This place is a family tradition. I have many childhood memories of whole family (aunt, uncle, grandparents, etc.) get-togethers here. They have a whole section in the back that works perfect for larger parties like ours. The antipasto salad is to-die-for. It is very simple but it is fresh and generous. The house dressing is amazing. I truly think these salads is where I get my love for fresh red onion. Just yum! Any dish you order here will be amazing. Their basic meat sauce and marinara are used for almost everything. It always starts with a good base. That said, I like the mostaccioli and the chicken parm the best. I forgot to mention the bread sticks. Again, so basic but so flavorful. They always have specials, things that are not on their ancient, well-tested menu. My mother most recently ordered the eggplant lasagna. It was fresh and delicious. And completely vegetarian! The service is always great. Sometimes I feel a little like the waitstaff is hurried but they never hurry us.

Been going There since I was a child Grew up in the neighborhood. There Quality has stayed consistent. A decent Italian Family restaurant. Decor needs to be upgraded but generally it is an affordable place for the Family.

Excellent place with exceptional service! Rhonda was our waitress for our date night and the food as always is great as was our waitress. I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs and my boyfriend ordered the lasagna. Both of our dishes were excellent. I love this little gem!!!

A popular place for banquets and family dinners, most of the food is served family style. DeLuca's offers a solid selection of classic pasta dishes done the traditional way. The salads are decent, reasonably priced, and can easily feed a group. Even a "small" salad feeds four and an individual salad runs around $4. At first glance, $6.95 for a small cheese pizza seems a little steep. However, after some research, its still an affordable and legitimate alternative to some of the more expensive Italian restaurants (i.e. Cariera's, Antonio's, Andiamo, etc.) Across the board, prices are at least a dollar or two cheaper than competitors.

I had the worst meal I've ever had in a restaurant here a few nights ago. They have 1 preparation for pasta. They call it marinara sauce. It is far from that. It is tomato paste that they use on their pizzas. I feel sorry for the place. I'm surprised they can stay afloat with this quality of food. They should do it like the revamp show on the Food Network. Have someone come in and update it, and teach them how to cook. I wish them luck, but I won't be back!

Too hot to cook. Headed T-bone steak baked potato and a salad. Wife had prime rib and we walked out after tip $42. Great neighborhood restaurant just too bad it's a couple miles farther away from me that I like. But have been coming here for at least 15 to 20 years will be back.

Was craving Italian and Carriera's was closed, hence we go to Deluca'a mid-day on Sunday. Lots of families, some sort of wedding or baby shower going on, very busy and the parking lot showed it! Lots of cars, but luckily they have a big enough parking lot to accommodate their customers. When you walk into Deluca's you can see how busy they are - but, someone should be keeping the place tidy or even a little bit clean. Oh well. Sat down and the waitress was very nice and accommodating. We decided to order some wine for 4 of us; there was a total of 5. We ordered a liter of cab, yum! She brought out the carafe and poured the four of us wine and the other one had pop! I had ordered spaghetti, don't think I would order this again. I hear and saw the pizza - looked and smelled delicious and people were humming while they ate it. So, next time it is pizza for me! Nothing exceptional, but it was fine for 5 people who wanted Italian!

The food here is so good, especially the pizza, breadsticks and spaghetti. The major downside to this place is that they are so good, that sometimes they are not really concerned with customer service. Due to this being the case, when we get the desire for Deluca's we will just get carryout and take it over to my uncle, who lives down the street. They also only serve dinner here, so they are not open until 4pm. We have never been here when there wasn't a large lineup in the lobby. Again, this is just a result of the amazing food that they serve here.

