We've ordered take-out upwards of 15 times and we usually try to give mouth breathers at least 10 extra minutes. Always slow, usually wrong. 20 minutes longer wait than they told us wen placing the order. Seriously bad. Screw this place.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Walker on Alpine is a very busy restaurant. Especially on game days! You'd better come early! My very aspect of this BWW however is the takeout. With a simple phone call, you can have wings ready to go in about 15 minutes. They have a seperate counter to check out (and bypass all the people waiitng for tables). The girls are very friendly, and quick to wait on you. The take-out staff are accurate and haven't ever made a mistake on any of my orders, and I eat here quite a bit! I'm really impressed and cannot figure out why they only have 3 stars. In my book the great service with the quick, accurate, hot food makes this easily 4 STARS!

Terrible service. Manager was snippy and had a very aloof attitude about an older patron in our group not having their ID but wanting a beer (he was born during the Carter Administration!). Staff apparently refuses to use common sense and this company has lost my business and earned a ton of negative word-of-mouth.

It's a typical bdubs when it comes to food. But sit at the bar and have Nads (Natalie) as your bartender, you your night will not disappoint you. She is awesome and so much fun!! Never thought I'd be a regular anywhere.. But this is my spot!! Late night specials: pinnacle vodka and apps. Favorite app is the mini corn dogs.

It was conveniently located near our hotel. And that was it. The best thing we can say about. We love pubs and grills, are familiar with the screaming televisions and noise but this was more than that. Loud, too loud to talk. Dark, to dark to read the menu. Dirty, a sticky table. Service was young, very young and with that unorganized and slow. Food wasn't even mediocre. The boneless wings were not hot when they arrived at our table, the burger was....ok, the salad was dry and right out of an package. If this is an example for the whole chain this was our first and last visit.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I've eaten here before a few times, and the service is consistently mediocre, but it's a franchise so I take that for what it is. I just walked in and sat at a table in the bar area, just as I have many times before in this and every other Buffalo Wild Wings. Then some high school-aged waitress proceeded to come up to our table and scold us for sitting there. There were over half a dozen empty bar tops, so we were confused. She said "you're okay for now, but next time you need to see the hostess and get seated. Thanks." And walked away.... Because she wasn't even our waitress!!!! She was just some random girl that took the opportunity to take out her poor attitude and hatred for her job on us. Very rude!!! Will not be returning.

Wow, what a poor excuse for a dinner out with the family. Our server, mediocre. The wings took over 30 minutes to come out. 2 stars, they were very good! So we wanted more, mistake! Should have just hit KFC on the way home! Our 12 boneless wings came out burnt! You could smell the smoke on them, and I m not talking barbecue! Manager was little help. We spent over $57 there and won't be going back!

Not thrilled with the service here. I eat at bdubs all the time while traveling for work. I sit at the bar, have a beer and order food to go. That's my routine. Sometimes it gets a little busy and I have to order a second beer because I didn't get the bartender's attention in time to order food. That's on me. However, when my beer sits empty for a good 5 minutes and you know I'm planning to order to go food, that's on you bdubs.

Stopped by at this location to do some work while travelling on business. Buffalo Wild Wings has free Wi-Fi and it's a great place for the business traveler who needs internet connection to work while devouring a order of wings and guzzling down a cold beer. I got my favorite, garlic parmesan flavor bone-in wings. Good service here too!

We chose this because of our previous experiences with this chain, which were pretty good. Sadly, this one did not match the others. While waiting for a table (not too long) I was eyeballing the place and thinking that it needed a remodel. It looked heavily used. Sure enough, it was scheduled to close for such work the very next day. It was obvious that work had already stared and that was part of the problem. We were seated under some construction where there was no lighting-bad deal. The food was not very good and though I could see Michigan craft beer tap handles, none were listed on the confusing menu. Drat. I did mange to find something non-macro and good, though. Staff was nice and attentive. I suspect that the place will improve post remodel, but for this visit, not too good.

I stopped by because it was close to the hotel and sounded good. The waitress was great and attentive but that was about the best thing. The wings were good, but the fries were limp and had been sitting around for a while. The house salad was nothing special. The mushroom appetizers were out of a bag. To top it off, they were out of ice for the drinks. Not sure how a restaurant can be out of ice. Not sure I will try the chain again for a while.

I've been going to this BWW for nearly 10 years and happy to see the new improvements! Glad to see the expanded bar, great tap system, more TVs, and outdoor seating! Alyssa during the day at the bar is awesome!

A true disappointment when it comes to this franchise restaurant. Let me set the stage: A friend was having a birthday party, and we topped out at 15 people. She called early, but they don't do reservations (many busy places don't anymore.) She then got to the place early to make sure we could get a seat. Little did she know, it would be 2 hours later before we basically muscled our way in. The staff said we had to wait for another party to leave to be seated, the party was still there when we left. Only a steady stream of questioning got the host to finally decide to put a few tables together to seat us. When we were finally seated, the comedy of errors began. Multiple people did not get their drinks, and the waitress kept coming back and asking what we had ordered. For some unknown reason, she kept trying to memorize what we ordered, which was not working for her. I tried the new flavor Wasabi, which looked unappealing but tasted fine. It just tasted like horseradish, not true wasabi, though. All-in-all, a miserable experience. Not recommended, there are better Bdubs short distances from this place.

