Club sandwich, cheese fries. Can't beat that here. They gyros are really great as well...but I like my club sandwich and cheese fries. People I go with rave about the salads, so I can give them a positive on that front as well. You know, if you eat salads. Which is what food eats. Just sayin'. They've got a huge selection of items on their menu - if you can't find something you like, there's probably something wrong with you. Flaming cheese is awesome...even if you can feel the heat several tables away. Give it a shot for breakfast, lunch or dinner...you won't be disappointed. And if you are, I'm going to just assume there's something wrong with you, so don't bother telling me.

I want to start off by saying that I have no issues with the quality of the food here. The food came out pretty fast, it tasted fine, and the portions were more than enough. Our waiter Nasser, was a pleasant guy and checked in on us frequently as we dined. The reason I did not give this review five stars is because of its horrendous manager or leader at the time we were there. I apologize because I do not know her name, but she is a taller, hefty, blonde woman in her 40s. As we were sitting enjoying our dinner, the manager gets up and starts yelling at Nasser for not completing his side work. The whole restaurant could hear. Granted, there were only 3 tables, including ours, but that is besides the point. As Nasser walks in the back, I assume mumbling under his breath, the manager lady follows and continues yelling ... Loudly.... And clearly enough for everyone to hear. She is very unprofessional. She saw us looking and made eye contact with me twice and did not apologize for the confrontation or the noise. I don't know who hired this woman as manager but whoever did, needs to rethink their decision.

Little Daddy's is a great place for breakfast, and I'm sure that it can be continued to the wonderful selection for lunch and dinner. I've enjoeyd their lunch there, and I cannot tell you how great the service is, and the food selection is. Plus, they aren't worried about a little extra fire while lighting their saganaki on fire. Their breakfast selections are fantastic, with every type of omelet that you could possibly imagine, and their lunch menu covers everything that you could possibly want. Corned Beef, Reuben, BLT, Hot Turkey, Club, etc... Honestly, the list goes on and on. And I've always got to give props to a place that is always on top of their game with keeping the coffee topped off.

I LOVE LITTLE DADDYS! I worked here in high school (10 years ago) and the place is still just as great. The menu is extreme and may take some serious concentration to decide on what you want. I highly recommend the flaming cheese/flaming sausage combo. My fiance loves the lemon feta chicken-- either skewers or on the tommy salad. Their gyros are great, their french fries, all their salads... honestly... you really won't be upset with their food. Their staff is great. Their management seems to be on top of it. Only problem, don't get here 15 minutes or less prior to closing. They won't let you in.

We've been here a couple times for dinner. It's always bright and clean and spacious. Not too crowded, which is a plus when you are eating with the 5 and under crowd. The menu is enormous. The first couple of meals we had here weren't terribly memorable... But then we discovered their quinoa bowls. Now, I enjoy coming here and feel good about feeding my family tasty meals that are healthy too!

My husband and I have been going to Little daddy's for a couple of years now. I got hooked on their delicious Tommy (Nappa) salad. This is a unique salad in which the ingredients are all chopped up fine . This allows for rich flavors in every bite. However, the last time I got that salad , I noticed that several items were no longer chopped. They were just laid on top. The salad was drier and lacked that robust flavor. Now it was simply a "salad". I don't know if they decided to cut back on the salad ( pardon my pun), but it was simply not the same. Less work on making it, but less taste. I will not be purchasing that salad again unless they go back t the old way of making them

Restaurants that have a mile long menu usually don't serve any dish well but this place is one of the nice exceptions. Their menu is LOOOOONG and they have so many things on the menu that sounds so good. I was strongly encouraged to try the slow roasted lamb by my dinner party so I stuck to that with quinoa and edamame. What can I say once in a while I'm on a health kick. My girlfriend also picked it but with white rice and green beans. Our waiter said they had just finished the slow roasted lamb and I believe it! It was really tender and has good flavor without overpowering the meal. I can't imagine adding anything to the dish to make it better. They have a mind boggling number of side dishes you can choose from. Our waiter was very attentive, I never had to ask for a drink refill and he seemed genuinely interested to make sure we enjoyed our meal and checked up on just about the right frequency.

