BAND NIGHT This is regarding a night with a band, so keep that in mind... The place was loud, crowded, the band wasn't great and the sound guy was even worse. We went on a recommendation of a friend who frequented during the day and calmer nights, so we were all a little surprised at the atmosphere. We were expecting something a little more chill, instead it was a lot of people just getting drunk (but still having a good time). However, the menu looked reasonable and our server was very nice. I gave them 4/5 because even though I didn't really enjoy the experience, it might be for you if that is what you are looking for. I've heard good things about the place from other people.

For starters our waitress Kathy was pleasant and attentive and that is as good as it gets. I ordered French Onion soup, after moving the white blob (cheese?) I found the soup was salty enough to make a healthy man stroke out. Kathy noticed I pushed my soup to the other side of the table so she had the manager come to our table. The Mgr offered another choice so I tried the Clam Chowder. Bright white with the consistency of Elmer's glue. There were clams present tho. My entree, the Pot Roast, was on the menu for years and was always a good meal at B' Creek. I swear my wife and I were doing our best to discern what exactly was on my plate. The carrots and celery were small angle cut Asian dish veggies that were in a clear broth. Tasted like La Choy. The Pot Roast meat was good by its self. This was all covered up with a translucent brown gravy that was out of a can and probably meant for another type of meal. I'm not making this up. We were disappointed in the food enough to say never again. Same as it ever was decor, with a staff that seems to be trying their best to reintroduce the old Beaver Creek. Sorry, not even close. I was not charged for my cup of soup and we smiled a lot when Kathy asked if everything was alright. She tried but the kitchen will bring them all down. Another review said it's a good place to get drunk. Ha Ha that's summing it up!

As soon as you walk in you feel as though you are in a log cabin. It's a nice warm astmosphere. They have rustic wooden table and chairs. Table of all sizes to accommodate various size groups. I ordered a hangover burger. It was ok not the best I've had better. The burger was topped with cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, red onion and a fried egg. Served with french fries of course. The burger didn't have much flavor it was meh. Fries were good I got seasoned. My friend ordered the Cajun seafood pasta. She said it was ok and the sauce was good. She like the fact it came with large shrimp. They have changed the menu a lot. We went because we wanted broccoli bites. They took it off the menu and they use to have game on the menu. Not anymore. Just cheese dip with venison sausage. Bummer that was another reason we went there. Disappointed in the new menu but the inside is nice. They had a pretty big beer drinking crowd for the afternoon. They have quite a few on tap and a full bar. I didn't get to partake because I had to go to work. Not sure if I'd return. I'll put this one on the maybe I'll return list!

Went in for lunch and my initial reaction was 4-star! I love the ambiance with the outdoors cabin feel. Lot's of TV's, fireplaces, games, and game trophy's make it all that much better. I ordered off of the lunch specials menu, a Walleye tenders with sweet potato fries. It came out in a reasonable amount of time, and the first thing I thought was that a mistake had been made & I was brought an appetizer instead. The food was in a mini basket; 3 pieces of walleye and a handful of fries. I had asked for the southwestern ranch in addition to the tarter sauce. I got only tartar sauce. The walleye was deep fried with the skin on, which is OK normally, but in this case it was extremely (overly) fishy & chewy. I also go a nice bite full of bones halfway through my second piece. The sweet potato fries were limp and flavorless. The free cookie for desert was OK, but nothing really exceptional. Overall I felt like I paid $15 for an appetizer (that was $11.65 for the dish +tip). WAY too expensive for both the quality & quantity. There are too many other choices out there, this one is checked off my list for good.

Came in here yesterday. Was not my first visit. I feel like everything is good, but not exceptional. We split the spinach artichoke dip. It was good. I ordered wings. They are HEAVILY breaded, so if that's your style...enjoy. I prefer naked wings though. It's my fault for not asking. I ordered the nuclear sauce which was very spicy and had good flavor. My gf ordered a salad. The portion was sizeable and she did not finish it. She seemed pleased with how it tasted. They had $2.25 or $2.50 domestic bottles. The service was good. They have some very unique menu items, but I wasn't feeling gutsy enough to give them a try yesterday. I'm not much in to gamey meats, but they do have those options available. I really want to love this place, but I'm still searching for a menu item that I fall in love with. In this place's defense, I've pretty much stuck to appetizers and have yet to give an entree or a sandwich a try. That's next on my list.