This place is approximately 3.1mi away from me.. and I've never been. My boyfriend and I were searching for a place to eat out @ and he asked me about this place. I always pass by it and notice how extremely busy it is. So I agreed to go and upon approval you could see they were getting ready to close! I guess they close at 9:30.. On a Friday night.. We arrived around 8:50. Anyways we were sat in the dining room area and it was cute. Cute little atmosphere.. It wasn't anything upscale - you could tell the decor was old & just the idea of this place was homey-ish. And there's nothing wrong with that! Our waitress on the other end- took about 15mins to take our drink orders. And another 15 to finally bring it to our table when all we ordered was WATER. My boyfriend knows me and how fussy I am over everything but this was just bizarre. Just because you're closing in 30mins doesn't mean you can take your sweet ass time counting your tips and doing what not while we sit here and wait.. For WATER. Our dinner ended up coming but before that we were served breadsticks.. Very dry and unappetizing. Had no taste whatsoever and they were given to us - COLD. So right now all I'm thinking is- ok never again. I asked her for ranch to give the breadsticks some taste.. That also took her awhile. I see her coming with a container of ranch .. She didn't even have the decency to put it in a little bowl. I came here to dine in- this was no carryout order???!!!??? Our dinner was JUST okay. Nothing special. Pizza was good.. Not 13$ for a medium good.. We also ordered a Greek salad and that was about 10.00$ for a SMALL. And at the end something came up and we were Ina rush to go. I mentioned how I wanted cheesecake. Our waitress brought out my cheesecake and I asked for a bag.. We sat there waiting for not even exaggerating. About 7 minutes for a plastic bag!!!!!!!! We got up and we see the waitress going thru her tips.. LOL. "Sorry guys" came out of her mouth after she noticed it was us.. Mm.. You sound so sorry.. Didn't say thank you. Have a great night. Nothing.. My first time here and this was the shit service I received.. Sad.. I come home & I open my container of cheesecake. It tasted like rubber. I took a couple bites thinking the next bite would be better than the first or second. But nope. PURE RUBBER TASTE. I thought I had a rubber eraser in my mouth. That's how bad it was. I'm just disappointed. Not in just the food, but the service. And overall my whole experience here. If I do come back again- it'll be a carryout order. That's an if******^!

I love this place! Their pizza is my favorite in the area. I've tried several other dishes and have been happy with everything. I've never sat in for dining, just carry-out. We are not a fussy family. We have done long-term missions work and in some places where ALL the food will give an American's stomach food poisoning. We only had desserts and water. It was, in all sincerity, the worst dessert I think I've ever had. My 11 year old and I had their brownie cheesecake. It looked rich and chocolatey. But, seriously, it's like they found a way to remove all flavor. My daughter, who likes cheap ice cream with Oreos, said it left a plastic taste in her mouth. I initially ordered the tiramisu, but the piece they brought was so laughably tiny, I refused it. Honestly, it was a piece the size that we might give to our 3 year old if we weren't sure if he was going to finish it. Pathetically small.... Finally, my wife had a conolli. I now actually respect the ones from Kroger or Meijer. I'm not kidding in any way here, I used almost all of my body weight on the shell to crack it with a fork. One of our friends was pounding it was her knife. I then took a bite, to see what my wife was eating, and a shard of the shell cut the roof of my mouth. The people down the table were laughing because they could hear us chewing the canolli shell. It should have come with some shellfish tools. We initially went there because they serve Sander's hot fudge cream puffs on Friday--and it was Friday. They said they had just run out of puffs. The hostess literally sneered at us when we walked in and then gave me a dirty look when she seated us. It was 8:30pm on a Friday night and we had a group of 10. Maybe she didn't want to move the tables around. Maybe we smelled like a girl's basketball game. I don't know why she was mad, but we had done nothing. Positives: My wife filled her Nalgene with some very tasty cold water from the pitcher for our drive home. And, the waitress was nice. Negatives: Everything from the decor, to the dessert, the bent forks, the faded posters on the walls, the crowded (desperate to make a buck) seating. Even the lady who grabbed our money didn't ask us how things were. She spat out a number and said nothing. WORST DINING EXPERIENCE IN YEARS. Somebody mentioned "Kitchen Nightmares" in another review of this place. My wife and I felt the same way. I have no idea why this place is rated so highly. Maybe if we had had a regular entree... Or the pizza? Major positive: We have something to laugh about with friends in the coming years. It was worth the terrible price to have such a fun story to tell.

Deluca's has been a staple "red sauce Italian joint" for the entire 45 years of my life. The meat sauce and meatballs are what I compare all others to. Salads have slipped over the years and other items can be hit or miss but its the ultimate comfort food restaurant for me. Expect lines on the weekends.

meh. i feel like this place is not as good as everyone makes it out to be. the sauce is great, it is homemade and you can tell. the pizza is pizza, not bad and not spectacular. i feel like they need more choices on the menu. i noticed that pretty much all of their pasta entrees are just noodles with the same red sauce. no variety in choices whatsoever, so if you're a picky eater you may not like that. the service is good from what i have encountered so far. the best part about this place are the breadsticks, just the right amount of crispiness on the outside, and perfectly chewy on the inside. the bread is lightly dusted in a garlic flavoring. i liked my chicken parmesan, but i don't think this place is something i will crave. there are definitely better places around.

