I beg to differ with fellow Yelper Tim, as I am a regular, do not smoke, and yes, the people there do know me by name. But that is not the reason I go there. The reason is the food's consistantly good ( I usually breakfast there, 'cause the homefries are WOW ), the coffee mug never empty, and the price is what you'd expect for a little neighborhood dive - righteous. The Coziers do care about what they place in front of you, and want to make sure you're happy. So all you've got to do is go their more than once in a month's time, introduce yourself to the crowd, and you too can feel like Norm at Cheers..... at home, knowing you'll get great food, friendly service, maybe Sam even remembers you like extra butter with those homefries, and the Red Hot instead of Tabasco for your over-medium eggs. When ya want a simple, know-yer-gonna-get-good-food-meal, don't drive past the Cozy. Big mistake if you do.

A very nice hole in the wall place. Breakfast food mostly, but service is good, selection is great and the prices are awesome. Their hours are a bit limited though.

Situated in the heart of an industrial complex, this no-frills diner is tailored to cater to the blue-colored populace of the region. True to its name, it is on the small side inside. This is definitely a place for the regulars. They joke with the staff who they all know by name. Good natured customers walk behind the counter to take phone calls and harass the short-order cook/owner. To bump up the awkward factor, I thought I should draw more attention to my already obviously non-regular status by sitting in the ridiculously futile non-smoking "section" which consisted of one booth set off to the side by itself like a red-headed stepchild. The senior discounters held court at the short counter while taking in their daily dosage of Fox News from a 13" non-flat TV. The petite senior waitresses give you service with a smile. (You will want to speak up because they are a little hard of hearing.) The menu consists mostly of any-time breakfasts. I opted for the Complete Burger. I chose the cole slaw over the soup and it was generous and creamy. The burger was what I anticipated, a thin patty with two types of processed cheese food, bacon, pickles and lettuce. The nicely done fries were enough to feed a small village. I wouldn't go out of my way for the family-owned CGC. I might recommend it though to some of my smoking friends who need a grease fix.

The previous reviews are kind of moot, with smoking in restaurants no longer being an option. Whether you're a regular or not, they treat you like family. The prices are great, and the food is made with love. I've been going there regularly since I was a teen (over a decade now) and I'm never disappointed.
