My favorite Starbucks to go to. The drive thru is very convenient and usually does not take that long. The employees are always nice and my drinks are made to my liking.

I'm giving this Starbucks a three star rating primarily because I'm nothing more than an occasional coffee drinker at best. I got a reloadable card as a gift a few years ago and finally decided to use it on one of their fraps. The 12 oz smores frap (4.25) is a little pricey but I think it was worth the price. It was pretty tasty. There is the fad the last decade or so to come up with all these additional caffeinated beverages besides the standard coffee. Still lattes, fraps, and others are interesting alternatives to try when feeling a little adventurous. I'm definitely wanting to try out some of the new flavors they're offering before that opportunity is over.

I hate this Starbucks, I really do. In going to start going to the new one down Rochester Road north a bit because I think I have literally spent DAYS of my life in line in this drive thru. I cannot come to this one unless I have an extra HALF HOUR to sit in line. Seriously absurd. Dude, your machine puts your espresso shots and steaming milk doesn't take much effort. Why is the wait so long always at this place? Do they need more staff? Another machine to make drinks, better trained employees?? Hope they figure it out.

Ordered a Caramel-Flan Frappe, recieved a Caramel-Flan Latte. Although they got the order wrong, it was a nice change , having a hot beverage. Thankful for a gift card as it was not worth $4.85

I've been inside, and the store is small, but pretty average in terms of what you expect from a Starbucks. My rating is mostly based on the drive-thru. I hit the drive-thru quite often at lunchtime, because it's near my office, or when I need a caffeine boost to get through my grad school night classes. The staff is always friendly (there's one young looking kid who works here who has an absolutely magnetic smile, who I've never seen NOT smiling) and my drinks are always spot on. That's kind of a big deal for me, because I'm one of those annoying people who orders my drink modified a hundred ways.

This is a regular coffee place for me. I have been here about a dozen times or more. I don't recall ever having a problem or a wrong order. Wait staff is helpful and efficient. I would recommend it - but they are commonly busy - so if you're looking for a seat, go at an odd hour. Outdoor seating (weather permitted) is pretty nice.

These baristas do an excellent job of serving up piping HOT lattes that are 90% coffee. I am so sick of most Starbucks skimping you on espresso in exchange for massive amounts of foam. This results in a lukewarm beverage that you can basically slurp down in five minutes. I like to take my time to enjoy my obscenely expensive drink. This location allows me to do that by making it hot enough to slow down and sip it instead of guzzling. Plus? They have a drive-thru and they give you those lilttle stoppers for the cups so the coffee won't spill in the car (and will, again, remain hot!).

Since I was already planning on going to Nino's, I thought I'd check out this Starbucks across the street for some pre-grocery shopping studying. It is a small place inside, with mainly small square tables, and a few cushioned armchairs. It got pretty busy at one point. I generally like a busy coffee shop, and find the background noise more conducive to focusing than music. But the noise was mostly obnoxious high school students. The music selection was standard Starbucks, which I like. My tea was good, but it is hard to mess that up. The best part, besides getting work done, was being able to drive across the street to Nino's, which is heavenly. I will probably return before my next trip to Nino's.

I'll most likely die from a car crash coming or going from this starbucks. I've spent my retirement savings here which I'll note on my resume when I apply for a job as a retiree. I've never been inside this one but aren't they all the same? At least two hippies sitting around one student with laptop studying away and some old fucking ladies. And a wall full of expensive ass coffee mugs which you can buy at Marshalls or tj maxx for less then half the cost. Their coffee is fucking great though screw my kids college savings daddy needs is coffee.

I like this location. All Starbucks are pretty much all the same but I prefer this one due to the location and the fact that it has a drive thru. They always make my drink right. The inside is also very spacious.

Absolutely my least favorite Starbucks. In the interest of full disclosure, here's why: the staff is rude, the house mugs are always dirty, they almost always manage to get something wrong, and most importantly, they are rude. Also, burnt espresso is disgusting.

This is definitely the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The baristas are always smiling and always friendly. They work hard and keep those drinks coming out fast. The drive through wait is never too bad but can be busy in the mornings and midday on Sundays. Even when they're crazy busy, the baristas are quick to get drinks out and keep people moving. I really appreciate how quick and consistent they are with their drinks. I would definitely choose this Starbucks over any other one I've been to.

It's Starbucks! I've had rude service and in general unfriendly interactions there. But it usually fills the Starbucks craving!

Avoid this place like the plague. .. If you want to say have a good day to the person who just looks at you and says "$3.13", and have them not respond. Then you say it again and they don't respond again....then this is the place for you. I revisit this location only by necessity, and every time I go this happens. These people are rude, and accept the logic that because I am busy, I don't have to have any manners!

This Starbucks is awful. The staff is extremely rude and unfriendly, especially Tricia. She has a terrible attitude with customers and gives free drinks to her "personal" customers whom she has personal ties. I do not recommend coming here and getting this bad treatment!