We were there for the rehearsal dinner for my brother's wedding. It was a great place to have a dinner. We were in the back room by ourselves with a server who attended to our every need. The food was great - especially the bread. As we walked through, I saw some of the pizzas and wish we'd had one of those. They looked delicious. Next time I'm in the area, I plan to stop by and check it out.

I know there are locals that swear by this place, but I just don't see it. We recently went here for pizza and beer with family. The pizza was good, not great, but ok. The antipasto salad was tasty but it was totally drowning in dressing -- there was at lest 4 cups left at the bottom of a family style bowl once the salad was gone. All-in-all we had a good night out with family, but I just don't think this place lives up to the local hype I've heard in the past.

Birthday Buddy Time! Kenny was in the mood for some good pizza and since it was his birthday, his choice. We picked another place but it wasn't open for some reason. Kenny had picked up a pie here quite a while ago so we stopped. As I walked in the door I noticed something another one of our fine reviewers wrote "I noticed that when ever anyone mentioned this place to me...they were always an older couple. I mean "older" older! Made me start thinking...they must make stuff the good old fashioned way!" (Mia K. 2008). Well one thing she was right about, "old people" know good food at reasonable price. I guess I'm getting old and Kenny too! We obviously ordered trhe pizza at the waitress recommendation even though we planned on it anyway. It was a double cheese, meat lovers style and chased down with several domestics. I really enjoyed this pizza. It was a regular round pizza with a really good taste. The pepperoni was sliced a little thicker like it was freshly cut. good size chuncks of italian sausage and thick slices of ham. Very good meal. Worth returning for (for us old people). Decor kinda out of the seventies or earlier maybe but I like it that way old and comfortable and reasonably priced. I miss the corner pizza joint and this is what this place reminded me.

This is a neighborhood joint that my family has been going to for years. It's been around forever. It's usually full of old people. It's kind of a time-warp. Super casual. This is the kind of place where you pour your own water into a tiny glass out of a pitcher. It's not very clean. Our table had a big old splash of something or other on the wall next to us. Your salad will come with a plastic cup of dressing. Your pizza will arrive much later after the other entrees. It's not the kind of place where you're going to try to impress a date. I come here for the gnocchi. Most places have gnocchi that's frozen and machine-made. This stuff is pretty good and appears hand-made. The sauce is hit or miss. Sometimes it's delicious, sometimes it tasted burned. Everyone seems to love the pizza. They used to serve good ole hard bread sticks. Now they're fresh and also good. But they still have some old style if you ask. I've had the meatballs, but found them very bland. I've had good service before, and I've had some really cranky service here. Last night was particularly cranky. Every time I come here, I think, "Why did I come here?" Familiarity, I guess.

I have ALWAYS had good food and service here, but tonight I saw something I could not believe. With the restaurant still open at about 8pm, a carpet cleaning crew comes in and starts cleaning the carpets! There were still MANY people eating! They're moving tables right next to us and everything! Who does this?? My friend, who has acute asthma, had to leave because it was affecting her breathing (on her birthday!) WTF were they thinking??

It's been a family tradition for over 30 years to visit this family restaurant. What you won't get: an extensive beer menu (in fact think only Bud Light and Michelob most times on draft), attractive atmosphere (looks about the same on the inside as it does on the outside), hip and trendy crowd (mostly older folks my grandparents age who have been coming here for years). What you will get: 9 out of 10 times great service (I have seen some of the same waitresses here 10+ years), huge portions (meals generally come with 2 sides (spaghetti, vegetable, or potato) plus a generous side salad, amazing breadsticks, and good bang for your buck ($10-12 meals with main course, salad, 2 sides, breadsticks and enough leftovers for at least another meal). My go-to order is the small veal parm although their pizza is great too. They also have amazing meat sauce - thick, not watery, on their spaghetti. I think I have a special fondness for this place for being a family tradition of ours but with fussy parents and grandparents says something to agree on one place to return to year after year. (Plus Italian is my least favorite food, so kudos for satisfying me too as one of the only Italian places I regularly frequent.) Just go in appreciating it for it's history and quality no fuss food, don't go in expecting fine dining.

