Man, have I've missed this place! I used to hit up the one in Clinton Twp all the time. Best Thai food around! I had a groupon so we had to dine in. Service was really slow. We were disappointed that we did not get hot and sour soup with our meal like we normally do, especially since we were starved! We ordered the usual - Bangkok Chicken and Pad Thai hot. Perfect amount of lip burn on the Pad Thai but the Bangkok Chicken could have used a little extra punch. The waitress brought out a bunch of sauce/spice/jalapenos for us to make things spicier. Bangkok cuisine has the best flavor in town, I think. Even if things aren't spicy, the food is full of great flavor! I would totally go back but just order carryout next time. If you live in the area, definitely try it out!

Hmm so bear with me....I really enjoy thai food in general. But for this being a thai restaurant (with several locations) you would think they were consistent on taste across the board, especially with their curry sauce's. You should want to drink the curry sauce but every time I've given it another go I end up draining the curry sauce away from my rice, choice meat and vegetables. Same goes for their tum yum soup, too much fish sauce and not enough love or something. The balance is way off. That being said, this is where I'm mixed because I will say I don't mind their cashew, pad seew, fried rice dishes and (hit or miss for me) their pad thai. But if I'm craving any curry I would drive the distance to a Sala Thai, or drive to Ferndale to Bangkok Cafe or Express, hands down. I'm not impressed with Thai choices in this area in general. Out of convenience though, to get your thai fix and want noodles or fried rice, this location is where to go. Sorry it's quite a mixed review. Be prepared to drink a lot of water during your meal. They season a ton of flavor in each dish.

Delicious Thai. I cannot remember the name of what I ordered, but it was great. The sauce was a bit too thick for my liking, but it was still pretty good. The rice puff chips are awesome. My only complaint is the soup. I didn't even know my meal came with soup and suddenly a bowl of hot and sour soup was in front of me. I would liked the option of aore brothy soup. H&S is too goopy. This is the only local restaurant in this shopping area. Definitely give it a try.

Great quality food here, but the carry-out leaves something to be desired. Small carry-out portion compared to eating in. And, if you order a saucy dish, they pack it in a container that will leak out into the cheap bag, and your car! Sorry Bangkok Cuisine, one scoop of the main dish and one scoop of rice -- at the same price as eating in -- does not cut it for me. Where's the beef? I'll go to Bangkok Express on 19/Garfield for all my carry-out from now on, generous portions, and they pack in a container that won't redesign the interior of your car. Disappointed.

Great food and great options for locations. Each time we go the dishes are made equally as good as the last time. The service is also very fast, especially for take out.

I used to go here often. I used to get the curry fried rice. I had an internal issue the last time I ate here. I do not go here anymore.

I am no stranger to Bangkok Cuisine, and this one takes the cake. From the decor to the perfected dishes, the food has pleasantly surpassed my expectations. The service is incomparable from the friendly and efficient waitstaff to the warm greetings of the owners at the door. This is the only location for me. I look forward to my next visit and many more to come. Do yourself a favor and check out this new location. You won't be disappointed.

I tried this newer restaurant yesterday. I love thai food. I ordered the gang keaw warn mild with chicken. It was extremely salty. I'm not sure if this restaurant uses msg, but the salt over powered my meal. What I did like was how beautiful this restaurant is. Very modern, clean, well laid out and fast service.

Janice's review below is an accurate description. Food is extremely salty. I'm not Thai but I've had Thai dishes many times in Toronto and those were authentic. This is clearly food targeted at non-Asian customers. I ordered green curry and what I got, is definitely not it. My fault for not knowing better so can't blame the restaurant but lesson learned lol

First time eating Thai. I enjoyed the soup they give you when you walk in. The food was great. The wait staff left allot to be desired. Not very friendly. The fish tank at the door was disgustingly dirty. I'm surprised the fish were able to breath in there.

Bangkok Cuisine is our favorite Thai restaurant. All of their locations are consistent in the way the prepare the dishes. From Pad Thai to Pad Se Ew. Everything is always top notch.

Their pad Thai I got with shrimp was amazing!! And their crab ragoons are the best I've ever had. The friends we were with agreed on that as well!! Overall everything was so delicious even had the leftovers for lunch the next day and still so good.

