Went here on a Tuesday for dinner with my lady. It had been a few years since either of us had been to a RT so our expectations weren't super high entering, but thought we'd give it a try. Overall the service was great, our waitress, Jennifer, was attentive and quick to get us refills when needed. My lady ordered the Jumbo Skewered Shrimp with zucchini and garden bar, while I ordered the Crispy Fried Shrimp with french fries and the garden bar. The garden bar was standard and plentiful, love their croutons! Her "jumbo" shrimp was actually standard sized shrimp which was disappointing based on the price we paid but still was tasty. My fired shrimp was 70% batter and 30% tiny baby shrimp. Additionally the batter had a terrible after taste that couldn't be rid of no matter what I dipped the shrimp in. The one major positive of the dinner that we enjoyed were the little Red Lobster knock off biscuits. Those were excellent! Overall, we left RT not knowing when we'll return, and with a new motto, to only order seafood at a seafood restaurant.

I ate here today with my family and our waiter was cool but my food had so much salt I thought they poured extra in it..I ordered the shrimp & grits btw,& I can honestly say this is last time I'll ever eat there at Ruby Tuesday again.

Expecting meh and leaving happy. Seems liked just a place to put food in the hole but their shrimp and grits were really good. Got about 10 good sized shrimp and some decent cheesy grits and some andoille sausage. basically jambalaya with grits, a nice bit of spice made for a good meal.

I used to work at a Ruby Tuesday's a long time ago in a galaxy far away and had a bad experience there so I try to stay away from the place as much as possible. I was unable to this time as my wife had been insisting on going there. It wasn't bad, but it also wasn't very good. Our Server seemed nice, but it really didn't matter because he reeked of smoke. I am not a smoker myself (never have, never will) but in the same sense I do not judge or really care if a person smokes. However I had to make an exception here. It was as if he just chained smoked a pack of cigarettes and made it his mission to blow the smoke all over his clothes and hands. It literally made my eyes water. It wouldn't have been so bad if it were busy in there and he had other tables to wait on, but as we were his only table he was hovering us constantly. Food wise it was okay. I wanted to try one of their new Pretzel Bun Burgers and was let down a bit. A pretzel is usually salty, I get that, but this thing had so much salt on top of it I had to scrape off most of it in order to even eat the thing. Also they put way to much sauce on it which made the burger slip out when you went to take a bite. Overall it was just super messy and awkward to eat. I don't think I'd get it again to be honest. The Salad Bar is not what it used to be. They have trimmed back on their selections and changed up recipes as well. One of my personal favorites used to be the Broccoli Salad and while it looked the same it had a completely different taste. Most of the dressing spoons were not labelled as well so it was a guessing game on whether I was getting Ranch, Lite Ranch or Blue Cheese as they all looked almost identical. I choose wisely and was correct though. I was half expecting to win a prize for my victory, but the only thing I got was the bill.

We went on a slow night. Very run down inside. Smelled weird. Server was nice. Ribs were old and dry. Didn't even cover with sauce. Steak was nasty, didn't taste fresh. Chicken fingers came late because they burnt the first batch..so my daughter had to wait till the rest of us were almost done. They had a weird aftertaste..the oil is old or something. Server never asked how the food was .. She knew it was bad because we didn't eat much of anything. Over priced food that should have been in the garbage can. We all felt sick after. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

The entrees did seem a little pricey, however, the salad bar plus mini entree menu is fantastic! I ordered the salad bar with the ruby sliders, my husband ordered the salad bar and fish tacos. Both were tasty. The iced tea was freshly brewed. Our waiter was attentive and friendly. It was kind of dark though.

I've been back about 2 or 3 times and each time it seems something is a little less appealing. (Read my previous review, they deserved a good review then) The good: I do like the music selection, the design and booths. One of the waitresses here is awesome, I think she wears glasses, that's her. The salad bar is still awesome. The bad: Tilapia that's very fishy. (I can get that in the frozen food section) A ceiling vent fan that has been broken for months and is very audible. The time Pepper and I went it had the "someone got sick and it was cleaned up smell" wafting in the air. 2.75 Stars

Haven't been to a Ruby Tuesday in years so decided to go there since I was meeting someone in the area later that night. My daughters chicken strips were pretty much burnt and my burger was super greasy and falling apart and on a gross bun than was wheat I believe and dry. I don't ever send food back or really even say anything at restaurants when it's not so good but I wasn't paying for that and I told the manager it wasn't good and I never send food back. He did take my burger and my daughters food off our bill. My husband got a pretzel burger and said it was fine. The salad bar was ok. Bottom line I wouldn't eat here again. When we first got there I over heard the waiter saying to the next table over, oh I'm sorry about that I'll see what I can do for you so they must have complained too. This was a Friday night and not very busy either.

I'm not a huge fan of big chain restaurants but have been to this Ruby Tuesday several times and enjoyed my meal each time. I tried the burger on a pretzel bun this time and it was huge. Cooked just the way I like it, a little more on the rare side. The salad bar is large and has many items to choose from, all of which have always been fresh. Have consistently had friendly wait staff as well. They have a decent selection of drinks and if you sign up with your email they send out good coupons.

I'm reviewing a chain! So the last time I was here, it was very Applebee's-esq... Well they changed, not sure when, but it happened... Nice leather seating on chairs, and booths, nice lighting... Not bad now... I started with a refreshing cocktail called a Absolute Cooler?? $6, yum, buzz... For dinner I got the Parmesan Chicken Pasta. It was breaded chicken sliced and layed on a bed of parmesan cheese sauce tossed penne pasta. Then it had some marina on it... Ok, this is one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had, and will be eating again FOR SURE! They also have these ripoffs of Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits. They bring them to you like every 5 minutes, and they are tiny little delicious grease-bombs... if you've been here 5-10 years ago, and didn't like it. Maybe try again. Or maybe try this location.

The salad bar is always fresh and fantastic but the entrees are always hit-or-miss. Tonight I had the lobster macaroni & cheese. I was so disappointed in the puny size of this dish! It was like a side-dish sized portion. There were adequate amounts of lobster in there BUT the lobster had a pungent seafood taste... NOT PLEASANT! I left feeling so sad... I really want to like this place it just doesn't live up to its potential unfortunately.

2.75 Stars
