I have been to this Tim Hortons location on numerous occasions because I work nearby. I love the Iced capp and the food, but those are pretty much the only reason to come back. The staff are usually rude or take forever taking/getting your order. Twice now I have gone in to order a Mint Chocolate iced capp Supreme. The first time the girl had me repeat my order three or four times. When I finally got the drink, there wasn't any whipped cream on it. I asked her if that was what the Supreme was supposed to be, and she said yes. I didn't have time to argue as I needed to get to work, so I left pissed that I had paid extra for something I didn't get. Just this morning I visited them again. Again, ordering a Mint Chocolate Iced Capp Supreme must be like speaking in a foreign language to these people. Four times I repeated what I wanted, and then the Manager asked me "Did you want the whipped cream on that?" What do you think I ordered the supreme for? The only thing this Tim Hortons leaves me feeling is frustrated. I'll just visit the one near my home in Plymouth where the staff aren't rude and actually have their act together. This one isn't worth the time.

Have you had a Tim Horton's breakfast sandwich? You should. Biscuit, sausage and cheese will make your day. Seriously, the egg tastes like it is fresh and real. My kids beg for these on the weekend. I have a consistent experience here. The only negative is how long the line can be on the weekends/in the mornings. Yikes.

Had to stop at Tim Hortons since we no longer live in Michigan. They had everything we were looking forward to so that's a plus. Service was a bit on the slow side but hey.... The food is great and the staff is very nice.

Well....we only went here because our special dessert place, our "regular" spot was closed the night that we wanted to go and meet our friends after dinner for dessert. We were in a small town, Saline, MI and so there weren't many choices. We decided to go to Tim Horton's because we knew that they make some good coffee and a cafe mocha. They also have some "goodies" to choose from if you are in the mood for dessert, as we had been. I got the Boston creme doughnut and two little chocolate "tim-bits"(donut holes). I arranged mine to look like "Mickey Mouse" just for my own amusement. Then I took a photo of it, to amuse others as well....I hope? The doughnuts were yummy and the coffees and cafe' mocha's were tasty. Now the atmosphere leaves much to be desired! It was not very clean and it was pretty chilly in there. Hey...maybe they try to freeze us out so that we will buy more coffee!?? Hmm....never thought of that one before just this moment...LOL Aside from this, the bathroom was really gross and dirty. I wanted to tell someone, but I couldn't decide who looked like a manager ....or actually nobody looked like a manager, so I didn't tell anyone. We just hang out with our friends and drank our mocha and coffee's, ate our little doughnuts and chit chatted for an hour or so. It worked for what we needed at the time, but I sure wouldn't make it a habit to go there. Unless of course, I was going through the drive through for a coffee, or Cafe' Mocha...then I would do that and be on my way again. But like I said, the Boston creme doughnut was "to die for"....yummy yummy...MMMMmmm good! It was even "finger slurping/licking good"!! Enjoy!!

I typically stop by the drive through on the way to work. The staff has always been polite and they almost always get my order perfectly correct, even though I sometimes end up getting my office staff treats too. It is a small store, so during really busy times, there may be a bit of a line inside and the patrons do not always move from the doorway, but that is not the cafe's fault. I usually get there before 7:15am and there is rarely more than one car ahead. It's a Tim Hortons, not a snooty cappuccino bar. Hooray!

In the AM there is usually a line backed up to road. So I go in to order. It is incredibly inefficient. The cashier runs around all over filling orders! While others mill around looking around talking to one another! No wonder the slow service! Hey Tim, shouldn't your cashiers never leave the pay point, smile at customers, crank out the orders while the other minions fill the orders?

Checked out their menu on-line and figured I would give them a try. Ordered the large chicken noodle soup and got two noodles and three carrots, no chicken. Would not ever order again, drank the rest. Had the chili as well and it was not too bad, would have again.