Came here on a Sunday night to compare to the experience we had a couple of days ago at the Livonia location. We were greeted right away and say immediately. Our server was quick to come by, making sure he came back when we were ready to order. For my son, girlfriend and me- we ordered identical to what we had at the other little daddy's . . . Everything was perfect, huge portions, comfort/Mediterranean food. The service was impeccable and our waiter did a great job. It was a bit loud, but no big deal. I kinda like the decor more at the one in Livonia. Otherwise they are both dead-on good places to dine to get great food and great service

Having eaten here about 150 times or so, I have to say that yes, I am a fan. Little Daddy's has an enormous menu. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and just about everything else. I stick to the basics: coneys, fries, beverage lunch combo. I also enjoy the Greek omelet, a gyro sandwich or the gyro salad. French fries are always cooked right here: golden brown and always crunchy. Service is lightning fast so look quickly or have an idea going into it of what you're going to order. These servers are busy so no dawdling. I'm serious. Order something simple like coney dogs, fries and a Greek salad and the food is on the table in less than five minutes. Classic Greek diner service. . This place jams so expect a full house every during peak dining times. If you're falling behind on your lunch hour, just call in the order and it will be ready. Little Daddy's has never failed me to date and is one of the places I enjoy eating at any time or any day.

For a restaurant that doesn't serve alcohol, it is overpriced. Basically, it is a Coney Island / Greek joint with an expanded menu. The food is decent, but not better than average. The service is excellent.

We were looking for a light dinner, and we stopped in. It's a big place, plenty of tables and booths. Service is fast and efficient. The menu is large and extensive, it reminds me of a NYC dinner, but there is no chickpea salad on the tables. They have dinner entry and salad specialist, breakfast all day, tons of other sandwich and salad options. If you can't find something you like, you are not trying. This is a busy place for breakfast and lunch, and they churn the tables very fast. We both order salads, I had the warm beet salad and the wife had a Maurice salad. With the salads, you can have the dressing on the side or the salad chopped, or all mixed together, you pick, they deliver. The warm beet salad, is romain lettuce, with feta, bacon, and feta, with warmed beets over the top. In a basalmic vinaigrette dressing. I think it would be better if the beet were roasted. It's a step up over the average Leo's or national, it's worth trying.

MY husband and i have been here a half dozen times or so and always had good food and service .. The last two times once at dinner the other at lunch service was lacking and the food was not good at all .. I don't know what has changed but i hope they figure it out .. we will not be going back any time soon..

Grabbed lunch for the first time here today. It took a bit if time before our waitress acknowledged us but once she did service was quick. I had the navy bean and ham soup and the Tommy Salad. Both were very good. I'd definitely come back again.

I have been to Little Daddy's a few times since discovering them through Yelp. They have an abundance of vegetarian options from the expected (spinach pie - not too cheesy) to the somewhat uncommon (veggie gyros) to the complete surprises (quinoa with lots of good veggies and a light olive oil topping). I am a fan of the garlic and yogurt dip (sageki), too. I can't vouch for the salads because I haven't tried them yet. It's a large and casual place that seems equally good for families and business people. The waitstaff is appropriately prompt and professional. Little Daddy's is a good option for fans of Greek food in the Southfield area.

Great place for a casual weekday dinner or breakfast anytime. They have a varied menu with some unusual but tasty items - egg white pizza, tuna pasta salad, etc. Very friendly staff and management. Don't let construction on Northwestern Highway deter you - just take the mile roads.

*****************ALERT***************** THIS IS NOT A CRAPPY CONEY PLACE. You wouldn't know it from it's unassuming location in a strip mall but it's not part of the Leos/Senate Borg collective trying to occupy every other street corner in Metro Detroit. The inside is surprisingly nice and cozy. It really doesn't feel like a strip mall pace at all on the inside. Even have a fireplace going. I have sampled some of the other food but I mainly come here for the great and varied salad selection they have here. This is really saying something because I am not a health nut nor a vegetarian or anything. Fact is good, interesting and competent salads are not very plentiful in the Livonia area and this is the closest sit down place to me that has anything close to this quality. I nearly always get the Mediterranean salad with kale, roasted eggplant, red cabbage, and a whole bunch of stuff I am forgetting, topped with the marinated chicken. It's so good. It's a little pricey but it's a really nice portion that feels like a meal and a similarly priced salad at a shitty chain restaurant would seem like robbery in comparison.