While sitting home at the ranch me and the miss decided to saddle up and trot down to the new Beaver Salon to check out the new decor. On arrival they had a greater the was kind enough to tie off the horse. We pushed the double door and to our surprise all the animals were gone and installed one of them there popcorn machines. The Barmaid fetched us a couple of cold brews and kicked our boots up and enjoyed some good old country music. After a bit we got some fresh vittles from the grill and it was the best damn pot roast a boy could ask for ! Welp yelp time to hit the dusty trail. See y'all agin! PS it's a saloon you don't want to pass up. Not many good ones left! Gitty up!

Country music. Single stall, small, yet interestingly decorated bathrooms. Clean enough. Buffalo burgers. Maybe. I ordered one. It tasted like beef. It was fatty like beef. Yet my receipt said buffalo. It was square and greasy. Overpriced for beef. The service was very slow. I wasn't in a hurry but neither was the staff. In fact, the staff disappeared often. According to their menu, it's one of 5 similarly owned restaurants in Metro Detroit.

Neat place. It's big city fancy steak house meets honkey tonk backwoods pub. The menu suits almost anyone's interests... white meat, red meat, vegetarian, burgers, salads, etc.... I came last week before meeting my husband for his bowling. I had always wanted to eat here and so glad I did. The staff were very nice and I was seated quickly, given a drink menu and asked what I wanted. They had plenty of beers, sodas, wines, and cocktails. I ended up getting a few glasses of Pinot Grigio. Excellent! Like I mentioned, the menu offered quite a bit of options. They also have a seasonal menu. I ended up ordering chicken kabobs. They was plenty of meat and vegetables. I liked the vegetables, but the meat was quite charred and I didn't care for it. The sauce, rice and pita bread was good. For $10, I can't complain. The desserts looked great. I would totally go back to try one as well as their sandwiches and burgers. The service was great! It's a neat place to eat in Westland!

It's a fun medium sized bar. One pool table and a couple games. Keno is a big hit with the blue collared crowd here. The patio is nice in the summer. Also check out the beach bash in the winter. Prime rib at every Friday and Saturday night after 5 p.m. Is really good. Try the drunken boat cheese dip appetizer. They could use a better tap beer list it's lacking

My favorite restaurant. I highly recommend the road kill platter. Haven't been there in a while, heard they got rid of the pool tables so if thats true then it's a 4star..

Stopped in with the in-laws on the way home from the airport because we were starving. The "rustic log cabin with a twist" ambience was nice, service was decent, and the food was, too. It's more of a "go drink with your buddies" than "family meal out" kind of place, but it worked OK for our purposes. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back, but I wouldn't avoid it, either.

My first review expressed several significant concerns and I stated that I didn't expect to return. The manager soon reached out to me. I take that seriously - they listen and want to improve, so I've edited my review and I'm adding a star.

Food quality is horrible with new owner. French onion soup tasted like straight salt. Chicken breast on the salad had no flavor and prices have gone up! Old owner also gave out cookies with your lunch order too (a nice surprise after lunch). And I over heard a server tell a guest "can't do that, new owner, new rules" New owner should really look around as to why the place was empty. I will not visit this place again. Much better restaurants in the area with much better food and better prices

This was our first Thanksgiving out at a restaurant. May I say that our family and friends were quite impressed. The hostess was very nice to begin with. Our server was excellent. He was friendly, polite, and did a wonderful job taking care of us. The whole atmosphere was warm and inviting. Most everyone had the Thanksgiving Dinner with all the trimmings. Kudos to the kitchen staff ! Our son had the BBQ rib dinner and loved it. It seemed to us that everyone working here was doing his or her best to make sure our dining experience was exceptional , and it was. We don't live in this neck of the woods but it's worth it for us to drive a few extra miles knowing what's waiting for us when we get here. Friendly, casual and comfortable. We'll definitely be repeat customers.

