There's not much more I can say about Starbucks in general being a regular customer, but this location is by far the worse ever! There's at least 5 businesses sharing a maximum of 13 parking spaces, that's not much when you have a lunch rush and a delivery car for the pizzeria and the lounge around for hours at Starbucks. I got aggravated just pulling in, and good luck trying to back up to leave because you have Starbucks drive thru and shortcut traffic. The staff however was amazing and got you in and out quicker than parking your car. Better off going across the street to Target since they have a Starbucks at the entrance.

Parking sucks here, but if you're on Southfield with a hankering for Sbux this is the only option coming down from Birmingham. The staff did seem a little distracted but they got the job done well enough. Not my favorite location but it'll do in a pinch.

Slowest service at this location. The staff is usually very friendly and polite but they're very flustered and slow. The quality of the drinks is very inconsistent also. They have 4 or more staff on hand but only one person making drinks for inside and drive thru customers.

While it seems like the Starbucks is always understaffed, the staff that they do have on are great. Friendly, and as quick as they can be, considering. I also happen to enjoy the fact that their bakery section is hefty. :-) this location does have a drive through as well, although in the morning hours it can be quite backed up.

Basically Starbucks is Starbucks - the only difference is service. At this Starbucks which tends not to be too busy, service is terrible. The workers seem more interested in gossiping with their friends snd/or fellow workers.

Love this Starbucks location go at least two times a week when going to school. Sorry some of the Customers don't like this staff but I have never had a problem. also I know the drive thru is slow but I just go inside.

Always a great experience. Come here frequently for morning pre-work coffee. Place is always clean and welcoming. They just updated the interior paint and furniture. Never a line more than 1 or 2 people. Drive thru line always seems to have action.

i stopped in last night after shopping at target to try one of the secret menu items, the cotton candy frap. not only did they know what i was talking about but made it very quickly! i plan on stopping by today to try another secret menu item, the tiramisu frappe. Staff is always friendly and attentive at this location. this location is always busy but not irritatingly so. the drive-through is super convenient.

This is CONSISTENTLY the slowest Starbucks I have ever gone to! It would be faster to go to Target, park, go inside, order and leave! The people have always been nice, but my oh my....don't come if you're in a hurry! BTW still sitting in drive through!

So slow & so slow & not 1 trained Barista - the most unprofessional Starbucks! There were 6 baristas in the store on a Sunday morning, yet I waisted 11 min to get my coffee & people behind me got their coffee first. This store truly needs training!

The service is great! Very clean environment! I was also impressed that the bathroom was spotless:) sometimes public restrooms can be very discussing but this facility had spotless restrooms:) I do love my Starbucks:)

In an effort to get some time away from the family (being the introvert I am) we trekked to this Starbucks. They were incredibly friendly to us, even before finding out that my sister was a barista at ANOTHER Starbucks. When they did find out, they were more than happy to allow us to relay to them her partner number for a discount on her (AND JUST HER) order for Coffee over the phone. Very friendly and the drinks were made perfectly as they were ordered. Great Starbucks location.

Let me start by saying that although my order at any Starbucks is usually the same (an iced vanilla coffee with milk), it pretty much never tastes the same. Sometimes there's too much sweetener, sometimes not enough. Sometimes way too much milk, sometimes barely any. You get the point. I'd say about 5% of the time I get an iced coffee that makes me think "wow, this is good!" The other 95%...not so much. Yesterday I stopped by after work and was given an iced coffee that tasted like it had no vanilla OR milk in it. The cashier noticed because she asked if I wanted more milk (which was nice), but even after it was added it still tasted off. Today I went back, waited in the verryyy slow-moving drive-thru line for about 10 minutes, paid and was handed my coffee, and then had to sit and wait for another 5 minutes before the cashier/barista came back to the window to give me my danish which had been sitting next to the window the entire time. Lastly, the employees here are super unfriendly (I don't need over the top enthusiasm by any means, but responding when I say "hi" at least would be nice). I recommend going to biggby down the street where they are friendlier - and faster!

Horribly unprofessional. Staff is constantly chattering about other staff, being obnoxious and treating customers as a last priority. Definitely not a good environment if you're headed there in hopes to sit in a friendly, quiet setting. As always, drinks/coffee are great and made quickly.
