I used to eat here at least twice a week for lunch. The owners are very friendly and I believe most of the employees are family. This is a great Tubby's location.

After 35 years of being a huge fan of Tubby's I think I'm going to have to find a new sub shop to meet my needs or at least a different location. Today while ordering I simply asked to have the onions on the side of one of the footlong's I ordered. While the girl taking the order was kind, she said they can't do that. I then asked if we could have the onions only on half the sandwich. Nope- they can't do that either. There was no option to pay more to have them on the side nor any attempt to be accommodating. Apparently the only option is to order more than one sub and pay a lot more than the tiny teaspoon of onions would have cost. So much for making a small accommodation to ensure a happy customer.

This is legitimately a quality Tubby's location. Family owned franchise that serves clean and delicious subs. Relatively friendly staff who always get my order correct. I go here a few times a month for an awesome jumbo steak and cheese sub. After all these years, Tubby's is still so so tasty but they do franchise locations so you have to be sure to go to the right one. This location does it right imho.

I am definitely not happy with my service today. The lady working the drive through spilled my fruit punch in my car while trying to hand it to me. Then she refused to give me more than two napkins before she asked someone else if it was ok because I guess there is a limit to the number of napkins you get. Last but not leaset they forgot my Italian dressing on my sandwich, but I gave them a two because their fries were great.

Nasty and bad service!! This place was smelly from smoke and deep fried grease. People are rude. Never returning!
