Came here on a Sunday around lunch time since they didn't look very busy. Our server was nice but could never get our orders right. Service was pretty slow considering how little people there were in the restaurant. We were never offered more water even though all our cups were empty. By the time she came to check on us we were ready to leave. My fried chicken Olga was delicious and the ingredients seemed very fresh. However all of our fries were cold and stale. To top it off the interior looks cold and stale as well.

Food is always well prepared. I've both dined in and ordered take out from this olgas location and I am always satisfied with the quality of the food and the service.

I've been going to this Olga's off and on since high school (more than five years ago), and have known several people who've worked here. Staff, even those I didn't know, have always been VERY good. Food though... let's just say I've gotten food poisoning. Twice. Take heed about eating anywhere at Southland mall!

Have really good food and the service is normally good. Today though for five people there was a 15 to 20 minute wait while we had people that two or three go before us. They found a way for us to get a table.

I've gone here a lot in previous years and always the food and service was great. However, went there the other day and they have gone way downhill. My cheese Olga was not melted properly and was hard and barely any Olga sauce. However, that's no big deal..what is a big deal is that there was a hair in my food and it really grossed me out. My husband's regular Olga was also pretty much cold in the middle as well as tough, like they just nuked it in the microwave or something. The lady next to us also did not enjoy her meal, she was trying to cut her Olga and was having trouble getting through the pita, most likely because it was nuked. When the waiter brought her bill he asked how everything was and she said actually it's the worst Olga I've ever had but I'm in too much of a hurry to worry about it. He just said, ok, here's your check. No apology, nothing. Throughout our meal the same waiter asked us how everything was like a minute after we got our food (barely had time to try it) and never bothered to clear away our other dirty dishes. Well once I saw the hair I did ask to see the manager who was very apologetic and removed the item from my bill. This why I give it 2 stars instead of 1. However, it seems like the place has gone down at this location. Perhaps they need a better cook who cares more about presentation, cleanliness, and quality of the food and better waitstaff who are into their jobs and not bored and disinterested in customers.

I love Olga's but I always seem to have trouble with this location in the mall. Their food is not as good as the other locations. The other day I went there with family and there were multiple tiny bugs crawling around in the pasta. We got a new bowl of pasta but nobody ever apologized and the manager took $1.69 off of our bill... There were bugs in our food and they couldn't even take the meal. Absolutely disgusting and horrible managing.

Update, I recently went shopping and ate lunch at Olga's, and this time I just ordered the "regulars" and I was happy. I appreciate that the manager of Olga's contacted me, that was nice. I also noticed on the menu that there are good lunch specials again, so kudos to Olga's for listening to their customers and making imporvements. It is nice to know a company cares about it's customers, and that in itself will make my past loyalty to Olga's continue into the future. Thank you for caring about your customers, that's something so many companies neglect these days.
