Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Crusted Creations has been around for quite a while (I can't remember it not being there). Its just a pizza place. No where to sit, no fancy tvs, no atmosphere. However they do offer some tasty pizza. They have an average thickness crust that is pretty tasty. They are pretty cheap, and its not anything to write home about. However they consistently put out a tastier pizza in comparison to other joints around town.

I venture to say it's the best place to get pizza in town. Although minerva's has good pizza as well as paesano's, crusted is the value play. $6 large pepperoni never fails. breadsticks are also really good as well, even if they are just a pizza crust covered in butter and garlic. I don't usually get more complex things from them, for that I'd say paesano's or minerva's, but for the serious I need pizza now, I'm watching a movie or a game on tv, check out crusted.

I have loved "Crusted" forever. I mean, forever. My childhood memories include the kick off of 4-H Club, the team leaders would buy so many pizzas that we would take a whole one and eat it until our stomachs hurt. My parents, even when we had nothing, would have pizza night on Thursdays (Payday) and bring home "Crusted" because of the "buy one get one free." As time went on, I moved away- I would come home and my family knew - we had to get "Crusted." At my grandmother's funeral in between visitation and the funeral, in her honor, we ordered "Crusted" as she loved the pizza too! They even know the delivery address- yellow house at the top of the hill. We have ordered so much. It was a tasty pizza. I recently moved back to Northern Michigan and my own family was staying with my parents while looking for a home and we continued this weekly pizza tradition. The point of this- We were life long customers, I love the pizza and I know how to order it in my sleep. HOWEVER---- This past August we ordered Crusted's pizza to take to my parent's house. It was my father's birthday and we had people coming over to their place. We ordered before we left our home- they were having phone issues and internet problems. I don't know what was going on- but it was rough. We went to pick up the pizza, We ordered 4 and there was only three- so the order was messed up and I had to pay cash. No biggie. I agreed that they could send the fourth pizza (it was only $5 up to the house) I could understand all the issues with phone issues and internet down. We got home and the other pizza was completely messed up- one pizza was not what we ordered. When we called (remember they already were going to send one anyway- I wanted one of the pizza's fixed- it was for the kids) . The person we talked to was incredibly rude. His name was "Pat." I mean, beyond rude, basically calling me a liar. They were blaming me rather than accepting that the phones were messed up. Mistakes happen, no biggie, but own it and fix it. They would not fix the issue with the wrong pizza, saying they were already sending me one free pepperoni pizza. (which I ordered a creative combo but accepted a pepperoni for time sake) My husband and father were so appalled at Pat's behavior. (they heard it all at my parent's house and my husband was there when I ordered from our house and he heard my order so he knows what I said) My husband and dad said they would be right down to pick the pizza up and straighten this out. They show up, No Pat. Way to man up there, Pat, be nasty on the phone to a woman but when time comes run out. My husband found out when the owner would be in to speak with him. Monday. He shows up on Monday to speak to the owner, tells him the story, he said, "I will look into it and get back to you." months later, nothing. We had a five family deep "Crusted Creation" ban since August. We broke it the other day just to see- and guess what - The pizza tasted like crap. So the ban is back on and you lost a lot of life time customers. All the owner needed to do was call and say, "I am so sorry." That is it.

This was an excellent pizza option while we were staying at the Great Wolf Lodge. A well made pie with interesting crust options. It was great to get a satisfying meal for a reasonable price while supporting a local business.

Pizza was alright. I wasn't impressed that a previous employee wasn't paid his last paycheck. He'll need to report it to the proper agency.

The pizza's fair, it's not the best I've ever had but it's not the worst. And don't let people lie to you: You can absolutely get bad pizza, and it's NOT still good. What I DO like however, are the calzones. I mean even they are nothing to write home about, but they're filling and tasty and sit at a good price. I can't complain about that.
