Had a sweet tooth after lunch, and that addictive Creme Brulee shake fit the bill. $2.85 Drive thru had no cars in it. Very polite guy took my order & collected my cash & it was a work of art ! Last visit here I had the hot apple cobbler for $2.75 , also very worthy

Been here a many times before actually writing this review. As a chain, I don't know how accurate the star ratings as it is very time and location dependent. Arby's is known for their burgers and curly fries. Though I don't eat beef, their chicken sandwiches are top quality. Arby's frequently mails coupons and that's what I used for my purchase this time. I ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches (2 for $4 coupon), 1.99 coupon for jalapeno bites, and a 2.99 coupon for a three piece tenders with curly fries. Everything was cooked well. Arby's is always a solid option and one-up over places like McDonald's and Burger King. Recommend for anyone who gets tired of the golden arch.

This use to be a good place for a great sandwich however my last two visits (last month and today @ 12/3/13 6:40pm) have made me decide to never eat at an Arby's ever again. The Ruben sandwich was served cold and the bread ends hard as a rock which is normally due to either being prepared several hours before and left on the counter for some unfortunate customer like myself. I will never eat at this Arby's or any other Arby's facility again. You people quit caring about your product long ago!!
