I discovered this store when I was forced to go to the Secretary of State's office right next door. Of course, I had a 2-hr. wait and was starving afterwards, and was THRILLED to see Cottage Inn the next door down! I used to go to the one in Birmingham @ 14 & Woodward for years, but it closed down. Anyhow, I ordered a small "Hot & Tangy" pizza, which is what I used to order -- it took 10 minutes to get my pizza. It was without the doubt the best pizza I've had in YEARS....Seriously! I will most definitely be going back again & again! (Sorry, Jets -- you've been good, but not THIS good! ha!)

So now they are under new management again. Believe it or not they are even worst? We have given them 4 or 5 chances and they either mess the order up or forget to make it at all. It's unfortunate as when they do make a pizza even close to what we order it is good. It's going in there to pick up your order they didn't make that has caused us to go elsewhere.

Most overhyped pizza ever. Been told to try it multiple times and I finally did. This is the most saltiest and greasiest pizza you'll ever eat. Never again.

Order pickup pizza on Halloween night. Told me 15-20 minutes or less. I got there at the 15 minute mark and then had to wait another 20 minutes for my pizzas to be ready. They seemed massively staffed but only one person actually seemed to be working. Besides the wait the pizza was just okay. We got two extra large square pizzas with pepperoni. It was cooked okay, but it was extremely greasy. Probably would not try them again.

I have ordered from here 3 times. First time was great! Second time I ordered a pizza and after correcting the person taking my order several times they sent me a pizza with the wrong toppings. They gave me green peppers instead of green olives. I called and they sent a new one. I appreciate the fact they just made a mistake and fixed it. So I ordered a pepperoni pizza tonight and they sent a cheese pizza in a box with a sticker that said pepperoni. Very frustrating that twice in a row the cook failed to read the order and failed to check it before sticking it in a box....and no one checked it before sending it out. The pizza here is great but not with no toppings or the wrong ones!

I love cottage inn pizza and am glad that they opened a location this close to my house. I love the setup and the staff is very friendly. I'am definitely going to order from there again because the aloha chicken pizza was delicious!

I have used Gator catering and cottage inn for most of our recent parties and the food is so great. Our guests usually want to know where we ordered from. I highly recommend ordering from them.

Although the food is pretty good, the staff is pretty unexceptional. My family's first experience with Cottage Inn had us filing a stolen credit card report with the credit card company. My in-laws were in from Chicago and the only time they used the credit card that weekend was at Cottage Inn. The next day, there was a report that the card was used to send a cash advance to Mexico. When I spoke with the manager, he stated that he would look into it, but never got back to me. Months later, today, we decided to order from there again, but pay cash. We saw that it was under new management, and like I said, the food is pretty good. I ordered online at 5:15 a simple chicken bucket, potatoes, and salad for delivery. I was given an estimated arrival time of 6: 23. I only live 3 miles from the store but my one year old was sick, so I opted for the delivery. At 6:40, when the food still had not arrived, I called the store and spoke to a female employee who informed me that the time of 6:23 was an estimate and they were busy. I was put on hold for 5-7 minutes for her to get back on the phone and act like she forgot I was on hold. I was told that the driver would be there soon. Needless to say, the food arrived at 7:00 and was cold. I will not be recommending this particular Cottage Inn to anyone.

Excellent pizza and service! This used to be sorrento's' pizza and I am glad it is now a cottage inn. Food was awesome and the staff was super friendly.

I did a random search of places that delivered around my house and I found Cottage Inn. I took a shot with the Teriyaki Chicken and it was the best pizza I've had in a long time. Completely original flavor. I loved it.

They just opened Friday for their grand opening and they were busy making great pizza and broasted chicken. I ordered the chicken artichoke pizza and it was delicious. I will be back!