This place is dreadful. I have no idea how it has 4 stars. The service is terrible: unfriendly and slow. The food is hideous. I mean hideous. Something you would see on a Kitchen Nightmares. Of the entrees we ordered--beef, spaghetti, ravioli--nothing was cooked or seasoned properly. Bland sauces. Chewy meats. Limp vegetables. The one bright spot, if there is a bright spot, is the pizza. If you aren't able to avoid this place completely (e.g., you're already there and are browsing yelp as you wait 20 minutes for your server to take your drink order), go for that. Oh, and the wine is cheap. Good thing, because you're going to need it if you come here.

The service is great. The food is great. The parking lot is full for a reason. We all tried something different on the menu and none of us was disappointed. I've been wanting to try this place for months. One of my friends lived in the area before she moved to the east side and Deluca's was the one place that she always raved about. She did not mislead me. I love Deluca's Restaurant and I definately will be going back. We didn't try dessert because we were too full, but we saw some on a table as we walked in and everything looked scrumptious. The spaghetti and meat balls were delicious, Debbie Z told me. I had chicken parm and loved it. My husband had steak, shrimp, and pasta... not a drop left on his plate. Carol had pizza and she said it was delicious. I forgot what my daughter, Susan, had, but our table was very quiet after our food was delivered. too busy eating and enjoying.

Very Dirty! I live in the Thumb now and used to go to this restaurant all the time when I lived in Livonia. We were in the city and I had my new wife with me and told her I know of a great Italian Restaurant. I have never had a bad meal here in twenty five years. I had not been to this restaurant in two years. My wife went to use the restroom and reported that it was the dirtiest restroom that she had been in any restaurant. I remember when Mr. Deluca had the restrooms redone, it was a very nice job. I went to the guys room and could not believe the dirt on the door! Once inside, I could see black mold on the toilet bases, and when I went for a closer inspection, there was a dead cockroach in the east toilet. We had already ordered the food so we decided to stay. The food was still great, but I did not enjoy it thinking of the servers touching those bathroom doors, and then handling our food. When we went to leave, there was an aluminum serving tray that I observed setting on a vacant table that was filthy with years of grime. How can they serve drinks and food off something so disgusting. I would not want to even touch it with my bare hands. When I was passing the bar I peered into the back kitchen, absolutely filthy! Sorry Mr. Deluca, I cant come back here again. Not that I am a clean freak, I eat at some pretty rough taverns, but yuck! If you want proof of the poor conditions, look at the screen door at the back of the building where the employee's come into work at the north parking lot. The door is black with grime, large gaps in the bottom where mice and rats come in. Grease thick all around the dumpster. I remember a proud Mr. Deluca greeting guests almost every night. Now mabey the restaurant is on automatic? How can a landmark restaurant fall so low on cleanliness? I do not know. What I do know is that the place was only half as full as it used to be. Now I know why!!!

DeLuca's used to be my favorite Italian restaurant, and I still love most of their food. Their meat sauce? OH MY, I could just eat it with a spoon straight out of the container. I love their gnocchi. The cole slaw is crunchy and tart, just the perfect compliment to a rich tomato pasta dish. But . . . the pizza, which used to be the best thin crust in town, is now just mediocre. Somewhere along the line they changed the dough recipe. It used to be crispy on the bottom with a high, crisp and airy outside edge. Not anymore. Now it's tough, the edges of the dough don't rise and bubble, and it's flavorless. It's really disappointing, so I won't be getting pizza there again. But I'll always go back for that sauce! PS--I'm saying that it's not good for groups, because it's always so crowded (a good thing) that it's really tough to go with a group and get seated.

My wife & I have occasionally gone here since the 80's. I must update my review as the owners have updated the menus in the past year. The food may not be hand crafted Italian as one may get in restaurants in Boston's North End or New York's Little Italy, but it is good and you get plenty . For the most part, the servers are friendly and attentive.

Deluca's Pizza is one of the only places I have ever eaten that uses real peperoni on its pizza. When they bake the pizza the tiny little peperoni slices curl up and fill with grease. It is disgustingly delicious, and the pizza is nostalgic and reminds me of my childhood. The type of pizza that isn't the best in taste, but really is the best because you've been eating it your entire life. I love the pizza here and the mostocolli is great for dine in or takeout. I've also eaten here many times including sports team banquets. I have never had a bad experience here - and usually I eat to much pizza -- even after filling up on garlic bread and salad. They have really good salad dressing. Everything is good. Except for the parking. The parking is a bitch. I suppose I could always park across the street at my local barber's shop, but then I would feel obligated to buy him a slice. And I won't do that because I am cheap.

