Worst food I have ever had at a fast food joint...went there at 1:00 pm at the heart of lunch time...and the fries were ice cold...how do you get cold fries in the middle of lunch rush? Also got the Baconatter hamburger...waste of time...I got 2 and a half pieces of bacon...when the menu says 6 pieces...what a scam this place is!!! Don't eat here!!!!

Wow. That is all that I can really say. It took three times for the cashier to ring up our order right and I did not like the attitude that the manager had when assisting her. On top of that, it was about 85 degrees in there. Took the order to go because there was no way I could sit in there and enjoy my food.

I prefer Wendy's over Mcdonalds any day. But it seems the past few times I have stopped at one the service is terrible! Went through the drive thru at this location today and not impressed, which is a shame because I WANT to give them a good review. Maybe it's bad luck, or maybe not.

Was actually craving a Wendy's Double Hot & Juicy, too bad it did not even come close. After patiently waiting 9 minutes , after ordering my food, I had at least hoped it was going to be hot, maybe even piping hot? So I sampled the fries as soon as I hit 21 mile, Nah the fries were cold...& over salted The Burger was dry & overcooked The Bun Stale... Epic failure Which is sad, as I have stopped here before and the chilie & service were usually good.

I ordered one of the fancy new burgers with blue cheese, bacon and sauce on the brioche bun. It was truly awful. I called Wendy's today and the manager Christine was so nice and said that she had received other complaints on the sandwich and offered to replace the meal with another selection. Good Customer Service! Thank You.
