Just stopped at this Starbucks to get my favorite Carmel Macchiato. Wasn't expecting to be wow'd by my experience but it was awesome. Order my drink and Ashely the barista, explained to me why my last macchiato was so bad at another location. She personally made my drink and it was amazing. Go get the best Starbucks from his location! Ask for Ashley tell her Lars sent you! Parking was okay, but service was amazing!

Great Starbucks! Fast, friendly service. It's always clean every time I'm inside of there. The only downside is it can get busy and you can't find a place to sit.

I've been drinking Starbucks since 1993. That's a long time. And in that time, I've met one bad barista. One. Until Sunday, August 30, 2015. My family attended a wedding the night before, and we were on our way home. Granted, I'm not from Michigan, maybe this is the norm there. We were there at about 9 am. The place was not busy. In fact, we were the only customers. My two boys are 13 and 11, and they were excited because they love the cake pops. They were talking about ordering fraps with their pops. My husband suggested that I order first. I smiled and said, "I'm from Indiana, so I don't know if you will allow me to do this, but I was able to get a pumpkin spice chai tea latte at home. I know it isn't coming out until around the 8th, but can I get one here?" Once again, I smiled, was not a b. She said, "No." turned around and left. As in, she went to grind coffee. Four of us standing at the register. She left. Once again, she left. Wouldn't most people say, "No, I'm sorry. Would you like something else?" Maybe given me a second to figure out another drink, or taken my children's orders?? Heck, if I would have been nasty about it or called her something, her behavior would have been justified, but I asked nicely. We were shocked. We stood there for a second, and I finally said, "Seriously, she just left?" My son said, "I think so, mom. Does that mean we can't get Starbucks?" I said, "Yes." and we left. No one else offered to help. In closing, 22 years of drinking Starbucks. Only two bad experiences....this was one of them. Don't bother or waste your time. Starbucks are everyfreakingwhere. Go elsewhere. Not mad about not getting my way. I would have been perfectly happy with a venti skinny vanilla latte, but the barista was not interested in serving my family.

If you like cigarette smoke with your morning double shot this is your place. Patio is posted everywhere but apparently nobody knows how to read!!

Although the quality is the same the line is horrid and the traffic getting in and out is dangerous, I recommend going to the Masonic and Gratiot location for much better quicker service.

I'm in a Starbucks once a day all over the Midwest. This was by far the most dirty location I have ever visited. Beyond that, my drink was screwed up, then the second one was blan. As I sat and ate my food, at least three other orders after me had to be remade due to errors behind their counter. I still can't get over how dirty this location was...I have posted one pic for everyone to review...pick another location...its worth the drive.

I called in to the customer service number about this Starbucks (I used to work at one, so I know no one is getting fired over that or anything), and explained the soy issue. They explained that the issue would be addressed. I went back to this location a quite few times shortly after that. Every time I went I got exactly what I asked for! However..... About 2 months after pretty great beverages, now it is back to consistently messed up drinks. I have gotten non-soy about 6 times in the past 2 months. Sometimes I can catch it but their drive-thru order screen is always broken and there are rarely stickers put on the drinks for some unknown reason, so I can't really know until I try it. I am not expecting it to be 100% right all the time, but this is getting ridiculous! I love Starbucks! I love tipping the baristas and showing them love whenever they rock because often they DO rock! But this is so awful! I don't know who is running this location, but I would strongly recommend a training on food allergies. This ridiculousness has caused me physical pain.

I like this starbucks. it's close to home, it's clean and the staff is always friendly. I go to a competing coffee place way more often but i do like starbucks as well. This one is a pretty good size and the layout is nice for studying or reading. I always manage to meet really neat people while enjoying my white chocolate mocha and a book.

Love this starbucks. It used to be "in" my backyard when I lived in the nieghborhood. No one compares to that crew. Props to the general manager who has been running that store for (from what I know) a couple years now. She's a sweetheart and from what I know her staff loves her. Had a couple bad drinks seemingly that I changed it up a couple times to try something new. Keep in mind, I went there everyday for years. Some of their employees would just randomly give me free coffee because I was a regular customer. They even tried to nominate me for something only regulars qualified for. I love this starbucks, thank you to all the staff for being professional and friendly for the many years I went there!

4.75 Stars I'm knocking this location down a 1/4 star The past few months the espresso doesn't have the super fresh snap that Starbucks can deliver. It's tastes like the beans they are using are getting old. Anyways, It's still great and they still deliver the best cup of coffees and mochas here and the servers are always pleasant and prompt. (Still rounds out to 5 stars and it's still the best around this area)

When you go inside this place they are pretty good with taking your order in a timely manner and are friendly usually. Drive-thru is shotty and sometimes you find yourself waiting for some unknown reason for longer than you should. Once they gave me a free coffee card to use the next time because they basically caused me to run late for work . I was waiting for my coffee for what had to be 10mins..almost had to leave without the one I paid for. So the drive-thru is really hit or miss. Probably best to go in when you're in a pinch so you know what's holding you up.

They make the best white chocolate mocha. I have tried mocha at several other locations, yet nothing quite does the trick like those delicious expresso shots.
