While the wings were somewhat tasty despite the obvious over seasoning, the service was slow and lacksidaical. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was sub-par. Tables were sticky, tray was wet and stick, even the ketchup bottle was sticky. I was also disappointed in the one stop napkin dispenser at the counter which offered bathroom paper towel as the only option. I would consider coming back after the management starts taking it's sanitization seriously. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is compared to the dining area.

WATER PLEASE! This place does not offer free water, if you have seating and need to quench your thirst after an atomic wing Management and Staff will let you just burn up. I asked for a free water and was refused. I like to do business with places that have some class and this place has none.

To me the wings are much too small. I went when they first opened and for the money, thought they were too small then. I hadn't been back until my wife came open with some, and after a year I go thought maybe they had improved, Not. An order costing almost 20.00 again yielded itty bitty wings. Sauce is great if that's all you want.

I have been to this place multiple times as its right next to my work and I keep forgetting to review it. I am a big fan of wings and I think these are some of the best around. I like the different flavor options so you aren't stuck with just one kind and it keeps things new every time I go. The fries are so-so, they do the job required of them. Plus I can order online, get in and out, and back to my office in about 15 minutes. If you like wings, want to eat them at home, and are tired of Buffalo Wild Wings I recommend giving this place a try.

First time I have even been to a Wing Stop. Chicken tenders were great. Nice and crunchy breading juicy and tender inside!!! Really weird tasting seasoning on the nice natural cut fries. Tasted like sugar or something sweet on your fries. It was pretty gross. Next time I will definitely have them hold the seasoning on the fries!!

I have been too many places for wings. This place is on my top 5. I ordered the honey BBQ and they were delicious

What an awful pile of grease. I work in the area and always get excited for a new restaurant for lunch. I love wings from Buffalo Wild Wings so I figured this place could be good. I ordered two different sauces and a side (fries?). The wings were incredibly greasy and the sauce really wasn't that interesting. To top it off I waited quite a while with no one ahead of me. The staff, while not mean, wasn't overly nice too. They were just going through the motions. If you like wings, I would take your business elsewhere.

Terrible customer services! I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt however after three tries I'm done. The first time the cashier was to busy trying to flirt with a guy behind me she never took my order so I left. The second time they said 14mins, I waited 20 and was told oh it will be another 10mins. After sitting another 20mins I asked how much longer and was told another 15mins, I finally left. This last time they couldn't find my order because the computer was down. Don't waste your time! Go to Bdubs!!!

I had a wing combo. The wings were great but not a fan of the fries. My friend said they love it though so it just depends on the person. But the wings were fire!!!

I will give them credit for making my food fresh when ordered. However, this resulted in a 15 to 20 minute wait for my food. This seems excessive for this counter ordering style of food establishment. The food was decent. I ordered traditional wings with a dry rub with seasoned french fries. I would go back, but would not really recommend to others. Overall it was OK.

Um.....why isn't there a get 5 wings free with any purchase check-in like the Livonia location? Can you say, "traffic magnet"? I love Wingstop but this is where this location and I part ways.

The food is great. I have eaten here a bunch of times, and everyone is friendly and helpful. I have learned that it's a good idea to order ahead - this is not like the fast food places that cook the food and then wait for you to come order it - it's cooked to order. If you're in a hurry, order online or call it in.

What an amazing gift to my stomach this place is. Delicious wings in so many varieties in gave me anxiety. I eventually settled on some variation of barbecue as well as Louisiana Rub. I was pleasantly surprised when the Louisianan Rub flavor was deep fried, covered in spices and drenched in butter. I had originally thought the wings got their name after being rubbed by a man from Louisiana but that was just an Internet myth. Fifteen wings, a side of cole slaw and a water only put me back ten dollars or so because it was wing Tuesday. See, most chain wing places like that crappy place named after a Buffalo have wing Wednesdays where they offer up deals that aren't really deals. But Wing Stop had wings for 50 cents. They do it each week on Monday and Tuesday which is double the Louisiana-rubbing pleasure. So do yourself a favor and get buttered up at Wing Stop. Your stomach will thank you, your heart will hate you, and your food won't get rubbed by a man from the South. P.S. this location sells beer and has Patron shots for $7 because nothing says 'club blowing up on a Tuesday' like a $7 Patron shot at 12:15.