We see the inside of a lot of bars and restaurants so it's really great to see someone doing it right! New owners and management are energetic and ambitious; booking lots of quality live acts is a great start, so cool to see professional stage and lighting, the food is GREAT especially the delicious buffalo burger. Attentive and competent waitstaff I can't wait to go again!

We've tried several different menu items over the years and every meal has been good to date. The Fish & Chips are real popular this time of year and they also have a decent Mac & Cheese as well. They have good burgers and the steaks are tender and tasty. They have a decent Prime Rib Special on limited days and it is better than average. I'm going with 3 stars with a possible upgrade in the future and I'll be back...

Deceptive name; the beer selection was the most cheap crappy beer on a list I've seen in quite some time. (With Beer Co. in the name we assumed craft beers would be served. 2 were. Otherwise, lots of Labbatt, Bud, Coors, etc.) Food was fine but nothing to write home about. Won't be returning unless it's the only place open on a holiday.

This was the worst service (at a slow bar/restaurant) I've ever received from a bartender. My boyfriend and I came in to watch Monday night football & enjoy some beers. Instead we felt like we weren't wanted from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The bartender completely ignored us almost the entire time. I won't ever recommend this spot & will certainly never come back. Your loss, could have been a great tip!

This place took me by surprise - it has always been one of the places I had been curious about when driving by, but never had a chance to head inside til this past birthday (just a few days ago). The decor is quaint for the most part, but not exceedingly artificial like Applebees et al - a hunting lodge atmosphere that was hipped-up slightly by the indie rock soundtrack, playing thankfully quiet enough to not be a burden to me and my guests. The atmosphere probably increases at night time, when the large bar probably fills up -- I have seen many people here when driving by, and they certainly have the space inside for a huge crowd, but when we ate at lunch there was probably 10% of the place full. In my case I came here here for some unique meats and creations. The staple buffalo, venison, duck, and boar sausage of any hunting lodge are all represented on the menu, though none are prepared in overtly rustic ways. Buffalo is served as meatloaf, other meats are made into sausages or tenders. A good selection to choose from at lunchtime, with daily specials available too. I'm told the burgers are quite tasty too. I settled on the Shepard's Pie, and was not disappointed. A good portion at a very reasonable price. It was served with a cornbread muffin which was nothing special but served its' purpose. The service was good - we told the waitress that it was our first visit and she accomodated us with suggestions and a plate of hot chocolate chip cookies after the meal. I'm guessing this isn't standard but maybe it is? In any case, all well on that front. So why only 3 stars this time? The appetizer platter we ordered included duck tenders, cheese sticks, and mushrooms - and save for the mushrooms, everything seemed frozen and flash fried... nothing unique or special about it. Ditto that cornbread. This place gives the impression of a completely unique dining experience in terms of menu choices and atmosphere, but when it presents the food to you that expectation gets slashed. I'll go back to try the burgers, or maybe for drinks sometime, but if the goal of the meal is to impress on all fronts, i'll have to avoid this place. Go here for a decently priced meal with some special touches in a unique spot. I wish our adventurousness was more greatly rewarded though.

New ownership and it shows. Quick, friendly staff. Great food. I had the fish and chips, and it was really good. Light & flaky. Not soggy at all. My wife created her own burger and she enjoyed it as well. She said that it would have been better if it was a hand-formed patty. The interior of the place is the pretty similar to what I remember it being. But like I said before, the staff was really cool. Even the wait staff that weren't assigned to our table made sure we had everything we needed. They would walk by and ask if everything was ok. Who does this?? A staff that cares?? Craziness I say! I was impressed. We had the opportunity to meet Tiny, one of the owners. Top notch guy. He definitely knows customer service. He was attentive to everyone in the place. He stopped off at all the tables making sure everyone was satisfied; on a Friday night. It was pretty busy. So busy, that most restaurateurs wouldn't be out on the floor. To me, that speaks volumes to the confidence he has in his staff. If you haven't been here before, or in awhile, stop in for a bite to eat. Great looking menu, and a great staff.