I love it here but I grew up on it. This restaurant does skew towards an older crowd but that doesn't upset me in the slightest. It's a mom and pop joint and the clientele are mostly people who live or used to live in the neighborhood. The food is solid and tasty. They have a special in here called the due combination where you can get two entree selections with two sides of your choice for 11.99. It's a whole lot of food and a deal. If you get it opt to pay an extra dollar and get the antipasto salad which has great meat and veggies and is a delight. Your other side should be spaghetti, period. I love the broasted chicken, the sausage and peppers, spaghetti, mostaccioli and the pizza. I am not too big on the ravioli. They have great deals on wine and beer here, limited selection but I am no wine snob when I'm eating Italian . The cannoli is nice for dessert. I also like their spumoni.

Was pleasantly stuffed after coming to Deluca's. We came here for a funeral reception, and I genuinely liked the way it all turned out. They gave us a separate room for our group, and the food was delicious and copious. The pasta, breadsticks, and meatballs were personal favorites, but everything was really delicious. It's served family style, which works out very well in this type of setting. What was even better though was the fact that the family was able to take home all of the leftovers, of which there was plenty. For a place that charges by the person, this is rarely done. That just cemented Deluca's as a stand-up place in my book, and everyone was so welcoming that it felt like family.

I had the Veal parmigiana it was off the charts good. the bread stick are wonderful and just and FYI pay the upgrade and get the Antipasto Salad so worth it...

Pizza, Pizza, Pizza! Hence the only reason the place is getting 3 stars. Just like Liz I grew up eating at this place and was always forced to go here because my grandpa liked it. I personally hate all of the food here, except for the pizza. The spaghetti sauce is too sweet, the lasagna is made with hard boiled eggs - therefore leaving it rotten tasting, and the warm garlic buns Peggy referred to are nothing compared to the bread at Antonio's. Therefore, I will on rare occassions take my grandfather here because he likes the pork chops and when I'm craving pizza I'll get a Deluca Special to go....but this isn't one of my staples to turn to. And why are people always holding their baby showers & funeral luncheons here? Seriously???? Its dark and dingy...I guess its more fitting for the funeral lunch. You can get much better italian food at 6 other places within 5 miles.

Fairly impressed! This is your family style Italian restaurant at it best; filling, friendly and family oriented. It's not high end by any means but the food tastes good and is reasonably priced for what you get. The free bread basically makes it so you have a second meal to take home as you fill up on it. There is no reason for a score below 3 unless you were expecting something else. I would suggest going for the ravioli or gnocci, we also had the veal and beef tips which were good but nothing to write home about.

I've been coming to this place for over 10 years and a lot hasn't changed... which is a very good thing. My family was never one really for ordering the pizza but it always looks pretty good. We always start with the antipasto salad and it is always delicious and gone in about a minute once it hits the table. Then for an entree it is usually a toss up for me between the spaghetti parm and the cheese ravioli. This time I went with the ravioli which to me are the strangest ones I've seen. Rather than your typical stuffed squares theirs are more like octopus with legs cut off, if that makes any sense. But it is always a good stop when back home.

This is one of the best places to get pizza in metro Detroit. I grew up on the east side but my parents always drove us here to get the pizza. The pepperoni is the best I've ever had on a pizza... I used to call them "grease pots" when I was a kid, because they curl up and fill with grease. The breadsticks are delicious as well. I have never had anything other than pizza or salad here and I never will, so I can't comment on the rest of their menu. But if you're looking for high quality, delicious pizza, come here. Yes, the atmosphere is a little dated but who cares!? You don't go to a mom and pop restaurant for the decor.

I'm pretty sure my children have Deluca's salad dressing running through their veins.... Growing up in Dearborn, we were here at least once a month, if not more. Then as an adult, I insisted on a weekly visit while pregnant - keep the crazy lady happy! Now that the kids are a little older, we either bring them along or just get carry-out a few times a month. Antipasto is a must, and pizza or pasta, depending on what you had last time. The pepperoni are the "real" kind, that curl up in the oven and make little grease cups that can be blotted out - or not. The pasta, regardless of the shape will be great as long as you get the meat sauce - in fact I think you could put that sauce on a rubber boot and it would be good. The garlic breadsticks hot out of the oven either with butter or the leftover salad dressing are true happiness. My hubby LOVES the veal parmigiana - which comes with 2 sides - we ususally get both spaghetti and take it home for later, or the kids are plenty happy and full from the side! I am usually too stuffed for dessert, and still taking home half of my pasta. I did have a cannoli once for my mom's birthday dinner, it was OK - but truly I wouldn't bother - use up the space for dinner! Prices are very reasonable, the food is great and we always leave with yummy leftovers for the next day's craving! Hmm.... I think I need to place an order now.