First let me say I was not enthused when I found out that Wing Stop was opening up a location a stones throw from my home. So imagine this Tim Horton's, Cold Stone Creamery, Just Baked and now Wing Stop. Really? Are you kidding me? Now the issue is not the establishments, the service or what they serve. The issue is that I like them. I like them ALL; so much so that I'm there often enough to experience my size 8 becoming a little snug. Needless to say when I saw the sign go up all I could do is shake my head in disbelief. Just one more thing for me to have to be strong enough to say no to. On to the wings! Well, what can I say? Yeahhh, they're good and the flavored Sprite (that reminds me of Kool Aid) I won't speak on because again, I really like it. I usually place my order my phone. And I highly recommend you do the same. The food is made to order so if you choose to order upon arrival you'll have a 17 minute wait on your hands. I'm not too impressed with the side options so I default to the fries which are "bout that life" (great tasting in other words). The service I'd rate a B+. I can tell it becomes frustrating for the employees when call- ins arrive too early and their order isn't ready but they act as if it should be (I'm referring to myself LOL). Now the flavors of wings they offer is pretty decent. I've had the classic wings in Lemon Pepper, Parmesan and Hawaiian. My favorite is Lemon Pepper. A great balance between the seasoning and spices. They also have an area for you to dine in. And although I've not exercised that option the place is always clean enough for me to do so. I've never been in and the dining area wasn't up to my standard (and it's pretty high for restaurant cleanliness). With so much traffic in and out they really do a great job of keeping the restaurant clean. So my advice is to indulge. Try the wings I suggested. Save yourself a trip and just order 25 with different flavors so you'll know which ones you'll eventually be addicted to!

Have stopped in twice so far to try different sauces and garlic parmesan by far is our favorite. The honey BBQ was second and wasn't impressed with the Louisiana rub or Cajun (which tasted like hot sauce with some spices sprinkled on). Season fries are good both salty & sweet.

The service here was stupendous. First, the lady behind the counter did not know how to use the register. Second, my food didn't get cooking until 15 minutes later when another customer placed an order. Third, THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD. Fourth, the mild sauce was very runny and I couldn't tell if the sauce was the sauce I asked for or just oil all over. Lastly, where is the kick in the hot sauce? I wouldn't even give this place a second chance. Oh, and the chicken wings were bland...

I've never had bad food from WingStop, but getting it tends to be a slow process. You'll likely wait for 20 minutes with no other orders ahead of you. I've also watched staff set aside orders without calling out names, leaving them for 10+ minutes before finally realizing it's not a pickup and the customer is waiting. Overall, the food is good, but don't come here if you're in a rush. They usually have good stuff on the TVs, though, so if you absolutely must wait it's not too painful.

I gave this place plenty of chances. This last time I ordered atomic wings (the hottest flavor) and was denied free water. Forcing me to buy a drink. The time before this they apparently lied to me and told me they were "out of the free water cups." But... Maybe you are the type that's gonna pay for a drink anyway and this review doesn't matter... Think again... The food is AWFUL. It's tastes exactly like fast food but takes 5 times as long. My advice... Find a Burger King and you will be just as satisfied, not thirsty, and save your money.

I liked wings. But because of Wingstop, I LOVE WINGS!!! Almost to the point of obsession. I have them at least once a week. The lemon pepper are my happy place, and the Louisiana rub- like sunshine in your mouth. No other place that serves wings compares!!! They also have a fountain pop machine with more choices than I've ever seen. If its late I can get caffeine free diet vanilla coke. No insomnia. Who else has this!?!