Went here for lunch one day to get some Greek food. They do have some of your standard items, moussaka, pastitsio, etc, but they were over $10 each, which seems pricey for lunch, but maybe not for the area or the clientele. It does look nice inside but not very clean at the tables, salt and pepper and condiments were dirty.

Our family frequents Little Daddy's on Northwestern and has always enjoyed ourselves. The food is excellent, the service is great, actually entertaining, and the price are very reasonable; especially with the senior discount which is much appreciated. Little Daddy's is great as the menu have some many excellent choices; everyone can always find something to eat. Food comes out fast, fresh, plentiful and very good. I would highly recommend Little Daddy's for a great meal, breakfast, lunch or dinner.

All they seem to dish out here is "attitude." No wonder they are empty in the morning. It would be nice if someone was willing to take your order when you "walk-in" for a carry out. Not only was I passed along, but when I started to make my order, the counter-person turned from me at the register, walked away, and started stocking the cooler. Then... turned around and just exited into the kitchen. Hmmmm... must have been to get the orders for the dozens of people standing behind me in line at 8:30 am (not). Rude. I went somewhere else. Where are these owners? Do they have a clue what's going on? Maybe it's time for "Restaurant Stakeout."

I'm partial to the Little Daddy's on Woodward in Bloomfield Hills, just because it's the one that I know best, but I've been to this Little Daddy's three or more times now, so I felt it justified a review. Little Daddy's is a great place for a quick lunch. Their menu is huge and they have terrific specials. I particularly love their salads. The Tommy and Maurice are two of the best salads I've ever had. Always fresh, fantastic combination of flavors, and stellar housemade dressings. They've also got a nice gyro, spinach pie triangles, lemon rice soup and much more! For me, though, it really is all about that amazing Tommy salad. I recommend getting it with gyro meat or avocado and chopped and tossed. YUM! If you work near this Little Daddy's (on Northwestern, between 12 and Inkster), and haven't tried it yet, it's most definitely worth adding to your lunch rotation.

I've been a long-time fan of their Tommy Salad, and used to visit other, now non-existent locations of Little Daddy's. I went there for a lunch with my family today and had the Tommy Salad and a spinach pie appetizer. Delicious. Filling. Affordable. Would definitely return. Only critique? The waitstaff seemed rather clueless when serving us. They were nice, but aloof.

I just had my baby shower catered by Little Daddy's and it was AMAZING, everything I ordered was great. People were even fighting over the leftovers

  • Rick G.

This place is a run down overpriced version of a coney islend. I had the roasted lamb with rice and green beans. The rice and the green beans were mushy and watery as if they were both frozen. The lamb portion size was good, and it was tender, but it smelled gamey like mutton, not lamb. The roast chicken was actually good, but the gravy on the mashed potatoes was canned and terrible. Add in an apathetic inexperienced wait staff and this adds up to a place that should be skipped!

I was hesitant at first to start eating at Little Daddy's because, especially in Detroit, I get SO sick of Coney Islands... but I work around the corner so I figured I'd check it out. AMAZING. Seriously... This is not a coney island. While the service is amazing and super SUPER fast, the prices are cheap and the menu is incredible. It's huge, lots of salads, latkes, amazing breakfasts... and unlimited coffee (that's great!) for like a buck something. They even leave the canter on the table... but really, the menu is pages long, it's often very healthy (nothing greasy spoon/ diner style) and your options are numerous, whether you want a reuben, a spinach salad, or eggs and bacon. So good. There's a fireplace and the building is very clean and cozy (they keep the heat on during the winter, really comfortable) and I have become a regular. And they knew who I was after 3 days. Really, you can't go wrong.

3 1/2 stars. Good service. Great portion sizes. Tasty gyro. Tasty dressing on Greek salad. Giant baklava!!

  • Richard F.