I gave this place one more try. Once again the food was horrible. When I walked in i went to the bar to get a drink. The rather incompetent "bartender" walked by me 3 times. She only seemed interested in her friends that were there. Once she came to me she didnt even know how to make the drink I wanted. Why is she behind the bar if she cant make a drink? Once i gave in, I went to the back near the dart boards to escape the ridiculously loud music, there Kathy was my server and she seemed to be the only person there with a good head on her shoulders. I ordered a beer since Kathy had time for me and it was on special. I ordered a steak or lack there of. Nothing but fat came out on a plate with a little bit of meat. Kathy saw i was only picking at my food and apologized and asked if i would like something else, but by then i just didnt have the stomach for anything anymore. Its a shame a nice server like kathy is subjected to this place. She was a fantastic server and the best Ive had the few times i have been to beaver creek. Its a shame that it has come to this but i will not be returning to beaver creek.

Went here for Super Bowl last night as I and my buddies have been here many times for SB but not for about 3 years. It was just as I had remembered it, a lively crowd, good beer specials, free food at halftime, and prizes given away. It's a fun atmoshere and a good time was had by all.

I find it quite amazing that a chain of restaurants that have the same menu can be so different. Beaver Creek is Ok. Nothing super special but nothing terrible either. For a place that has "Beer" in their name they don't exactly have a wide selection. I tried to order one of the three craft beers they had but alas they were out. The food was decent. Nothing I would go back for. We ordered the Wild Thang app and the buffalo meatballs were good but the rest seemed bland and a lil overcooked. My pasta was mediocre and I actually found it tasted better the next day. I wouldn't tell you to avoid this place but I wouldn't recommend it either.

This place was pretty cute. It had a lodge feel. Very airy and open. It was decorated very nicely for the holidays. You can tell a lot of regulars go here, and really love the place. The food was decent. The kids selections were enjoyable, though they definitely try to seat kids out of the way of foot traffic.

While the menu was enticing the execution was depressing. I had serious high hopes for this place but I was disappointed. Everything was not only under-seasoned, I am almost positive there was no salt or pepper in the entire establishment except for the shakers on the tables. However, service was above average and the management made rounds so we will give this place another shot in hopes that they take this review under consideration. The restaurant was also very clean and well dressed for the theme so it does have potential.

This is the sister restaurant to one of my faves, Deadwood. This locale is closer to our house so we decided to give it a whirl this afternoon. They had draught beer on special for half off. My husband was happy about the Pabst Blue Ribbon option as he is old school. They also had tall and tasty margaritas for 6 bucks. We got an order of creek fries and were pleased with them. Thick cut potatoes covered in cheese, very good bacon and green onion served with ranch works for us. I think the potatoes could have been cut a bit thinner myself but all in all very good indeed. Small plate but full of goodness and plenty for us. My husband had the fish and mac special. Three pieces of lightly coated meaty and fresh cod served with a little bowl of excellent baked mac and cheese. I liked the tastes I had and he was very pleased indeed. I had the jerk chicken pasta. Not jerk at all but creamy with quirky spices and sundried tomatoes. I liked it despite the misnomer. The grilled chicken was moist and flavorful and the penne al dente with the zippy sauce. It was served with nice garlic bread too. Service was very friendly and attentive, we liked sitting in front of the fire and being able to see the TVs with some football on too. The clientele was varied between late twenties up til fifties. A lot of people seem to be regulars. It was very pleasant. The drinks are reasonable and nicely poured, the food tasty and plentiful, the atmosphere very log cabin charming. All in all a very nice stop. We will be back.

Not as good as it once was. My family and I used to eat here quite often and stopped once the quality of food degraded. The atmosphere is still the same warm, welcoming, log cabin environment, but a lot has been lost over the years. Might be a good place to get drunk, but don't look for a good meal and great company.

