian, so I am my potions are limited. I usually stick to the Greek salad, Spinach pie, Coffee, and of course the Olga Bread. The Greek salad, is so/so. Every city has their own version of a Greek salad. But the spinach pie is goooooooood. And my favorite is the Olga bread. I get the Fat Free version, and it does not taste FF to me. I think it would be a good idea to open an Olga's in the DTW airport... I think on Wednesday, Olga's offers additional savings.

Hey, we visited this Westland "Olga's" and hadn't been there in awhile because it used to be a bit on the not so clean side. This particular visit was really great because of our server! Tanya was really great to us and got our food quickly and it was good and hot! Like most people have said..the bread is hot and awesome! I'm a little sad or alot sad that they took most of our favorite sandwiches off of the menu :(** but there are a few of the old fav's still around: the Peasant soup and snackers are great and very yummy! The 3 cheese Olga is still around and the salad is good but they changed the dressing a bit and for me it's not quite the same. It has a "bite" to it that it didn't have before and I liked it better before! I like that this Olga's has very nice server's and that it is in the mall that is closest to our house. I would say that you should try some of the new sandwiches but I stick to my old stand by's like the fajita and the veggie Olga's and like I said, the 3 cheese is great! If you like dessert, they have this great chocolate chip bread pudding that comes warmed up with hot chocolate sauce over it and a special sauce that is white and yummy!! It comes with coffee so you get dessert and coffee for only $2.99! It really great tasting dessert , you just have to try it!!

Stopped by for dinner this Friday. WE asked for a table and were put in the back area, there was no one there. We saw a person cleaning and asked for a waitress. A gentleman soon appeared and took our order. My wife had a salad and I had the barbq Sandwich which was very good. It was twice as large as a regular Olga . I asked why. The answer was that they put four and one half oz's. Of pork on this sandwich vs three oz's of beef, lamb on the Olga. The thought was that beef lamb costs more than pork. At 7.95 for either sandwich I feel they should be equal. The rest of the dinner was fine and our server couldn't be nicer. We will return

The food is decent. The Olga snackers and cheese are to die for. However, I ordered a serving of snackers and a LARGE soda for carry out. When I arrived, My total was $9.00! I was a little sticker shocked, so I looked at the receipt. $2.50 for a large soda. Allow me to define to you what Olga's definition of a large soda is. It's the equivalent to a McDonald's small soda. When I asked to have it removed from my order, the response was, "But it's already on there." I kindly told them that they could keep the entire order, or take the soda off. I'm happy to report they were suddenly able to remove the soda from my carry out order. They're WAY too pricey for what you get from them. I just can't justify going to the place.

Never coming here again. I went with my mom Thursday night for a light snack before we left the mall. Ordered a cup of soup and a salad. She put the order in. Easy enough, right? We waited and waited, but no sign of food or waitress. Had to get up and leave. What a joke..

Awful awful awful. The meat in the Carolina BBQ was more fat than meat, the sauce was lacking in flavor, and the bread was almost stale tasting. I was diappointed because I heard good things about Olga's. My parents' dishes were equally as bad as mine. I will not return.

Love love love this place. :] Olga bread is AMAZING. I would stop here just to get their snackers. The best sandwiches here are probably the asian veggie, the fajita and the three cheese.

Hum.. idk. Their bread is good. It's sweet like bakery goods, but I rather eat that by itself than with the beef. I got the original Olga "sandwhich" which is gyro basically. I'm not sure about the sweet and salty mixed. But I do like their fried zucchini fries. Anything fried is good.