Well, I used to like this place more than I do now. It seems to have deteriorated a bit. They have the standard family restaurant fare with leanings toward the "greek style" food. They have a salad called a Tommy's salad that is quite nice. It is a chopped salad with feta and dill and it is always a crowd pleaser. The larger of the "Daddy's" places has a little nicer menus and some better entrees, but this is a fine place, especially if all you want is a nice quick meal at a reasonable price.

I've only been here once, but I liked it. The waiter was very friendly. And honest. When I ordered the chicken lemon rice soup, he said, "Wait, let me check. Last time I saw it, it was the bottom of the barrel and didn't look too good..." But he checked and they had made some more. It was not completely hot, but it was so good, that I ate it all before I could ask him to heat it up, so, all in all, that's not so bad. My flaming saganaki opa was great! They claim to have the biggest flame in town, and, well, okay, sure. Maybe it is. It was a very large frame. The cheese melted beautifully (which is usually my main complaint) and was super yummy tasty. But, I must say, the pita they give you to spread it on paled in comparison to the crusty white bread you get in Greektown. I also had a coney, and it was serviceable. No complaints. Clean, well-appointed interior. Friendly staff. Terrific opa! I'd go back.

I've been here once, the staff was very friendly. We were in a rush so they were good about accommodating a party of 6 in a hurry. Quick fast service, and the food was pretty good and prices are affordable. I love Saganaki and their flame was very big which I always find entertaining :) Definitely recommend this place if you want to grab a quick lunch during your work day.

Just ok. Price is bit high for coney island. Toast was more of just warm bread and pancakes tasted like omelets. Even had bit of green pepper in them.

  • Parisa K.

Decided to order a salad from there instead of Leo's for once. Have to say, I was impressed. The regular Greek salad comes with green peppers and dill (quite possibly my favorite herb), which was a pleasant surprise. It's hard to find a Greek salad that stands out, especially with all the Coney Islands in the area and Greektown. Little Daddy's salad definitely is memorable. Personally, I'm partial to Leo's, but I definitely am now interested in Little Daddy's as well. I caution, though, that you should read the menu before you order or ask questions. I was getting my salad to go, and I opted for the half salad, but when I looked at the menu, I noticed that the full size salad is only like $1 more, which definitely would have been worth it.

This place is slipping. It used to be a solid lunch spot but the service has been lacking during my last few trips. Yesterday may have been the last straw when 2 of my 4 lunchmates each found a hair in their food. Wear a hat, its not that tough.

    (3)
  • Marc F.

The service was just okay. The chicken was dry. The place is large but pretty much empty which tells you something. The quality was decent, but there are too many good places, so I'll be skipping this one next time.

i think Little Daddy's is so great. they have an extremely well-run carry out area - i've never received a messed up order. service is quick and the food is tasty. Little Daddy's offers up all your usual coney island fare, plus some. There's tons of good vegetarian options - i keep forgetting to try their veg moussaka! This is the place to choose when you really have no idea where else to go, you're starving, and you want to eat healthy.

Little Daddy's has the best salads in the metro Detroit area. 99% of the time I go with the Tommy Salad and it's unreal. Make sure you add chicken though. The other 1% I go with Aggie's Apple Salad which is also really good. Also, I highly recommend the chicken lemon rice soup. It is FAR and away the best chicken lemon rice soup I have EVER had.

Whenever I fly back to metro Detroit I have to visit Little Daddy's. You can get a great breakfast and a tasty lunch all before 11am. Their salads are out of this world and are not costly. Their service is fast and there are pretty blue lights in the dining room. Of all the "Cony Island" establishments this is one of my favorites. You never go wrong when you decide to take the lunch group to Little Daddy's.

