All I can say is this: WOW! Great Pizza, my favorite spot in all of Metro Detroit. Don't waste your time elsewhere, especially not at that gross Domino's down the street. The whole staff is great, but ask for Mitchell to make your pizza if he's there. There is no better!!!!

I drove down from Toronto to enjoy the Royal Oak Beer festival in Royal Oak MI. The evening was great but when I stoped to order food on the way from the venue I was treated to a pizza with non-food items in the pizza. There were literally non employees in the kitchen and what made it worse is when provided with the non-food items the chef came out and told me to go f-myself. People eating here, be aware. The chef employed here will put anything in your pizza and laugh at you when you bring it back. I am completly available for comments and responses to this review. Cameron

They have awful customer service skills. I called to order food early in the afternoon on a Thursday and the guy that answered was so rude! I said hi and he cut me off and asked "pick up or delivery". He cut me off every time I spoke. I decided to order elsewhere. This location needs to hire new staff and get rid of the bad seeds that they have.

The pizza and other foods are good, no complaints there. I ordered delivery a few days ago, one of the items was the greek salad. No greek dressing was in the bag (I went back to my online order receipt to make sure I actually requested it, which I did). I called and they said that it would take at least another 40 minutes to get that delivered to me or I could come by the store and pick it up, thus defeating the purpose of getting delivery in the first place. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of effort to make up for the mishap and most importantly the lack of apology is what annoys me the most. I'll go with Jet's from now on.
