This is our go-to place for coffee in the area. The place is clean. The baristas are knowledgeable. There's free wi-fi. The place is in the middle of everything in Saginaw. It's just a few minutes away from the freeway.

My first visit here, the first thing I noticed is that it was slow with poor costumer service. I have returned several times and nothing has changed my mind. The manager or the woman in charge while I'm there is very loud, rude, and cares more about getting things done than her costumers and workers. The workers are nice enough but they never try to get to know anyone. They also mess up my order and rush me when I'm trying to order.

Um I go to Starbucks as much as I can afford (probably shouldn't go that much). I am confessing the addiction. I am also refuting the implausibility that this location would shut down. No way! I pay them enough money as it is. So do all the medical professionals in this town. I'm sure of it. The inside only contains at most room for 15 people. This is mostly a location for convenience off the highway where u can drive thru and get your fix and get back on the road. I find it funny that the last guy mentioned Burger king cuz its right next door and if you're not careful you'll find yourself in their parking lot instead of this Starbucks. Nothing unusual about a drive thru starbucks just as long as you can find it behind the rest of this building which houses a dentistry center and then emptiness. If you do per chance go inside there is a very very cheerful barista that I swear is taking something else to enjoy her day. Its sad in this day and age to find a consistently happy person strange and suspect but I do. I don't dislike her cheer and pep but I wish she'd put it in my coffee too. Nevertheless the other people at this location are super cheerful too. A little much when you're caffeine deprived but I don't want them to stop.

Not a big coffee drinker but I realized, after going to Tim Horton's several times, that Starbucks has the best coffee. One of my biggest peeves with Tim Horton's is that they will add the sugar and cream for you if you request that space be left in your cup for those additions. If you're strange like me, and like your sugar and cream added in a particular way using specific portions, then Starbucks is for you. Kind of like the Burger King of coffee ("Have it your way."). Most everybody knows Starbucks so this isn't news to you. I've never seen this before and maybe it's because I live a partially sheltered life. However, in the freezing temperatures it's kind of nice not having to get out of your car to get coffee. Introducing THE DRIVE-THRU STARBUCKS!!! Never seen it before. Wish there were more around. Recommendation: BOTTOM'S UP!

I'm a huge Starbucks fan and I was so excited when I found out a location would finally be opening here in Saginaw. However, I've consistently gotten terrible service from this location - it's just not up to the usual Starbucks standard. Drink quality is very inconsistent. My husband drinks the regular brewed coffee and avoids this location because he said it always tastes burnt, like it hasn't been freshly made. Management needs to get it together because this location gives Starbucks a bad name.

I've got to say... as a normal everyday Starbucks drinker... this one isn't my favorite. Unfortunately, it's the option I'm given in Saginaw. Upside: Drive-through... although they tend to be slow, rude, and don't like to give you the receipt. Upside: Coffee... downside, smells and tastes burnt, and I'm not sure what's wrong w/ the syrup... but my order doesn't change... and this coffee was barely drinkable Upside:... Well... This review started at 3 stars, but I couldn't find anything to make me happy... so it's now 2 stars.

Thumbs down. The chai latte was undrinkable. It tasted like sour water with chemical overtones. Usually the solution to these situations involves pointing out the error to the barista, and then they make a new one or give you a refund. Not here. The barista got super defensive and would have none of it. I hope there's better in Saginaw. I definitely wouldn't recommended getting your coffee here! There's a drive-thru, but I'd just drive right on by.

So this review may be a bit bias, as my friend Lyssa works there now. She used to work in the cafe at the bookstore with me. If she waits on you, she may seem shy, but she's sweet and good at her job. I asked her why Starbucks took a bit longer to receive drinks than our store, she told me they use fresh milk every time. Even if you still have milk leftover, you still dump it out and steam new. It's nice having the Starbucks app on my IPhone because they can just scan the card, and you can work your way up to rewards. You can even automatically re-load it if you want. The cake pops are really good. Breakfast sandwiches are ok. Seating at this location is small. No biggie, just hit up the drive-thru. Like another reviewer had mentioned, be careful because it's possible to wind up in BK's lot and then you will have to pull back out.