Throw a rock and you will hit a Greek-run restaurants in this city, and it's with pleasure I discovered the Southfield outpost of the respected West Bloomfield institution right in my office backyard. When I want simple, tasty comfort food rather than Thai, sushi or Mediterranean. On that score, Little Daddy's delivers. Their menu breaks down into an extensive breakfast section, lots of specialty salads, sandwiches, and entrees. They have one of the more extensive fish menus I've seen at a restaurant in this class, and the Traverse cherry salmon was outstanding in the West Bloomfield location. Add cherry preserves to a generous cut of fish, pair with steamed veggies, and it's a filling and delicious meal with much higher quality admittedly than I was expecting. The key lime tilapia takes a fish I don't much care for and spices it up with slices of lime, lots of juice wicked up into the firm flesh, and a real zing. Mmm! Want an omelette? Vegan-friendly and heart-healthy alternatives plaster the columns, from the Mediterranean stuffed with green peppers, Roma tomatoes, and spinach to egg-white alternatives. The omelettes are large and fluffy, with not a lot of mushy vegetable syndrome that comes sometimes from an inexpert chef. Naturally you get a variety of sides, like hash browns, sausages, bacon, toast, and the like, but there are ample upgrades if you want a granola-sprinkled parfait, fruit cup, and pancakes. Speaking of, they had sweet potato pancakes just for autumn. Sprinkle a bit of brown sugar on those babies and wait for the chilly temperatures to come, mm! I like the specials, especially the variety they have. Shrimp stirfry caught my eye, but I was reeled in at lunch by the turkey florentine quinoa. They mix a tomato sauce in with a good 16 oz of sliced zucchini and summer squash (yum!), mushrooms, broccoli, sliced carrots, and multicoloured zucchini strips and a heap of tender quinoa. Keen-wah, that funky grain, is sort of a cross between couscous and pearl pasta often found in soups made by a loving grandma who knows alphabits aren't where it's at. Then add chunks of ground turkey pressed into the size of a button in circumference and you have a full meal, and one that kids would like. I'm stealing this one for my recipe book because it's not only nutritious but easily jazzed up with some Penzey's spices, and not hard to freeze or have next day. And let me say, you'll have leftovers. Alex, the sweet server who was attentive as I could wish during a lunch rush, brought me a giant bowl of quinoa. For $10, I had two and a half meals. Despite it being really busy in there at lunch, Little Daddy's has "red flag" service guaranteed to get your order in and you out the door in twenty minutes. Great policy for the office worker set that comes in, including me, and appreciated though I didn't use it. They got me sat down and my order out in great time despite being a madhouse. Now I know what keeps its vacant strip mall alive; between Little Daddy's and Starbucks, the parking lot is full but there's plenty of space a short jaunt from the door. I give kudos to Alex. She was having a crazy day and nearing the end of her shift, but she made sure my teapot was full of hot water, brought a box and the receipt around, and even poured me a cup of tea to go. That's a treat sometimes offered by restaurants, and I appreciate the gesture. I hope her day was better. Mine sure was after a delish bowl of pasta and veggies, and a bill comparable to a stop at any fast food place. Score!

If you are making a list of the best salads in the Metro area, you must include the Tommy Salad. In the old days, I would go to Big Daddy's (RIP) for a Tommy Salad and Greek goodness. Thankfully, the Tommy lives on at Little Daddy's. The fresh veggie, the dill - yum. I also had a surprisingly tasty grilled cheese sandwich. It was, all in all, a 3 o'clock lunch which exceeded everyone's expectations. I will return if I'm in the area.

We have driven by this place for a number of years and never thought to go there but did for first time on New Year's Day for breakfast because the place we intended to go to was closed for the holiday. All the food (Breakfast special #1 for my wife and Greek Omelette for me) was great, place was clean and service was efficient and friendly. After looking over menu we decided to go back for dinner because a few of our favorite places closed last year and we were looking for another nearby "go to" place that has a nice variety of food including great desserts! It looks like we might have found such a place. For this first dinner we both tried one of the fish dinners (Traverse City Cherry and Cajun Salmon). They were both excellent and generous portions for the price. The sides of rice and grilled veggies were simple but tasty. Since this was our first visit we each had a dessert (in future will share one). The Key Lime Pie was most expensive dessert on the list but when you see it you know it is going to be good and it didn't disappoint. The chocolate confusion was also very tasty but was a bit cold so texture wasn't as nice as it might have been. The service was as others had posted. It was quick but could have been a bit warmer. Our experience at breakfast a few days ago was obviously with a more experienced waitstaff member.

