I had a bunch of weird experiences there in the past, but recently broke down to try again. They seem to have new people who are friendlier. I recently ordered something with no mayo, and they came right back to re-deliver a new sandwich. The delivery driver was also very nice.

Where do I begin? I was first introduced to the Jimmy John's brand when I started college at U of M. Jimmy John's is reasonably priced, fast, and delivers. So, when my husband and I drove past on our way up to Shelby Township, we knew we needed to stop in here to get sandwiches for lunch. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered #11 the Country Club and my husband ordered # 4 the Turkey Tom. Both sandwiches were delicious and very fresh. Biting into that sandwich made me really miss Jimmy John's. Luckily for me, they recently opened a couple locations in northern NJ, so I can get my fix.

Okay to be fair, I'll start off saying my rating has nothing to do with the food. Love this place as a sort of fast food sandwich place. I'm loyal to the Italian night club, my husband gets the ultimate porker. With chips a cookie & a drink, it's a very filling meal that I would say isn't too unhealthy (I'm not a health food fanatic but a lot of my friends are) lost out on a good rating because a huge perk of JJ is the delivery, BUT today while my sister, cousins, my kids and myself were lounging by the pool, we decided to order subs while hanging and swimming, the girl taking my order very rudely informed me that I lived in a "dead zone" and none of the stores in my area (about 3 different restaurants) all less than a mile away do not deliver to me and was very obviously aggravated that I was canceling my order instead of coming to pick it up, her exact words were "so you can't just get in the car and come get it?" Ummm not when I have 6 kids with me and can't all fit in my car alone. Very rude and very unhappy with the "living in a dead zone" but hey whatever, we ordered pizza and were happy campers all stuffed and ready to soak up the sun within the hour. Just a forewarning, ask if you live in a dead zone before wasting your time placing an entire order.

One of my favorite JJ locations. I don't eat it as much as I used to (that mayo was killing my weight loss!) but I still dabble from time to time. People say they are rude but they have always been pretty kind to me. Cheap food that tastes better than most other "fast food sandwich shops." Don't ask for free smells though because you will look like a fool. I know because I once tried.

Do not come here if you want to talk with whomever you are with. They set the music so loud it's impossible and won't turn it down even on request. This stops my visits here.