I am not a Monday Night Football kind of girl. And I'm certainly not typically a drive-an-hour-to-watch-MNF-at-a-bar kind of girl. But if I were, I probably wouldn't mind coming back here so much. It was a fun place to watch the game because the crowd was lively without being rowdy. There are TVs everywhere. Oh my god, there's even a TV in the bathroom. It's a little disconcerting. I just got wings with the mild sauce...it wasn't as mild as I had expected, but the flavors were good. No one in our party of seven complained about the food quality. This would have been a safely three star place if the service hadn't been so appalling. Our waitress acted coldly, came around very infrequently, and ignored the half of the table that wasn't immediately in front of her. She even messed up an order and then the checks. Half the beer that came to our table was warm. This isn't Europe--beer here is served cold. My redbull vodka cost $8. (Okay, okay, I know this isn't the place to get redbull vodka, this is a place to get BEER, but I really needed something to keep me awake. Give me a break, it's Monday.) A bottle of Corona was $4, and the tall glasses of Newcastle were $5. There was also a special on Bud Light which I think was $2.50/pint but don't quote me on that. All in all, pretty much what I expected.

I really like BW3 for specific reason. Their 22 oz beers are a great way to downplay how much you have had to drink. Oscar night 2007 I was here with a gang to drink and play trivia. I drank 13 22oz beers. They sent the manager over to check on me. I got served again after that visit. We ate a quite a bit if decent bar food so I was good to go. They didn't cut me off, and I won the trivia game. I tried to replicate this drinking achievement a year later, but only made it through 12 beers for Michigan-Michigan State football.

I'm usually not a fan of big, corporate, shit on the wall chain restaurants, but when I want some wings, with a large variety of sauces, I usually choose "bdubbs". The Alpine location is by far, the best location. 28th was my fave for a while, but I live no where near there, the server that used to help us all the time no longer works there and it's on 28th street. Not that Alpine is any better! That street is horrible! But at least the restaurant is right off the highway. I've always had great service going here. The servers, the bartenders, the hosts, the managers are always smiling and happy to help. The food is decent. Definitely better than some of the other brothers and sisters in this chain. Drink specials aren't really a deal. "We have bud light, bud, miller light and coors on special for $4.50 for a tall." Not a deal. Unless I get to keep the souvenir cup. Oh, it's just a glass. No logo. Just glass. And I'm not supposed to take it home. Tons of TVs, plenty of seating and all-around good service. Yep.

We enjoy this Buffallo WIld WIngs, it is our go to place. Good food cooked well, nice service, never had to wait too long and very accomidating to kids. I have never had an experience like any of these older reviews in the three years I have been going. Its a good choice.

I don't know. I think this is just a fried chicken place for the people who don't want to admit that they sit around and eat fried chicken. It's just fried chicken yet they give it a spin to make you feel like you are not eating fried chicken. The sauce added makes the chicken skin gooey and slimy. That's why I choose only the salt and vinegar version, yet still if you order 12 wings, you don't get just wings, you get small drum sticks that are 60 percent grizzle. I've tried their product three different times just to check it out. I don't think it is a value and I don't think it is nothing more than fried chicken and bones with a marketing spin to make you believe it is a cool place to be. 2 stars.

HORRIBLE ! The last time the place was reviewed was 1.5 years ago ! They went way downhill . I was there Sunday at 2:00pm. Waitress was Great ! She felt real bad. She told me they have been having issues! I ordered 12 wings. They came in less than 5 minutes ! NOT GOOD ! It takes 10-12 minutes to cook wings !! The wings were cold, chewy, & tough! Obviously cooked hours ago! They were also extremely small! They looked liked something from a Cornish hen, they were pitiful. Manager came over said they were switching food distributors. He offered to replace with "Fresh" ones - I declined, I asked if this was a franchise or corporate store- he said franchised & decline to give me their information !! WOW ! I paid the bill & left. The mgr never offered to comp it. Well, I did eat 2 dried wings & a few cold fries for $17.00 & tipped the waitress $5

The wings were surprisingly fresh compared to other locations. Really tasty. Most of the time I don't tip at Bdubs because they hire the Hooters rejects that don't know how to properly take orders or hand out bills correctly to the people at the table. But I made an exception because I actually got the bill split properly on 24 wings instead of getting charged 2 single orders of 12 wings making it cost more.

I've only been here for the 50 cent legs (Tuesday lunch) and that experience alone was enough to say this place is definitely a 5. I love the range of BBQ sauces for the unbeatable price. I'm not sure what the other stuff on the menu is like, but the legs were very tasty - I recommend the "Asian Zing". You can mix and match all the different flavors and go wild. Just make sure to have a stack of napkins. The seating arrangement can be improved, but it is overall pretty good.
