I have been to a few Red Lobsters, and both service and food can be hit or miss, this specific location is no different but trends towards the better side. Service is friendly, but we've had occasions in the past year where we've felt forgotten. The food is usually good, but I like to order the grilled shrimp, and I don't think I've ever gotten it hot, just warm enough that I'm ok with it. The smoothies are good, and the coffee, and the biscuits of course. Great desserts. The chocolate cake was actually amazing and moist. My girlfriend always gets the crab legs and she always enjoys them. No real complaints here besides wishing for hotter food, and consistent service.

I like coming here, the waitresses are usually pretty nice and I just love red lobster. The service tonight wasn't so good. Our waitress, Latosha P, was slow and she let forgetting our orders. Not impressed.

I hate to say it but it's a chain. I know the food will be a regular, comfort type order, but I would love to see a chain get it right in the service department.. Make things exciting and people will want to come back. I sat down at the barn, watched 4 employees walk by me for about 15 minutes, no hello, no what can I get you, or even has anyone helped you. The food was to be expected so if you want affordable seafood then this place will take good care of you. Please work on the service aspect. We customers will spend more money and tip better!

The "stuffed mushrooms" are not stuffed. They are tiny dime and nickel sized mushrooms with I'd guess a mixture of stuffing and cheesy sauce poured over them. Look at the menu to see what stuffed mushrooms should be. Look at the pic I posted to see how this red lobster serves un-stuffed stuffed mushrooms.

Who doesn't love Red Lobster?? If you don't, you're lying!!! Cheddar biscuits!! Hello?? Warm, soft, lightly salted, cheesey deliciousness...need I say more?? Mmm!! We sat at the bar as we wanted to watch the football game while we ate.. The bartender wasn't a mixologist by any means.. I probably had the worst drink I've ever had.. My bf ordered Sprite which was obviously club soda. When he asked for something else, the bartender admitted the bar gun never disperses pop correctly and she had someone get a pop from the kitchen..um, if you already knew this...... We tried the lobster pizza as an appetizer, it was surprisingly really good. It was a bit over cooked, but still decent. It just made the thin crust a lil crunchier. My Caesar salad had what tasted like mediocre bottled salad dressing drenching the lettuce and with maybe two croutons, ick. My bf had fish and chips. The portions were a bit skimpy. I ordered the 'pick two' (oink) shrimp Alfredo and coconut shrimp..my portions were most plentiful. My entree was so yummy! The coconut shrimp was huge! The sweet dipping sauce was the perfect compliment to the light coconut breading. The Alfredo sauce was creamy and not too heavy. The shrimp in the pasta was quite small with barely any flavor. I asked why the lobster tank was empty - we were told they were all really old and died or there might be something wrong with the tank..hmmm?? What really bothered me was all the servers hanging out at the bar counting their tips and complaining about customers. How rude! We all do it, but patrons should never have to hear this bellyaching..kind of puts a damper on the evening.. Hey Red Lobster, provide your staff with a break room so they can cry behind closed doors!

Went for the first time in years. Had doggy brown lettuce in my salad. The my son was served a lobster tail with grey crud twice. When I sent it back the second one the kitchen manager claimed it was from the grill. The third one came out and they claimed to have taken it off the bill, however they added an additional charge to then take it off. Never again.

I will forever recommend red lobster for 5 star. The food quality really is good. I'm a simple person that likes the lunch boarwalk popcorn shrimp. But honestly, the real quality comes from the bake potato with salt on the skin, caesar salad and my favorite of all time.....CHEESE BREAD. Unfortunately it is unhealthy for you but its so worth it. I have to force myself to stop eating the biscuits after 4 because I fill myself up before the main course arrives. I really hope red lobster will stay open in the future!!

Not a fan of chains, but stopped here for the first time in several years. Was really impressed by the management and staff, and honestly the food was better than expected. Reasonable price for better than expected variety of dishes.