Did not enjoy the food here. Saganaki was fine and standard. My boyfriend ordered a lemon chicken kabob dish with garlic mash potatoes. Couldn't taste enough of the lemon in the chicken. His side of corn was a strange pale yellow color. Potatoes were regular boxed mash potatoes with bits of minced garlic on top. Not very good. I ordered the Greek scrambled eggs with hash browns. Just wasn't impressed with the taste and my hash browns were slightly cold. All in all I wouldn't go back. I was expecting more of a Greek restaurant and it was more of a bad Coney Island. But for coney food I would much rather go to Leo's Coney Island. Solid food there.

This is my go-to restaurant for lunch dates - they have plenty of seating and a huge menu. Hands down the best salad selection of any "coney" type restaurant, but I also wince to compare them to a coney because the caliber of food is MUCH better. The maurice salad takes me back to when I was a kid hanging out with mom at Hudson's. Over the years I have had something probably from every section of the menu and it all is delicious. Very attentive waitstaff.

I love the salads at Little Daddy's! This is not your typical Coney Island...I like to think of it more as gourmet Coney Island. They have fresh ingredients and an excellent wait staff. Don't leave without trying their fried pita chips! They're to die for!!

I was looking for a different restaurant that I had Googled, and I could not find it. We stopped in after a doctor's appointment for breakfast. In between the breakfast and lunch crowd, and it was not crowded. I had eggs Benedict and my mom had the country omelette. Both were very good. And, the service was phenomenal! Our server was Trooper and she was one of the nicest I've ever met! Will definitely be going back!

So i get contacted by the manager to remove my previous review or 'they will take further action'.I dont take well to threats. First of all I did go to Little daddies it was your first week of business and everyone was making sure to tell me that I am at Little Daddies.Bottom line food was horrible. To the Manager that contacted me. Generally threats dont go well but maybe a free meal may do something to bring back confidence in Your customers to try you out again. Too much great food to even consider Your place again. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to come there.

The food was very good. The traverce city cherry salad. It was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised that it came from a place like this. Mom couldn't finish her Tommy salad, also very good. The guy who helped us was very friendly. My parents are kind of regulars and he introduced him self to me. Fast and friendly service. I want to bring my friends here.

I recently remembered that Little Daddy's is close to where I work and have been coming often! I have been pretty anti Leo's Coney Island lately (Because all of their ingredients are disgusting) and I think Little Daddy's is a good replacement. TOMMY SALAD. Love it. Dressing is delicious, the lettuce is fresh and doesn't have gigantic nasty pieces in it. KOSHER CONEY: Enough said. I have to say, the fries are awesome. SO SO GOOD. I love the service, very fast, professional, etc. I was able to have lunch in 30 mins during lunch rush. The server remembered everything, very attentive, fun. I do think the booths need to be updated but this is a small complaint in the grand scheme of things.... Anyway, check it out!

This is a frequent stop on the lunch rotation - and not just with our group, but with lots of folks working in the Southfield area. If you're coming at lunchtime I'd suggest getting here before noon or you'll likely have to wait for a table. Little Daddy's has a huge menu - overwhelming even - but sure to offer something for everyone. They have a ton of salads, sandwiches, breakfast items, and more substantial entrée items. They also usually have a seasonal specials menu. Want my suggestion? Lemon feta chicken skewers. Order them. Love them. Thank me later.

Coworkers and I stop in here from time to time. I usually always order the stir fry -- it's homemade (not frozen from a bag you usually get) and the sauce is delicious! They have a separate area for carry out so you are in and out pretty quickly. Also, the staff is always very nice! The items are a little on the pricey side for lunch, but I always seem to have enough left over for a small lunch the next day. If you order carry out, look at the menu before you go - their menu is HUGE!

Disclaimer: I have only ever ordered salads at Little Daddy's, we actually make this place our destination for a salad alone. I know of two other Little Daddy's, so considering there is a few you know this place has a loyal following in Metro Detroit. It's one of these places that boasts a menu from here til Tokio (or Athens), which I typically don't really dig. Breakfast items, burgers, Greek specialities and staples like gyros are a part of this extensive menu, yet I don't really have to look at it since we always order the Tommy salad. It is made of chopped lettuce, cucumbers, celery and fresh dille. You can add chicken if you'd like, and I always order the Greek style 'Tommy' dressing on the side. Sometimes you just crave something, and once every few weeks for us that happens to be this salad. It's the fresh dille, peeps. The salads are huge, so don't say I didn't warn ya.