I love the SPAGHETTI SAUCE here. We pick it up when in town, it is the only purchased sauce my Italian grandfather would eat when he ran out of his own. It makes my mouth water. We have bought may containers of sauce to freeze and take home when ever possible. We have picked up food for catering a big family dinner from them, picking up broasted chicken and mosticolli... the have wonderful fresh green beans. I hear good things about the Pizza but have not tried it yet. I have stuck to the sauce for the last 30 years of my life.

I LOVE this restaurant!!!! Going to this restaurant has been a tradition in my family since before I was born (I am 30 years old), and I have been enjoying the food there for about 26 years. I grew up in Michigan but moved to Atlanta for 8 years and every time I returned to Michigan to visit family, it was a priority to make it to Deluca's. I now live back in Michigan and drive 2 hours round trip just to enjoy their food. The dish that is my family's ultimate favorite is Gnocchi, with meat sauce and meatballs. YUMMMMMM. The entree's come with your choice of coleslaw or salad and the house salad dressing is scrumptious! My brother was in visiting me this weekend and we went to Deluca's for dinner Saturday night. It was just as awesome as ever and the meatball's were the best I had ever tasted them. We also ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and it was wonderfully flavored and had the smaller pepperoni's- my favorite because it comes from a pepperoni "stick" and is fresh and flavorful. Also, the restaurant has been family owned for as long as my family has been going to the restaurant. You can tell that the gnocchi and sauce are made from scratch. The ambiance is charming and the restaurant is filled with familys. I can't wait to go back!

I noticed that when ever anyone mentioned this place to me...they were always an older couple. I mean "older" older! Made me start thinking...they must make stuff the good old fashioned way! It's right on the northwest corner of Inkster and Warren. The front parking lot is a little tight...but there is ample parking on the sides and in the back. There is a bar on the right (not the sit down kind though), two dining rooms on the left and a third further down that is more for private parties it seems, (because there has been one there each time I went). The waitress told me that they have been there for over 50 years! I ordered the spaghetti the first time I was there because Amy and Gerri told me "Deluca's has the best spaghetti!" Also I noticed that it must be a favorite as most of the waitresses seemed to be serving just that. The bread is very good and warm. They make it back there. I saw people asking for spaghetti sauce to dip. I ate mine with butter. The spaghetti itself was fine but not how I like my sauce. This sauce is very thick and tomatoey...almost sour. I've been told that it is a particular style...from the old country. The rest of the menu has more Italian dishes...prepared in an authentic fashion, I suspect. I guess this explains their popularity amongst the "older," older generation. There has been the same grumpy old man there a few times, I noticed...bossing the waitresses around...it's a bit amusing. They say that he comes there just about everyday. They put up with him because he lost his wife and he is sad. His friend joins him and he is just as bad. Given the food, the decor and the clientele...I bet they could shoot a cool '70's Italian mob movie scene here...EASY!!!

I grow up D. Heights about 5 miles from Deluca's, I started coming here after JR (Haston)high school dances. That was about 1963, at that time Deluca's was a pizza joint and was on the corner of a shopping strip, the rest. now covers the whole corner. We would ask one of our parents to drop us off and pick us up later. At that time the tables where old kitchen tables and chairs. The floor was tile 60's style and they had a jute box's. Pizza was the only item on the menu as I remember and a damn good one. I no longer live in the state but we still have family and friends who do and every time I can get to Deluca's I do. The place is huge and so is the menu but the food as always is outstanding. I opt for their homemade gnocchi every time I go there, if they don't fill you up then you may have a problem of some kind. And I have to have a cannoli to finish me off. Do not waste your time and money at chain restaurants help keep places like Deluca's open for many years! Remember to eat well and live well and please no chains!

I really like this restaurant! The food is good, the service is good, and there is enough to take home and enjoy it all over again! The reason that I only gave it 4 stars is because the Hostess was seriously rude! If she was nice they would have 5 stars for sure! Update: I guess the customer service is hit 'n miss... The hostess was alright, not wonderful, but alright. Our server was terrible! She disappeared for half an hour. We had to ask the person at the cash register to get us a "to go" box and to cash us out.
