Just picked up Dolly's and I'm super impressed with the quality of ingredients and portions of everything. There were maybe 8-10 huge breadsticks and enough toppings on each pizza that it was hard to choose a slice lol...don't act like you don't do that! ;) The sauce is savory and not sweet which I also appreciate. I like that they're a MI based company too. Overalls great pizza and breadsticks for the price (2 large 2topping pizza and breadsticks for $20 with coupon!) I will definitely be back!

The coupon they give to new homeowners let us know they existed, we tried them and have been hooked for the last two and a half years! Polite people and good pizza, as good as it gets!

Still four stars, but I just wanted to update since we have ordered from them again. We use online ordering--our first order was perfect, our second order was not. They apparently had some computer issues and they either didn't receive the correct order OR they messed it up once they got it (and of course I didn't notice until I got home). The two pizzas were right, but the bread order was wrong--we wanted two orders of cheese bread with cheese sauce, and we got two orders of plain breadsticks with marinara sauce. Not what we wanted, but at least we weren't overcharged--which is why they stay at four stars. So, just a warning that if you use online ordering and they let you know it didn't work correctly (for whatever reason), double check your order before leaving. Or at least pay attention to what the price should be, so if it differs, you have an idea that something might not be right.

Dolly's is a cut above the other local chain pizza stores. Their sauces, cheeses and crusts are very tasty. They also have mostaccioli and lasagna. There are some family places that are better (Joe Bologna's, Nona's) but Dolly's is the best of the chains.

Awesome pizza, the crust is soft and delicious, sauce is tangy and rich, and the service is great. There are so many chains out there for pizza, this one is definitely a hidden gem and I'll be back!!

I ordered lunch from them using their online service for the Troy location earlier today at 11:00 am( right when they opened) and received an email confirmation at 11:02 in my inbox, so far so good. An hour passes and still no food so I decided to call the store at 12:10 pm and when I told them I was calling on the status of my online order, I was placed on hold for a few minutes and then the same person got back on the line to inform me that my order was currently in the oven and once the delivery person came back to the store, they will be delivering my order. I found this rather odd because if my order was accepted at 11:02, why would it be over an hour before my food was actually prepared to be delivered? How exactly busy were they at that point to know who they were speaking to about their online order( you would think that they would have asked for an order number just to confirm who they were speaking to but apparently they knew as soon as I said online order). Another thing I found quite odd is that the receipt that I was given by the delivery guy had a order time of 12:12 pm( roughly the same time I called to find out about my order) and my food arrived at 12:38 pm. The saddest part is that there was not one apology on their end for what I consider the lousiest service anywhere around ( and that's sayng alot). Needless to say I wont be getting my lunch from there anytime soon due to their lousy service and lack of accountability

dont bother. i am now tossing the majority of the pizza we just had delivered in the trash. our order arrived an hour after we placed it online, with a 30-40 minute stated estimate. it was not fully cooked and topped with gummy, fatty chicken. even the box was dented. our salad was brown iceberg lettuce with thickly cut onions that stunk up the whole thing. this is without a doubt the worst pizza ordering experience i have ever had. gross.
