I am perplexed why people are trashing this place. I have been here numerous times and can say that this restaurant is quite average for the price. I have never had to wait long for a wait staff or to get my food. On this visit, the Resteruant was packed with a large group and there were no delays in service. The food is pretty simplistic and what one would expect from an average restaurant. I have has a variety of items from here and they were quite delicious. The only item that I do not care for is thier corn. They definitely need to get a new vendor.

Food is ok Service is awful!! Ordered 2 eggs on a english muffin, nothing else. Was charged for eggs & toast (which includes hashbrowns ) was also charged for english muffin Would never go back.

The lower rating is for the food. If I could give ten stars for service, I would. Our server was excellent, attentive and awesome with my children. However, the food was bland and tasteless. After eating, I also did not feel very well. I went there before with my husband and it was just okay last time too. I may not go again due to the food, but the service was amazing.

Ordered 4 coney dogs, and vanilla milkshake to go. Once in the car and about two miles from the restaurant I open the sack that contained my coney only to find a container with two hotdogs on French bread, I had two container like this for a total of four coney dogs. No coney sauce on the dogs, sauce was in a separate container as was the onions and mustard. That was fun in the back seat of a car, and they tasted horrible. Threw the other two away.. The milkshake was like they just put ice cream in the cup and served it up, so thick could not drink for 20 minutes...will never eat here again..

Roaches, raw food, long waits, and a management who just shrug their shoulders at you. The only reason I keep trying this place is because I used to come all the time when it was a rams horn but ever since it became this place years ago we got raw turkey which was confusing because it literally took us 1 hour to get the food. They didn't tell us it was going to take so long and it was raw... not sure how that works. Told and showed management and their words were "so what do you want?" Years later I decide to try again and this time there was a roach crawling on the window next to me and the waitress didn't believe me until I poked it with my fry in front of her face to see. Manager comes and smooshes it right next to my head. We all stopped eating. There was no apologies either time. 1 star because most recent time the food wasn't raw.

We came in on a Sunday. There were only two other tables occupied. There were four employees visible. We sat for at least ten minutes and nobody came to even ask what we wanted to drink. The girls were too busy chatting and watching the football game to even acknowledge our presence. I ended up having just half a cup of coffee that the busboy brought me. So I can't attest for the food. I never got to try it! HORRIBLE service!

I am currently sitting here and what a disgusting place! The waitress is absolutely horrible.. Rudest person I've ever come across in my life. Ordered a sandwich and fries.. Fries came out 5 minutes after my sandwich and there was prob 15 fries on my plate. To the waitress with the short blonde hair that was pulled back, you're too young to be this bitter to customers!! What a waste of time and money..

I am currently at the highland grille, and I would like to inform future customers of the poor service, tasteless (microwaveable) food, and unsanitary restaurant conditions. I could bore you with what a terrible dining experience my partner and I had, but I would rather run out in traffic on M59 before I type that novel out. This place is not worth your time. The only people that frequent this place are the old geezers with senior discounts that can't taste anything cause of their dentures. So if you aren't part of senior sqad don't waste your time or money.

Wow. I'm not that picky a breakfast eater but man is this place not good. Ordered a Florentine eggs Benedict and got a pile of cheese, unidentifiable "hollandaise" and undercooked eggs on a barely toasted English muffin. Asked for crispy hash browns and got undercooked ones. Just horrible. I ate half and left. Service was decent and so was the coffee. Gonna be a while today before I get the taste out of my mouth. Tres Horrible' !

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food at the Highland Grille. Rarely do you find a place that is open 24 hours, is clean, fast, and has delicious veggie burgers with sweet potato fries. Unlike the other review by Tiffany C. I never walk out on a bill, and always get separate drinks because the people who work here deserve every penny for the quality food they serve.

Wish I could rate this lower. The servers are rude and don't care at all. I went here and ordered an omelet, worst decision of my life. It tasted very strange. I couldn't finish the damn thing. I went home and for the next five hours had horrible food poisoning. For the first four hours, I didn't throw up, but instead just felt like I was going to. Then, after dry heaving over the toilet for a half hour, I finally puked. One of the worst restaurants I've ever been too. The food is awful. What the "chefs" are doing in that kitchen terrifies me. Do not go to this pathetic excuse of a restaurant.