I went for breakfast and had the eggs Benedict. It was great and a rather large portion size. The service was fast too.

I've been here three times, and each time have tried different items. Like everybody has said, their menu is huge. Typically, I'm not the biggest fan when a menu is so big, but Little Daddy's is an exception. First time, I had their gyro ($7.49), and boy, was it tasty. Meat was super moist, and seasoned generously..maybe a little TOO seasoned, but still delicious nonetheless. The pita bread was your standard run of the mill, but the meat and tzatziki sauce was really good. It would have been nice to have a vegetable to go along with it, but thankfully, there were enough onions in my sandwich to balance things out. Second time, I had what they call "Leonard's Kale Omelette". The mixture consisted of kale, mushrooms, tomato, parmesan cheese, and onions; all folded together in a 3-egg mixture. It was HUGE! To top it off, there were hash browns. Light and crispy, just how I like them. To round out the meal, your choice of toast, and I went with wheat. All that for $9; I call that a great deal. Third time, tried their open faced tuna melt sandwich. Good flavor in the tuna salad, but the tomato and American/Swiss cheeses were just okay. Multigrain bread was solid and had a nice nutty texture and flavor. At $8, I thought it was a bit much considering there was no side. I've only been here for lunch, and each time, staff was super efficient and friendly. It gets really busy during the lunch break, so I recommend coming here around 1pm if you can. Grab a booth in the perimeter of the restaurant, as they are pretty comfy. Overall, I like coming here, and since it's just around the corner from work, a nice solid place for wholesome food that doesn't break the bank. Plus, it gives you more time to chat with your company and/or shoot the breeze.

The menu here is almost too big. I find I want to eat everything and can never decide what I want. That being said, the sandwiches and salads are very good. My co-workers and I love the breakfast specials. I'm knocking one star off for the slow service. I've tried a lot of places along northwestern hwy and the truth is, there is a huge lunch crowd with all of the offices, and most people get an hour lunch, so restaurants need to be more aware of turning tables quickly. I'm knocking the other star off for the last incident with our carry out order. One of my co-workers ordered a dish and unknown to her, they discontinued it, but hadn't updated the online menu. So they made her something else without saying anything to us, and she didn't like it. They were very apathetic when we had to go back, then trying to choose something else and wait while they made it... Yeah. No fun.

No no no no no no no no no no. Come for the fries and spinach. On second thought don't come here. Flaming sausage. Yea, not italian sausage like the waitress said. Eckrich kielbasa. FAMOUS LAMB CHOPS: Oy. Where do I start. I order them mid rare with rice pilaf and spinach. They arrive, and one is a TINY medallion of nothing. I slice into the thicker chop, it's raw. I ask our waitress if this is the normal portion for $21.95 and also that it was ordered mid rare, and it's raw. Showing her where I cut through it she walks away without saying 'I'll get the manager'. Manager shows up, just stares at me, I pause for a few seconds. "Are you here to talk to me about my lamb chops? This is a rough go for the price, also this is raw not med rare". Side note at this time, rice pilaf was hard, spinach was great. Refired chops arrive. So the larger chop that I cut through to test previously, they just refired that one. They replaced the tiny chop with a larger one. Apparently they put both the new raw chop from the cooler and my other rare chop on the grille for the same amount of time because the one I sent back is now well done, and the new chop is rare. WTF!!!!!! Told our server at the end she really needs to show this mess to the manager. I hear yelling in the back, I never see a manager again. Well, until he's at the next table over holding a coney dog asking 'What's wrong with this?' in a demeaning tone of voice to a guest. Run, run far away. No wonder they open and close locations. Once you catch on to their junk, it's over. This place should be on Kitchen Nightmare and Restaurant Impossible. I want my $30 back.

Always solid food here whether dine in or out. Solid pepper rib specialty. Breakfast good - a touchy price. Best thing and why I mainly come here is for the gyros. Meat moist and season perfectly. Pita bread is so good. But the tzaki is to die for. Best Ive had in Metro D. Blows away any Greektown spot's tzaki. Get the larger size to go. You will thank me later. I usually carryout the gyros and jazz it up a touch at home w some parsley.
