Had a Great soup & 1/2 sandwhich for lunch. Awsome BLT on toast with a bowl of corn chowder. Soup was excellent - big chunks of potatoes and seasoned just right. Didn't even need to add the oyster crackers that it comes with. Can't beat the price! $5.30. You get a choice of about 6 different wraps or a hamburger and great fries for $5. We will be back. By the way, I've heard rave reviews for the fried bologna sandwhich. Good service too.

Love this place, food is excellent, most of the waitstaff are great and one of the owners is nice, the other one cost them a star because he is always a dick. They can argue over who I'm referencing, but it's easy to figure out. Love the karaoke, although they change companies ofter, so it's hard to know if they got your songs without looking through the computer again, but no biggie. Love the bar, try the Calzone!

I happened to go here on a first date during lunch. The food was pretty good but the service was HORRIBLE. Because it was a first date we took a while to order because we were talking. When the waitress asked again if we were ready to order we said we just needed a couple minutes. More than 15 min later she hadn't been back to our table and was eating at the bar. My date had to go to the bar and place our order with our eating waitress. She was rude and didn't make eye contact. My date also proceeded to compliment the food, and the waitress just walked away and didn't acknowledge him at all. He had to retrieve our check from the bar because it was taking the waitress an obscene amount of time to bring it to the table.

Maybe it's just me but anytime I go somewhere for karaoke, their pizza is divine! Tipsy is no different. The wait staff is kinda shitty but what else can you expect from hot girls. What I especially love is the fact that you can pretty much always find karaoke at Tipsy.

I have only been there once and the staff was very friendly! The drinks were good, not great, but good. The food on the other hand was phenomenal, especially for bar food. I would recommend giving it a try.

Went there on a Thursday with my sisters. The server informed us that it was "Ladies Night" and all drinks were $2. The food we ordered was delicious. I had a Ruben Sandwich and ordered Tipsy Skins for an appetizer. My one sister had a great looking hamburger and fries, and my sister-in-law had the Russian sandwich. The restaurant makes its own russian dressing for their sandwiches and it is really, really good. I'd like to go sometime on Karaoke night. That sounds like it would be fun. The parking lot in front is small, but there is another lot for parking around the back. I used my "Tipsy" card and will get a 10% credit on a future order. Not bad. Not bad at all.

One of the best burgers in the Detroit area. $4.99 for a burger and fry combo. Try it out.....you will not be disappointed.

I love this place. Not just because of the name...but that helps. Not just because of the waitresses...but that helps. Not just because they have a shot-ski...but that helps. It's not even just because I'm really going to need someone to explain to me how I can drink there all night, buy drinks for other people, a round or two of shots here and there...and I still wind up with a cheaper bar tab than any other bar I typically hit. This is just a great place. Everyone who works there is open, friendly, and wants you to have a great time. There's karaoke if you're into that. There are lots of TV's if you're there to catch a game. There's a giant, humongous burger that if you're in the mood to give yourself a coronary you can try to eat. The fries are hand cut and awesome. The buffalo chicken wrap has a perfect kick to it. The sandwiches are great...in fact, just to save time, let's just put it out there that "neither I nor anyone I've ever been there with has ever said anything less than outstanding about the food there". Great beer selection, both on tap and in bottles. Did I mention the shot ski? Because you should absolutely ask for the shot ski. Assuming you have three friends, of course...or would like to make three new friends. :)

The food and staff here are amazing. I have been here many times and I have not had a bad meal yet. The traditional bar food is great but items like the Reuben, Italian wrap, and Cajun grilled chicken wrap set this place apart from all of the other bars. Also the pizza and cheese bread are wicked good. Friendly atmosphere and karaoke make this a great night life visit too.

First time here, actually came in town from Phoenix for a wedding and found this place on Yelp. Food was really good, had a wrap. Waitress was Jill and she was as good or better than the food. Will try to come back before leaving town.

The fried pickles are amazing! Thin cut chips (wayyyy better than spears) with a decent ranch to dip into. The bartenders were sound enough to take care of us. We'd go back but probably not on a Saturday night, it's karaoke night

I've been here many times. Never a bad experience. I sometimes can't believe how cheap their food is because it's really good. Really fresh. It's always packed for lunch so come around 130pm. Tortilla soup and their bbq pizza are my favs. You won't be dissapointed.

We order lunch from here a few days a week and it is always good! They have loaded potato soup on Wednesdays and it is the best! The buffalo chicken wrap is another one of my favorite items. You won't be disappointed!

