Decided to stop in here on a whim. I'll admit, I was skeptical when we walked in, the place is bare bones minimal and is the kind of place that has pictures of the dishes above the counter - so if it's atmosphere you're after, then forget it. It seems that most of the business is carryout, but there are tables to dine at, which is what we decided to do. The food was a very pleasant surprise - it was really good, and inexpensive. The egg rolls are nice and crispy, and have that just right flaky outer shell. I hate soggy, greasy egg rolls, so right away I was happy. I had a combo plate of shrimp chop suey, served with chicken fried rice. The rice was good, not greasy, and the chop suey had plenty of shrimp. Nothing worse than having a few pieces of shrimp in the first bites, then being left with a pile of vegetables on your plate. That did not happen here. I grabbed a carryout menu on the way out the door, because I'm thinking that this little place just might be our new go-to for tasty Chinese food in the future!

Great prices for amount of food... Not clean. Cooks do not wear gloves or wash hands when/before handling food.

I love this place! Been coming here for years. The owner is always friendly and the food is always good! It's the only Chinese restaurant I like in my area. The others are way overpriced and the flavor isn't that great. Try this place out!

Worst experience EVER..and didnt even taste it!! The guy at the front recommended beef w/veggies. Also ordered almond boneless. Both lunch portions. 14 bucks ! I was surprised..heard this place was cheap...that's dinner prices!? Got home and the almond boneless had no gravy..that sucked..then I open the BEEF and veggies and I was all celery (or whatever than Asian veggie is that looks and tastes like nothing) ...NO BEEF!! Had to drive back and the only thing these idiots had to say was....."oh no..this never happens". Never appologized once. Acted mad i wanted a refund. Took them 15 minutes to credit my card. Wish I could have gotten my tip back! Mayflower across the street is much better. Try them.

This was, literally, the WORST Chinese I have ever eaten in my life, and I've had a lot of bad Chinese food experiences. It pains me to even give them one star. WHY YOU NO HAVE ZERO STAR RATINGS, YELP!? I ordered from here because Wan Kow is closed on Mondays and the man who took my Wok To You order told me "they're all basically the same menus." When I told him I'd call back. Hey guy, I WANTED TO READ THE REVIEWS. My dumplings were RAW. R-A-W! I had to throw them in boiling water to finish cooking them and they were still disgusting. And don't even get me started on the mystery meat that was in my Chow Mein. Thank you, China Wok and Wok To You man, for ruining Chinese food for me for at least the next year.

HOLY CRAP!!!! SO I go into this place conveniently located nect to a Murrays discount auto parts... Nobody is in there, and it's freezing (it was Jan) and the heat wasn't turned on... There was a haggard older woman sitting in back, and a 14 year old kid working the counter... I got my usual Almond chicken, white rice, gravy on the side... Well like a lot of chinese places, they have like 400lbs of prefried chicken in an old Coke cooler... The woman in back tossed some in some oil, the kid did some stuff, and there ya go... Food-ish This was by far, the worst thing I've ever eaten. There is a place called Mayflower across the street, that's a bit better... Go there instead...

The only thing this place does well is the Won ton soup. I will go out of my way for it. It's a good value for the amount of food for the price. Mayflower across the street is the place to go for very good Chinese.

Got our Wok2You delivery and we were extremely pleased with the food. This was the best Chinese food we have had! It even reheated perfectly one and two days after delivery. This definitely tops the six or seven Chinese restaurants we have tried in the area.

Nothing special chewy over cooked Chicken, no vegetables in dish, and the egg roll left a pool of grease in the bag it came in and on plate. I would much rather go to Mayflower right across the street

I actually kind of love the extreme minimalism here. They are nice, and the food satisfies the "Chinese food craving". Not gourmet, but not pretending to be either. Everything I've tried here has been palatable, which I cannot say for many many other Chinese take-out restaurants that I have visited around the state.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
