    Cannot go wrong with Starbucks what so ever but a for-warning, this place IS BUSY. The other local Starbucks on big beaver has no drive through so I'd bet this one gets most of the business

    This starbucks is hit or miss. In my opinion you get better more efficient service inside than in the drive thru. There used to be a wonderful barista named Scott there but he had to up and move. There are still some really friendly baristas but I've noticed a trend in unfriendly I hate my job girls working lately and that makes me sad. Also, what's with the new mini fraps? I don't really drink fraps but I saw mini so I figured I'd give it a shot....$5 later I was annoyed and feeling like I was let down. I don't get it the hype on fraps at all. I guess I'm a piping hot or iced kinda girl.

    I've been to this Starbucks many times, usually to meet friends or for first dates. Although it doesn't stay open as late as the Big Beaver/Crooks Starbucks, it's a lot more open and inviting, and you can usually find a table. The baristas are always nice and friendly, as well. Download the Starbucks app and sign in, and you can use your phone as your Starbucks card, which is nice. This location also has a drive-through, although I've never used it.

    This location tends to have a little bit longer of a wait because of its location, but they always make my drink right and the staff is always really nice. The drive through is a disaster because of the location and tight squeeze, but it's a Starbucks so it's really to be expected.

    I never attempt the drive-through here, because there are always about 10+ cars in line at the time of day when I go. So this is a review on the inside store. :-) Which is great! They are friendly and speedy and they make my so I cappuccino just right.

    Desperately in need of a recharge, I popped in their drive thru.. I'm not a huge coffee person, so I was unfamiliar with the menu. The attendant was patient and answered my questions with kindness. When I approached the window he was all smiles and jokingly asked where I have been? His friendliness and positive attitude was so welcoming and needed during this slump in my day. He encouraged me to come back soon!

    Maybe it's just me, but this location's drive through sucks so bad. It's slow, and everytime I order (this is my second time going here), the person that takes the order always says they get "distracted" and asks me to start over.. They don't carry the mocha cookie crumble toppings at this location, or the chocolate whip cream.. The same girl takes mine, and my sisters order and she gets all the drinks wrong all the time.. Mine is super simple too! Venti Hazelnut frappe with no whip. Grande iced caramel macchiato with 4 pumps of vanilla. Grande iced caramel macchiato with 6 pumps of vanilla. Grande in a venti cup macchiato with extra ice. Grande Strawberry creme frappe with chocolate drizzle, caramel drizzle, added java chips, no whip, blended upside down. Grande green tea frappe. They always get it all wrong. The drinks with whip creme always get no whip and the drinks with no whip get the whip.. No drizzle, no java chips, and I get all grandes instead of what I asked for. My iced macchiatos become hot macchiatos.. If I had a choice I wouldn't go here. The barista fool around while taking customers orders.. That's why they take so long. This is just judging their drive through, I haven't been inside yet.. 1 star for my good tasting drink (hazelnut frappe), 1 star for trying, but this place needs to improve.. A lot.

    Not a huge fan of this location...it was a little unkempt with a lot of crumbs on the floor. Service was quick but not as personable as I've come to expect from my regular Starbucks. I'd imagine this is a pretty busy store so given the parking lot layout I'd opt for drive-thru in the future.

    I use to like this location, but the last 3-5 times I've been here the service is incredibly slow. I waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes last time and as I'm standing here now, the drive through line is wrapped into the parking lot. I'd forgive it if this was the first few times but this is becoming absurd. Get your act together guys....

    I like to go into this location rather than the drive thru because there is a lady with short hair who works the counter usually (I wish I knew her name to give her proper credit) who is genuinely one of the most pleasant people I ever encounter. Thanks for brightening mine, and I'm sure many others, day!

    After having been a huge fan of this location and the quality of service, I can say that I'm switching locations to the one at Crooks & Big Beaver. The speed of service has been declining since my last review, and like other commenters have mentioned, it seems that the drive thru line gets all the attention, while inside customers wait forever. For example, this morning I ordered a trenta iced black coffee- it took me 8 minutes before I got my coffee. I can appreciate that certain drinks and sandwiches take time to make, but 8 minutes to pour black coffee into a cup??? On top of that, the barista spilled part of my drink on her coworker, and to make up for the coffee spilled, I got more ice. Who wants to pay $3.65 for a large cup of ice? To make matters worse, this is the second day in a row I've gotten poor service; yesterday the muffin I ordered was forgotten and I almost had to pay twice for one muffin, pretty pathetic IMO. The manager, Greg, has always taken good care of me when I come in, so always 5 stars for his service, but 1 star for everything else.

    This location is great. I'm confused by all the complaints. Do you really expect to get your Pumpkin Spice Latte done in 2 seconds? If so, go to McDonalds. Service is great. Quality is great. They're CLEAN. What more can you ask for?

    I am a black coffee drinker. When I'm at Starbucks, I order a grande black coffee. This Starbucks location repeatedly can't comprehend my order. Seriously. Once I was even handed a latte. The drive thru takes forever as well. Even if we are the only customers. Not all Starbucks are created equal. This one is one of the worst. It takes less time to drive a mile north, then make an akward left into the Crooks and Big Beaver location. Heck, the service is stellar at the Long Lake and Crooks location. If you don't want to make the left, I suggest driving another mile north.

    All Starbucks locations are not created equal and before I prepared to write this review, I gave this spot three times to improve. The fact is they just got worse & worse! The first time I visited the employees were visibly annoyed that I had walked in. Sorry, but I don't always like to use the drive-thru for everything. They were not very friendly and just in hurry to get me in and out. My second visit, using the drive-thru was better. My coffee was great and I was in and out. My third time was by far the worst. They were sold out of their holiday drinks and when I got my plain latte, a long black hair of the guy who made it was sticking out! Yuck! To top things off, he had placed a regular lid on my caramel frapp, with no whipped cream. I don't know if he was new or what, but it was by far my worst experience at a Starbucks....ever!

    This location blows goats. I asked for a frappuccino with a biscotti blended into it and they said they can't use their blenders for that even though they have done it before. Upon further research I found out that some Starbucks will do it, some won't. A lil biscotti shouldn't hurt an industrial strength blender. I like the location on Big Beaver better since they haven't refused my request yet. This location has done it before, but not with this manager I guess.I ordered a white chocolate frap with raspberry and a biscotti blended in-try it YUM. I was going to give them one star, but I like that they have a drive-thru so I"ll give them two.

    Am I the only one who refuses to order Starbucks' coffee in their own sizing? Here's a typics conversation when I order: Me: I'll have a small light pumpkin spice latte Starbucks: Okay so you'll have a tall nonfat no whip pumpkin spice latte? Me: Ummmm.... WHY DO YOU CALL IT TALL?? IT'S NOT THAT TALL!!! In fact, it's pretty SMALL!!!! Anyways, sorry for that. This is a typical Starbucks - I try not to go to any SB very often but every once in a while I feel like treating myself to a pumpkin spice latte. The people are very friendly, although mega-annoying with the special sizing/ridiculous descriptions - I know Starbuck's makes them say that but c'mon...can't you just say "small" ONE time?? Coffee is always hot, service is typically fast, and the servers always have a smile on their faces - A-OK.