Its always hard to pick the place to have the next junket. Usually a straw poll is held and may the most popular venue win! Congrats Tipsy McStaggers! Naturally the name alone appealed to a couple of booze hounds! We were told the joint was going to be a dive, it wasn't bad. The owner, Ken, was awesome and made it a point to spend time mingling with the crowd. There is plenty to watch on the numerous screens if your eyes can make it past the obnoxious amounts of liquor on the walls. As for food, the Tipsy challenge sounds fun. Its literally five 6 oz burger patties, all dressed up with the fixins and fries totalling over 4lbs of food. I believe a guy had to now it down in less than 20 mins to win. I imagine there is an abyss of gluttonous souls somewhere from all of the failures.... Just one guys thoughts... Onto what we ate: The Tipsy came as a 6 oz burger should well placed on sesame seed shells for a mere $3.50! Burger- 3.5 Price-5 Service- 2.5 (not counting Ken being cool as hell) Overall- 3 The bacon cheese burger was the same type of fresh never froze and younger than two days old beef topped with bacon and american on an Artisan bun... The makings of a AED patient for a mere $4.95. Burger-3 Price- 4 Service- 3 Overall- 3.5 Place was cool to hang out at. Music was good and the folks inside were all nice. For sure worth a stop if your driving by

First time at Tipsy McStaggers. Went there with my ELITE sister. It was on a Sunday around 12:30 and there were possibly two other cars in the parking lot. We looked at each and she said "I wonder if it is open". Well, in Michigan in late November it is freezing outside. So, we both get ready to open the door to the frigid cold and as fast as we could we go to the front door. It opens!!! Yay!!!!! Boy, are we ever happy. The place was empty except for the waitress. I make a mundane statement like, "oh, really busy are we"! She rolls her eyes like I'm not the only one that has ever said that! LOL. So, me and my sissy choose where we are going to sit. The waitress is johnny on the spot and asks us what we would like to drink. Of course we order some red wine, yummy. We also ordered an appetizer - Tipsy Skins which are deep-fried potato skins and they are filled with sauerkraut, corned feef and covered with Swiss cheese - OMG, this is a meal in itself - you know good comfort food. I had also ordered a cup of their beef-barley soup - just the way I love it. My sister ordered "The Russian" sandwich which looked great. By the time we were finished you could have rolled me out of there!!! My sister had dinner all ready for her husband - 1/2 sandwich and some Tipsy Skins. On the east side of southeast Michigan I really could not find a fabulous place other than in St. Clair Shores, but now I definitely have a place to go to on 12 Mile Rd. just west of Van Dyke in Warren, Michigan. Tipsy, I will be back and thank you for the VIP card!!!

Terrible layout, terrible clientele, terrible waitress. This place has potential and it was really packed, but as a member of the service industry, I was not impressed. The waitress we had was working her last day and honestly, you could tell. The waitstaff could make piles of money if they were more attentive. Places like this are the reason why I do not drink in the suburbs.

My friend is in town & I really wanted to hear him sing karaoke like old times. We weren't far from Tipsy's, so this is where we landed. I checked out Yelp & saw the high star rating, so I figured it was a good find. Boy, was I wrong! First of all, the parking lot is super small & awkward. The bar was busy but we managed to snag a booth in the back. The waitress came to our table quickly, took our order & delivered a round of 6 drinks very quickly. So far, so good, right? We took the opportunity to move to a booth closer to the darts (same area). After our waitress left the bill for that round, it went downhill. We had to flag another waitress to help get our waitress back. It was just painful to get a round of drinks for the rest of the night. Then she left her tray at our table, even after she came back to charge for shots that she never collected for an hour earlier. She was nice but service sucked. She took care of the table next to us, so it's not like she could forget about us! For the record, we're not jerks & good tippers, so we didn't give her any reason to avoid us. The beer selection was pretty mediocre. They have a long list but it's mostly popular brands. I wasn't really impressed. The prices are great though! $3.25 for a Labatt Blue Light! I bought 4 beers & a Jack & Coke for $17. She did not charge us for the Diet Coke. My friend said it was a generous pour too. We ordered shots, which were pretty standard. This place stinks, literally. I got a mixture of sauerkraut, maybe vomit, gross air freshener, and musty odors throughout the night. It was a huge turn off. The pizza at the next table looked appealing, but the stench in this place would prevent me from ordering any food. The karaoke was kinda lame & the music during the break was even worse. It was blaring so loud, no one could even have a conversation without screaming. However, when they played karaoke, you could barely hear them sing or when they called names for the next singer. I feel like I sound like a grumpy, old lady! I'm really not! : ) I really wanted to like this place! Sadly, the cheap drinks are not enough to go back.

Hypeworthy for sure! I thought Tipsy McStaggers was a great choice for an afternoon beer and burger. Upon sitting down, I immediately asked our waitress "What's good here?" and she didn't miss a beat while telling us how everything on the menu is prepared by them and home made, and pretty much anything we would order would be great. They pattie their own burgers, carve their own turkeys, cut their own fries, even the dressing for their cole slaw is home made. Any you know what? It totally radiated in their food. Great crunchy slaw, long slender fries, and burgers to gobble up! My friends, thought their burgers were a tad over-cooked, but by all means, they were not complaining. Our server was the lone waitress/bar-tender on duty this Sunday afternoon, but you couldn't tell... It wasn't that busy, but she still had plenty to keep her running, but she never showed it...calm, cool, and collected she remained our entire visit. I'd definitely head back...not sure why everyone is quacking about the parking lot....I didn't get the issue...maybe it's different when their are a ton of cars there...we had no issues! Totally stop into this place....the food is REALLY GOOD!!!!!