Love this joint! While its easy to miss once you locate which drive to turn into you'll never forgot where your going and always coming back! The decor is like a rustic cabin in the woods. Full bar, lots of big screen tv's for game watching, megatouch games on the bar oh and some great food that you can't find just anywhere. My top fav foods here are the porterhouse. When the porterhouse is on their specials always order it! Delicious flavor and value. You'll take over half of it home for lunch the next day. Another fav is the bison burger. Moist, flavorful and light. This burger tantalizes the taste buds and is leaner than a typical burger. Also good - the Ranchers Salad, Creek Fries, Mac & Cheese, fish & chips and their homemade soups. Drinks are reasonably priced. This place is a blast on NY Eve! No cover to get in on NY Eve which is nice and the place is hopping with live music, free champagne and noise makers. Call at least a week ahead to reserve if your going for ny eve.

I'm surprised we haven't been here more. When we've gone here, we've always had a good times and good food. When we went for a friend's birthday party, the staff let us bring in a birthday cake for her, which was a nice touch and appreciated. A highlight is the pool table and video games which are good for entertaining younger brothers or bored boyfriends. Everyone can have a good time, whether or not they're there for the company.

This place is getting one star but only because zero stars isn't an option. I've lived in the area for 20 years and not heard much about this place and now I know why. We thought perhaps we walked into a private club of some sort. From the moment we sat down at the bar we were made to feel as if we didn't belong. Servers and bartenders walked by us without so much as an acknowledgement of any kind. Not even a "hello" to let us know that YOU know we're here. When our bartender finally came to us she was clearly annoyed at our presence. We ordered a couple of draft beers thinking we would have some appetizers, drink and watch Monday night football. She set our beers down and walked away, never to return. The place is cold and unfriendly if youre not a regular. We sat and drank our beers as quickly as we could, bearing the cold shoulder from our own server and dirty looks from the others. We were offered no menus, no conversation, no level of service whatsoever. I can't comment on the food becuse we never got the chance to try it. I can only assume the food is on par with the service. Too many other places I can give my money to.

Drunken buck dip. It's all you need - a good cheese dip made with Bass Ale that has chunks of venison sausage and seasoned chips. I've never heard anyone say they didn't enjoy something they got here, though. They have buffalo burgers, which is pretty cool. Fiancee enjoyed his pot roast sandwich au jus. They don't have bass ale on tap anymore though, which severely disappointed my mother.

I am banging out a 5 star for this experience for a few reasons... One because this is a great place that is unique. Two because the staff was very friendly (all of them). Three because the food was awesome. Four because the prices were decent. Five because they had a great beer selection! We stopped in not really knowing what to expect, and I can tell you that we were very pleasantly surprised from the second we walked in. It is very rustic and had a lodge appeal all the way down to the moose head on the wall to the two fireplaces, making it feel very comfortable! A couple of pool tables, many tv's jamming out all kinds of sports, and one of those crane thingies where you can get yourself one of those great squishy toys! About 10 types of beer on tap, and many other lushing options. The food was prepared well and the clam chowder is the absolute best I ever had, the burrito was very good as well. The oddest thing I saw was the fact that the john was uber-small...and I am telling you there was a toilet and a little tiny sink. I have seen larger bathrooms in motor homes. Other than that one little thing, I am still granting this my highest rating of 5 bangers! This places will be a lot of fun for a group of people to hang out and have a good time! I will be back!