Finger, Lickin', Good! If you asked me to sum up Wing Stop in just three words, that's what I would tell you. I tried Wing Stop for the first time this afternoon after my mom continued to rave about their Lemon Pepper Wings! I had taken a bite of hers, but I wasn't exactly blown away by the lemon and spicy taste. I went in on my own and tried the boneless hickory smoked BBQ wings and I was impressed!! The sauce was sooooo good and they tasted fresh and nice and crispy. The fries were also very good, tasting homemade, crisp and delicious. No ketchup needed, I just dipped them in my wing sauce! If that wasn't enough, they have a super awesome pop machine that churns out cool flavors like Coke Lime, Coke Vanilla Cherry, and more! The only reason I don't give this place five stars is because the wait time is kind of a drag, and calling in your order is even worse. Come prepared to wait and enjoy the deliciousness that is Wing Stop!
The food here is amazing and the pop machine is fun.You can pick your soda or water, then add flavors to it. I've noticed as time has gone by that they are not as clean as they used to be and they are slllooooowwww. But the food is so good I'm going to go ahead and give it 5 stars. If they make me wait one minute longer I'm coming back and reducing this review. You make me wait I take your star.

I love Wingstop..seriously, best chicken wings ever!!!! (imo.) I highly recommend coming with a friend/family member/significant other/stranger (jk on the last one) and splitting their 15 wings for 2 combo meal. You get 15 wings with your choice of 2 sauces, large fries, 2 sauces, and 2 sodas to share. You may also add 5-wing-increments to your meal for like $3.50-4. I cannot handle heat or anything remotely spicy, so I especially like mild (on days I feel like saucey wings) or Louisiana rub (on days i feel like dry rubs), and the slightly sweet/slightly salty fries go perfect in Wingstop's ranch! Things I like about this particular wingstop: 1. Their wings are SOOOOOO nice and crispy on the outside!!! Kinda smaller than bdubs (for those of you comparing), but whatever..and they're so nice and juicy/tender/all the good stuff on the inside. 2. The fries are crispy, although I wish they'd be a little more flavorful. I think Wingstop changed their sweet/salty recipe a few years ago, but this location isn't as generous with their flavoring. 3. The soda machine. All your standard sodas - coke, sprite, etc..and they all come with flavors, i.e. grape, cherry, lime!! Mix and match to your tiny heart's content. 4. The workers here are so friendly . 5. Food comes out quickly. Maybe the speed issue in the past was due to the growing pains of a new business? I love how wingstop always reminds you that it'll be a ~14 min wait for wings. 6. The place is so nice and clean. And I love watching sports on TV as I enjoy my wings. 7. They have hand wipes AND alcohol sanitizer for germaphobes like myself :)

Speed is an issue at this place. And I am not the only one saying this. I work in the office buildings across the street. I ordered alone at Noon. A co-worker ordered alone at 6 p.m. And a group of four people ordered around 4 p.m. Slow Slow Slow. All of us complained to each other that it took over 20 minutes for the order. Even if we just ordered the easiest thing on the menu. I believe the fries were made right away and then sat there as the chicken was hot and the fries were not as hot (still decent). The chicken was good, but nothing spectacular. If the place speeds up, I'd go back. But it's not worth waiting more than 5 minutes for. I will update this review if I ever go back.

If there's one fast food restaurant I want to see come into Michigan, it's In-n-Out. Wingstop isn't a bad second choice though. This is a chain hot wing place, which you can find seemingly all over the South and West Coast. But this location is the first in Michigan. The wings aren't exceptional, but decent. Better than most chain wing places, but not truly great. The wings have a juiciness to them, but the sauces are merely okay. The hot sauce is more of a mild. And while the Atomic does bring the heat, it's more Max Scherzer heat than Verlander. The Atomic sauce does have a pretty good flavor to it, as does the Cajun. The lady likes the sweeter Hawaiian and Teriyaki sauces, but they're a little too sweet for me. The wings are worth three and a half stars. But what bumps this up to a fourth star from my review in California is the fancy new soda machine. My inner ten year old was fascinated with the several different flavors of Sprite, the ability to add Cherry and Cherry Vanilla flavor to any cola flavor, the numerous varieties of seltzer flavors. It may seem like an odd reason to round up, but spend some time fooling around with and try telling me it isn't cool? More than any thing though, it gives me some hope that someday I'll be driving up Telegraph and I'll see the red and white checkboard tile and palm tree logo of my favorite fast food place.