How can you go wrong with a name like Tipsy McStaggers? I giggle every time I drive by. Functionally a bar grille, Tipsy McStagger's comes with a sense of ironic humour, consistently decent juicy burgers, and lots of beer. Leave pretension for Troy and Birmingham's snooty drinkeries. The laughter rolls out the door, the tables are comfortable, and you can just as easily spend two or three hours after work chilling out, relaxing, and socializing. Staff don't pressure you into ordering more or clearing out your table for the next sort. They chat with easy grace, they refill your drinks regularly, and pop up mostly whenever you need them. Irish medicine is served up here and served up well. You can get the required array of Irish brews on tap, and snag a good cider if your mood varies. A pint of Guinness and a plate of chips can soothe whatever ails you, and if it can't, there's nothing another Black 'n Tan won't fix. The food is tasty enough to settle whatever the hellish workday throws at you. Parking is not a problem but getting out of the lot is a pain during rush hour. Just another reason to belly up to the bar and cozy up to another pint, right?

Super cheap drinks (like for real - I had Ketel One and tonic and it was under $5.). Our bartender was a real hoot- might have been my favorite part about the place! The food left a little to desire in my opinion - I ordered the fish & chips on suggestion and was not a fan. The fish was soggy-not the type of deliciously crispy batter I was hoping for. The fries were good though - as were the nachos! I'd go back.

I've been popping in here for Lunch a couple of times a week, lately. My budget is really tight at the moment, but they offer some really cheap eats during lunch. Something different each day. Reasonable beer prices also. Service is Great, and the place is clean. My only complaint is the Lunch specials end at 2. Sometimes that makes it tight. I Highly recommend this place for lunch!

Tell your friends you're at Tipsy McStaggers and they'll probably laugh at you. However, aside from the cartoonish name, this place isn't too bad. There's quite a few shall we say "iffy" bars in Warren, and this place is a nice haven in an otherwise scary biker bar area. The bar is clean and shiny and the management really tries all different ways to lure customers in. One cool thing they have is the Tipsy Tower Challenge. It's one of those Man Vs. Food things with a 5lb burger, a basket of fries and some cole slaw. My friend did it. He got a t-shirt, his picture on the wall and his $25 meal for free. Plus, it's a fun time. Karaoke is the main draw of this place for my friends and I and it's here quite a lot. Nothing makes a wild night more wild than karaoke. Okay, there are other things, but karaoke is legal. The food is above average bar fare, which is nice. The waitresses are all, ahem, talented. They don't dress like they're working at Hooters (and they certainly seem smarter than that), but they accentuate what they should to earn tips. Everyone is quite nice and you'll often find the owner floating about making sure you're having a good time. All in all, Tipsy's is a good local bar to have a fun night after work with friends. And also to force one of them to eat a human's head weight worth of food.

Ok, after 3 years using Yelp, I just joined because of the wings here. They are hidden and inconspicuous on the menu, an the staff "pretends" that they are ok. But you know what the menu should say... "Our Wings are Fucking Good." PERIOD!

Nice staff who knows the menu inside and out. Good atmosphere, only outdone by the delicious food. Decent amount of food at a lower end price. No complaints.

Tipsy Mcstaggers...how are you not on Yelp? Over a year ago my former coworkers in Troy took me to my send off lunch and told me to check this place out on my lunch hour of my new job in Warren. Over a year later, this has become a sort of regular hangout for the coworkers. Why?? 1. Burgers. Awesome and inexpensive. 2. Beers. Awesome and inexpensive. 3. Beer. Pong? This could be a rumor. I'll update my review when I confirm this, but word on the street is that you can play a few rounds. 4. Location. Warren needed this. 5. Tipsy McStaggers cards. The more you spend, the less you spend next time.

I showed up with 4 female friends and we were delighted to find that it was ladies night so lots of drink specials were $2.00. We were having a great time over drinks and conversation, but then we threw our waitress a curveball and ordered some food to share. We wanted to use a coupon, but she stood there arguing with us and speaking in a condescending manner. After a friend said she would just pay for all of the food to make things easier, the waitress then returned and informed us she put all of our drinks and food on that one person's tab. Now....I'm not a waitress, but I can imagine that it's a rare occasion when 5 girls come to ladies night and one person pays for everything. Her eye rolls and irritated sighs were an awesome addition to her attitude. I can't recall another time that I was treated so rudely by a server. I watched her throughout the night and saw how flirty and chatty she was with the male customers. Maybe if I stuffed some money down her bra she would have been more respectful to my table full of females. If I ever go back, it will be for the karaoke DJ with the awesome mustache.