I have been going to Beaver Creek Tackle and Beer Co. for years, and I can say that everytime I walk in, I notice something new. When you first walk into the foyer, there are pictures of thousands of dogs on the walls with their names under them. The Doggy Wall of Fame, if you will. I love it! Upon entering the main area, you will find a very rustic, up northy feeling establishment with 2 fireplaces that are open on either side. The furniture is rustic also. In the summer the patio is open which is decorated with flowers. A very nice touch I must say. In the winter they have a 'Beach Bash" where the waitstaff wear bikinis and there is a bunch of sand on the floor to give the illusion of a beach. They give you leis and there are tiki torches everywhere. It's a very fun time indeed! The food is great, the atmosphere is very cozy (although the place is large), and the service is outstanding. The only drawback for me, being an avid animal lover, is all of the wild game trophy mounts on the wall. Believe me, you will NOT be dissapointed here! Be aware of this: if you order the Nachos, you will not get a plate of nachos, you will get a PLATTER of nachos piled about 8 inches high! I LOVE the Creek Fries (potato skins w/ bacon and scallions) and the French Onion Soup is some of the best I've had. Make your way to Beaver Creek...it is sure to please!

Updated review based on new ownership in 2014, based on my last visit in May 2014: I've had it with this place. I'm leaving my original rating of 4/5 stars, because the changes have resulted in many more customers. I used to like it because they had amazing happy hours 5 days a week, which included what began as $2 Guinness on tap, but inched up to $3 over the years. Now they have basically eliminated all happy hours, which would be fine if this was a amazing restaurant, which it is not. It is dark and drab, and the area now has other options if you are going to pay full price for tap beer. Ashley's up the street, for example, has a much nicer build-out and a world-class beer selection. And Tony Socco's coal fired pizza over in Canton has an excellent happy hour 6 days a week, including all day Saturday. The changes include live, loud "modern" country music on the weekends, which many people seem to like. Almost all the old staff has left, and that's a bummer. I with the new owners well, and they seem to be succeeding. Looks like you can't turn a profit selling me half priced Guinness five days a week. ====Original review before the new ownership in 2014: I'm a food and design fanatic, so normally would not rate this place highly. But I live a mile away, and it is my best option. OK food; I suspect a lot of Cisco & GFS pre-made, re-heated food items that the managers picks out of a catalog, but perhaps not as bad as a chain. The ambiance is very drab: an up North ski lodge that has not been updated since 1985. It's too dark, and the window are always blinded shut. there is a patio deck, but it is walled off from the inside, keeping them in different universes. But I don't go for the food or the design. I go for the tap Guinness combined with an amazing happy hour, tended by a truly friendly staff. Guinness goes for $2.50/pint: M, Th: 8pm - close F: 10pm - close Sa: noon-5pm, then 10pm-close Su: All day, including during football, playoffs, and Superbowl. This makes me a fan, even if the food and ambiance are blah.

I've been here many times and I'm a fan. They have a pretty broad menu, as far as bar food goes. Very generous portion size. I usually get the pulled pork bbq sandwich. But I have tried many things on the menu, and I've never been disappointed. Many TVs here, and in the right places, you can pretty much see a tv anywhere you sit. Beaver Creek is always a good time.

I've always loved Beaver Creek Beer and Tackle Co. Since I moved to the Westland, MI area in 2005, it's been a regular spot for me. "The Creek" is part of a family of independently owned and operated restaurants in Michigan. Other spots are Troy's "Camp Ticonderoga," Northville's "Deadwood Bar & Grill" and Bloomfield Hills' "Moose Preserve." The Creek is the most Northern Michigan-like of all the woodland themed restaurants, which for me is fantastic. Here you'll be treated to a wide variety of game food and classic American fare. I always, always, always get the venison chili, which is a real treat. Other wild-game dishes at the creek include Buffalo Burgers, Deep-Fried Rabbit Ravioli, Duck Tenders with Sweet and Sour dipping sauce and Boar Sausage. My favorite meal is the "Roadkill Grill." No, it's not roadkill, it's a game platter. The kabobs are pieces of venison flanked by bacon, onion and mushroom. You also get a quail breast and some boar sausage alongside a mess of hunter's gravy, wild rice and fresh corn. If you enjoy game food, as I do, it's absolute perfection and will definitely fill you up. Even though it always stuffs me, I end up getting venison chili, just because I've never had it better anywhere else. The restaurant itself is laid out like a hunting lodge, has lots of big screen televisions, animal trophies and fish lining the walls. It's comfortable and feels like a lot of the bars and lodges you'll find in northern Michigan, with big cathedral ceilings, rustic pine furniture, pool tables and stone fireplaces. It also has a great outdoor garden terrace area that's open during the warmer months. The prices are very good considering much of the food is of the game variety and there are plenty of options for those looking for a great salad or a burger. Not much in the way of vegetarian fare though. For my money, what makes Beaver Creek such a great experience is the staff. The restaurant is incredibly well run. A manager always, without fail, comes out to ask how your meal is and if ANYTHING is unsatisfactory, they are always quick to rectify it. I've NEVER had a bad meal here, and never felt like I wasn't getting the service I deserved. Entrees range from $9.95 to about $17, but you can get a buffalo loaf sandwich, burger or big salad for $6.99 and up. Great spot.