This place is perfect for those days when you need to eat but everything sounds like it's too much. 10 different kinds of wings, 3 different kinds of Dips (dressing), and everything is mix or match. I got there at 1pm on a Friday, and which for that strip mall was almost too close to lunch rush. I ordered the Classic Wings 8pc and substituted the veggie sticks for the fries. The whole wing thing is new to me, so I played it safe with Louisiana Rub and Hickory Smoked BBQ. More had more heat than mild, but it wasn't overpowering. I got the Bleu Cheese dip in case of too much heat, but next time I'll get Ranch for my veggies because the wings were perfect on their own. Call ahead because orders are made fresh as needed, and the wait is about 15 minutes. The lobby was clean and bright with a retro aviators theme. The Coke machine (Freestyle) is phenomenal. First I thought, meh I'll have a Coke, and when I pressed Coke on the fancy machine, I got like 8 more cola choices! OMG! I settled on the Cherry Vanilla and that alone is worth going back for. Prices are reasonable and if you're kicking back on a Friday, they also serve beer. Be advised that parking in that strip is horrendous with the other restaurants, so get there early (before noon) or later (after 2). or plan to circle the block (or risk getting hit) as people zoom in and out. I lucked out and grabbed a spot, right in front, and as I was getting my food and walking out, the little joint filled up. Dine in or carry out - and call ahead because they make things as ordered and wings will take about 15 minutes.

Not much redeeming here. The wings are decent but small and overpriced. Never been to a wing place that doesnt give you wet naps, blue cheese/ ranch, and carrots/ celery. These guys don't even have a trash can. Plus the wait is forever (15 mins plus) if u want bone-in wings. They do offer beer but the selection is lackluster.

Wing-stop won my approval for great wings to go! I stopped in on my way home from work and was wondering rather or not to try them out. I pass this restaurant on my way home and was a bit curious about the food, needles to say I was very impressed! I did a quick search on (yelp*) and decided to give them a try. It's located on the corner of 10 mile and Evergreen, in Southfield. The size from the outside was a little deceiving because it's connected to other restaurants, but surprisingly on the inside it was a bit larger than my expectations. Okay, now for the good part. The service was top notch, the cashier greeted me with a sincere smile and was very courteous, (which sadly seems to be a dying trend in these parts of town). I ordered the 6 wing combo, which I split in half, 3 Louisiana rub, and 3 Hawaiian. The Louisiana rub was very good, I'm tempted to take a quick trip just to satisfy my desire for this unique flavor. The Hawaiian was more like a sweet-n-sour mix, but never the less it was tasty. My combo came with fries and they were coated with a tangy seasoning that was a little different then what I'm use to but quit delicious to say the least. When I return, and I will return sometime very soon, I will try some of their other flavors.

Wing flavor may be good (lemon pepper - the one most people buy) but I've learned the hard way, this restaurant is not customer friendly and not worth the experience...as a customer, the food is expensive for the portion sizes and in comparison to other "wing" restaurants with the same food choices ....if you want wings only they charge you nearly quadruple the price. Wth is that all about?!?!...the wings (wing DINGS btw) are good but not that good AND they're significantly smaller than other restaurants that sell wing dings...not worth the money nor effort you'll go thru to pass up all the other "wing" restaurants just as good, to get to these restaurants. ...when asked about the prices, the cashier said that's the owners way of pushing people into buying the combos vs. just the chicken....bad business! There's a lot of people that don't do fries, pop and heavy starchy sides....In my opinion, TAKE Your chicken wing cravings and money elsewhere, you won't be disappointed, trust me. I most certainly won't be back.