I really don't mean to be an obnoxious but this restaurant is barely Chinese adjacent, than Thai anything. I ordered Thai basil stir fry or something like that with minced chicken. I appreciate that the chicken was minced by hand, chopped the way they did back in Thailand, but there was so little chicken and so much sauce and overloaded with bell peppers (a vegetable that is used very sparingly, if at all, in Thailand). I really wanted to say it's alright, but it really was quite... Well let's keep it yelp appropriate. Conclusion, let's just not...

I love thai food. Here, the apple salad is just great. However, i have ordered plenty of dishes here that have come out too salty. The service is good and the decor is nice. Overall though, based on the food served, this is far from my list of favorites in the area.

Even though Bangkok Cuisine is a little hard to get to (shoved in the back of a typical midwestern strip mall), the food and decor is incredible. I am glad to see that their dishes and standards kept up with their expansion to more locations. The food is consistent. The staff is beyond courteous. The only knock with _this_ location is that parking becomes a little difficult during peak times with Buffalo Wild Wings, and the other stores in the strip of chains.

Sometimes at my work we order carry-out from here. It's always very good and the spice is right. The portions are generous and unless I'm really starving I usually turn my order into two meals. I also don't think we have ever gotten an incorrect order from here which shouldn't need to be pointed out but I've had plenty of carry-out problems in the past, especially with larger orders, so kudos to Bangkok. Recently I ate in the dining room for the first time and was really surprised how nice the dining area was. It's bright and there is a cool fish tank hanging from the ceiling right when you walk in. There were four of us and we sat at a big booth. Actually in was an enormous booth. You could easily seat eight comfortably but since it is a booth you will need to be passing food down the table but hey, that's what friends are for. Everything I have ever ordered has been very good although I only ever order around a half dozen different things when it comes to Thai. Most often I get the pad se-ew With chicken or shrimp and depending on my mood medium or hot. The hot here is exactly that and the medium still has a nice kick to it. Overall it's a very good Thai place for dining in or getting it to go.

First let me say that I love Thai cuisine. So its very rare that I find a place that has 'bad' Thai food. Well, eating here ended up being one of those rare moments. Initial Arrival: When we first arrived, the Manager/Owner was just leaving with his toddler and infant. About 5 minutes later, I asked our server if 1) there was a changing table in one of the restrooms and 2) whether there was a kid's menu. She answered 'No' to both questions. I was told to just change my son's diaper at a booth near the hallway leading to the restrooms. Food: When I saw the dinner prices on the menu and was truly shocked. $10.75 for a Fried Rice dish?! Its one of the cheapest dishes for a restaurant to make! Had it not been for a starving husband and child, I would have gotten up and left. So, forced against my will to stay, I ordered Chicken Pad Ped (red curry dish) for myself and a curry fried rice dish for my 3 year old. After eating a few bites of my food, I got extremely thirsty because of the saltiness. After feeding my son a dozen bites of his fried rice, he refused to eat any more. My son loves rice (he's half Taiwanese), so his refusal puzzled me. I decided I'd better try a bite of his food. Poor kid, it was so salty that it hurt my tongue! Nothing worse than killing curry flavor with too much salt! Conclusion: - Just because a Manager/Owner has small children doesn't mean he cares about spending a little bit ($250-$300) to offer customers facilities for their children, or offering a menu for them. At $10.75 a dish, he can afford it. - Just because a Manager/Owner is Asian, doesn't mean he serves good Asian/Thai food. Don't be fooled by the fancy interior of a place. - Food is the exception to the rule "You get what you pay for". Check out BANGKOK PAVILION (Schoenherr & Canal in Sterling Heights) or KHOM FAI THAI (Hayes & 22 Mile in Shelby Twp). Both have great dinner dishes for under $9.

I travel for work and have ate at many Thai places all around the country. Bangkok Cuisine is still my favorite. Pad-Thai and Drunken noodles are my favorite here. The rare occasion that I'm home I make it a point to get some take out from Bangkok Cuisine. Portions are HUGE! and if you can make it there for lunch the Food/$ ratio is just insane. Most regular humans will end up leaving with leftovers for the next day. (It's almost as good the 2nd day too.) I always like to order my food hot. I don't suggest anyone else do the same unless they really like spicy food. There is a disclaimer on their menu that they're not responsible if your taste pallet can't handle the heat. Pad Prik, Pad Ped, Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, Chicken Wraps and don't forget to order the Hot and Sour Soup!

I agree with Roland B., this is a Jewell out here, plus I can get my grocery shopping done next door while I'm waiting for takeout.