In-laws raved about this place but it fell a bit short. Granted it was a holiday weekend (rather sparse) but the first two beers listed as being on tap were unavailable and the same was true of an entree selection. The Wild Mushroom soup was good.

(4)Mike N.
(3)Brion D.
Had a great meal, salmon was on point, shrimp was succulent, great atmosphere with a live band. Our waitress Lindsey was phenominal!
(4)David B.
My favorite restaurant. I highly recommend the road kill platter. Haven't been there in a while, heard they got rid of the pool tables so if thats true then it's a 4star..
(5)Anne L.
(3)Seth W.

(4)Icie F.
My food was way to salty and I love salt maybe the seasoning lid came off while shaking it on while they cooked it smh ... :(
(2)LaCroix B.
French onion soup was great. Ordered the Basil pesto flatbread special and was totally satisfied. Just took the barmaid forever to greet us and get out drink order. Good meal.

(5)Darrell T.
Had a great time for my first time here. A recommendation from a buddy as a must try place and it did not disappoint. Great food, very good service and a nice atmosphere. Definitely will be back.
(5)Bruce F.
(3)Merrill H.
(2)Bethany M.

Excellent atmosphere and food. Service was quick and exceeded all expectations

Always a a good place to find good food and a happy and attentive staff.

Went here for Super Bowl last night as I and my buddies have been here many times for SB but not for about 3 years. It was just as I had remembered it, a lively crowd, good beer specials, free food at halftime, and prizes given away. It's a fun atmoshere and a good time was had by all.
(4)Andrew B.
(3)emeril l.
(3)Sara M.

(4)Tim P.
Place is great. Try it if you tired of the same ole chains ! Love the menu.. good portions, drink prices and staff !
(4)Brandon X.
Not as good as it once was. My family and I used to eat here quite often and stopped once the quality of food degraded. The atmosphere is still the same warm, welcoming, log cabin environment, but a lot has been lost over the years. Might be a good place to get drunk, but don't look for a good meal and great company.
(2)TINA F.
(4)Jeff G.
I had a couple decent meals here and one lousy meal accompanied by lousy service. Haven't been back since.
(2)Becki B.
(4)Matt F.
(1)Silvia C.
(4)Mic M.
(5)Andrea M.

(4)Andria B.
I haven't been here in ageas, but from what I remember the food was good and the atmosphere of this place is very fun. Feels a bit like being up north : )
(4)Carlos G.
(4)Susan K.
UPDATE: They changed owners...and while it is still good you can notice a difference in the food.

Great atmosphere, quality food and service, nothing too bad to report here. Free pool is a plus! Great nachos! Great singapore sling!

Great spot.
(5)Dale S.
Excellent food I enjoy the bison meatloaf and they have NFL Sunday ticket so if you wanna watch an out of market game this is the place!

My brother used to work here and was a cook. He said that he'd actually eat their food, so to me, that's a good thing! I like the atmosphere of the place, but I don't like seeing all the people that I went to high school with.

In-laws raved about this place but it fell a bit short. Granted it was a holiday weekend (rather sparse) but the first two beers listed as being on tap were unavailable and the same was true of an entree selection. The Wild Mushroom soup was good.
