Very nice friendly place. We only stayed for a glass of wine and a beer. The wine selection could be better. Very nice deck and super friendly staff. They had a 3 piece band that sounded pretty good. Next time we'll try the food, but they have all the makings for a nice night out outside. The decor inside could use some updating or paint. The back bar needs work, but the very friendly staff makes up for any decor.

Awesome! The Asian fusion dishes here are on point. Highly recommend the kogi tacos for dinner. Also, the beef nachos on fries and buffalo chicken nachos on chips are each great bar food or even a light meal. Honestly, I never thought a restaurant would survive way out in Vicksburg but I would definitely drive out here again. It's an added bonus that they have summer seating outdoors and live bands pretty often. Highly recommend this place.

Our waitress had no clue what she was talking about! They were out of a majority of things on the menu and it was a Thursday! The food we did order was not hot and over priced, we were very disappointed!

Good food and pleasant atmosphere. The beer selection was quite good as well. A lot of very interesting porters. Now the reason for the 3 stars. A lot of the menu was unavailable or inaccurate. The meatballs were not made, meat sauce instead, the broccoli salad was not ready, the soup not being made during the summer, our waitress commented that she never knows what she is going to get when she gets to work each day With all that said it is an Asian fusion restaurant and I ordered Italian food.

Had lunch here today and it was a thoroughly pleasant experience. I read the reviews before coming and was a little worried about the comments of good food but slow, rude service and defensive owner. These anxieties were unfounded. Food was excellent. Spouse had Koerean Beef stir fry, beef was a little tough but flavor was good, I had a cheeseburger which was flavorful and medium rare as ordered. Our friends had an Italian panini and a chef salad. No complaints from them. The chef sent out complimentary warm, white chocolate, macadamia nut cookies. Delicious! Our friend, despite the cookies, finished his meal with a bananas foster cheesecake which we all sampled. His wife and I decided that we would come back for only side salads and the cheesecake next time. Our server was Brianna. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, very friendly and efficient. Absolutely no complaints there. The owner made his way to our table and seemed truly concerned that we were having a good experience. Our only regret was that it was a little too cool to sit outside. We will be back. In an earlier review, I mentioned hopes about breakfast continuing. Unfortunately, breakfast has been discontinued and that is the basis of four stars rather than five.

The vault has come a long way since opening. I really like the direction thy are heading with the condensed but more appropriate menu size and more Interesting dinner options. The outdoor seating is still great and the service is vastly improved. We had a very nice dinner with quick and friendly service and the food was great.

I was surprised when we stopped for a quick beer and down time with the huge Samuel Adams beer offerings. Amazing ! Great service, loved the outdoor seating, and the top-shelf menu items from the Korean chef (prev at Chinn Chinn ). The VAULT rocks!

Enjoyed the great out door seating and live entertainment while sipping on some awesome drafts from a local brewery. I think it was Gonzo Big Dog. VERY good! One recommendation is that somehow you need to get the Taste of Vicksburg block party to include the deck. Seemed a little isolated. But keep those cold ones flowing.

Food was delicious. Slightly high in price, but still delicious. The wait staff seems pretty inexperienced; almost like they're all new (but they're not). Had to ask for menus, napkins AND silverware. The owner is here making rounds, which is always nice. The beer list is the worst list ever. No alcohol content, brewery info, nothing.... literally a LIST. It's a beautiful atmosphere for our little village and I really hope they get the details worked out to be successful...

Seth. Awesome bar tender. I tip my imaginary hat to him. I came in tonight feeling indecisive about what I felt like drinking. He planted a wine he felt I might like in front of me. It was delicious. That man is on point!

To start of the food was just down right delicious!! They have multiple craft beers on tap, which they change every couple of days. Great atmosphere with an even better staff. I highly recommend the the teriyaki beef! Will defiantly be back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor deck.

First visit having lunch. The concept can be good. It is obvious that the ownership and management does not have restaurant experience. Upon walking in there was construction debris (broken concrete) on the floor from the doors into the dinning room. The floor was dirty as were the carpets in general. The sugar bins and jelly boxes were partially filled in most tables. A gentleman dressed as he was a manager was sitting at the bar playing in his phone. Our server accidentally spilled half of one of our beers and did not replace or comp that beer. The food was good. But too many loose ends to return.

We have given this place numerous chances, every time to be disappointed. The service is pathetic. Unless you are a "regular" or a pal of the owner, they don't care to take the time. The food I have had is not worth dealing with the sub par service. They are constantly out of items on the menu without any warning to the customer. It's too bad because the concept is great, but poorly managed. After the last horrid experience, we actually told the waiter we ordered a pizza from another place and were waiting to pick it up. He didn't care and actually laughed at us. I'll be spending my time, and money, elsewhere.

The Vault has a very robust menu. I had the New York Strip and it was prepared medium rare like I asked and the cut of meat was very tasty! My girlfriend had the Kungpao chicken and was fabulous by her account. Full bar for whatever your looking for. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and bar. A great experience!!!! I wish them the best of luck and I will be back to try more of their great food!

Waitress brought back the wrong food even though I was the only person in the whole restaurant and owner is sitting in the corner listening to YouTube videos loud enough for everyone to hear. Get some head phones man! Really unprofessional and will not be coming back

What a find in Vicksburg. Worth the drive from Battle Creek and Kalamazoo. Seriously, you have to try this place. I've traveled far and wide and know a great place when I find it. Their menu for dinner rotates so it guarantees a great dinner for large parties. The chef here keeps me coming back for more. Enjoy their outdoor seating overlooking the lake.

Try the vault club for lunch. Great sandwich that will feed a small army. Always check the specials since those options aren't typically on the menu. Young restaurant that is getting in its groove and adding new stuff all the time.

We had breakfast on a Sunday mid-February. Menu was very creative, however the floors under the bar hadn't been mopped from the previous night and the exterior door/frame was very dirty (spilled food/drink or worse). It concerns me that a new establishment would not be properly readied for a Sunday breakfast crowd. We will wait a few more months to see what type of crowd this establishment attracts, and may give it another try.

Our waitress was new and apparently never waitressed before. First day on the job and all alone. Our first visit here and we had lots of questions that she could not answer. She wasn't even sure whether they served Coke or Pepsi products, can't imagine if we had asked about wine or coffee!! She shouldn't have been by herself. She did ask a waiter for help in describing the soups of the day (3) He was very knowledgeable, described them each in detail and even brought us samples. They were all good! Plenty of offerings on the menu - hard to decide - Orders were 2 grilled cheese and one mac-n-cheese. The fries were unique and really good. Not sure if there was an extra charge or not for fries instead of chips or carrots due to new waitress confusion. The food was all good, would recommend/order again. Expect to return to try other offerings. Hopefully server would be better acquainted with menu. Decor is stylish, yet comfortable, pretty nice for a small town. The deck is probably great in the summer. I've heard it's great for breakfast as well.

The Vault has just opened for dinner this week, so we decided to try it out. They did not have a dinner menu printed yet but the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. We brought our 18-month old son and the small lounge area was perfect for him to be able to run around a bit before the food arrived. Speaking of food, the burger was cooked to order and delicious. The cajun chicken pasta dish was a bit lukewarm when it came out, but that was quickly remedied and it was very tasty. Also had a irish cream espresso which was delicious, not too sweet. The prices seem to be reasonable and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming for a former Bank of America location. The owners were present and talking to everyone. We'll definitely be back!
