Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

My husband and I usually have had a good experience at other Qdoba locations including this one when we first moved close to the area last year but the last time we went It was pretty much our last the burritos were good the pop tasted a bit weird but we didn't mind our only issue was that cashier working at the time of our seemed super unhappy and annoyed when dealing with customers it seemed like it was totally too much to even ring us up oh and it felt like he was annoyed with us even more when our qdoba card on my phone would not scan. We scanned it twice and he just kept looking at us more and more annoyed so i said forget it we paid and left feeling kind of bummed out since we are for the most part pretty mellow friendly people. Maybe the dude was having a bad day who knows but I didn't find it very professional.

So glad Qdoba opened up over here, vs. going out to 12 & Mound, and this place came with an instant following as it is always slammed. The Bowl Ritos are my favorite, its a burrito minus the tortilla, plus the are very generous with the meats, toppings & 5 different salsas watch out for the $1.50 up-charge for guacamole ! Place is very clean & well staffed + there email club sends out lots of BOGOS & $3-4 off coupons

I have no issue with this place. If I decide I want a burrito the size of my own head, by God, I will march straight down here and practice my Constitutional right to stuff my face with the mediocre-est of ingredients wrapped in a sticky tortilla. And I love it too. Aww dude, and they got this pop machine that has like 2.6 Billion combinations or something. I like this place. I like who I am when I am at this place.

Had a late lunch there this afternoon. I ordered the Mexican Gumbo, and as a previous reviewer mentioned, they build it for you like a Subway assembly line. A little pricey, but all in all, I thought it was a good deal.

I've only been once, but the food and the service were both stellar. The people working there joked around, but did so appropriately, so it added to my enjoyment. Thanks for a great experience gang; I'll certainly be back!

Alright, I love quick burrito stops like this, but I was slightly annoyed by my last experience here. I walked in a little after 8PM on a Thursday. No customers present at the time, and 3 employees behind the counter....3 employees being obnoxiously loud with each other, ignoring the fact that I walked through the doors and up to the counter. A huge delay in a greeting and one of the employees would not stop talking to the one who finally decided to acknowledge that a paying customer was in front of them. I was very close to walking out of here. Well, my hunger got the best of me and I stayed. I had to repeat what I wanted to order 3x because the one employee I mentioned earlier was still being loud and obnoxious until she finally went in the back room. Needless to say the other girl took my order wrong and I did not have it in me to correct her again. When she finally got it together and acted semi-professional in finishing up making my wrong order and taking my payment, 3 other people had walked in behind me and they all actually got to work. I am disappointed in my experience here, but am not surprised being that any type of supervision they had was lacking or under the age of 17.

So I tell the gringo to put cheese on our burritos and he asks if we want queso on them. I told him that queso is cheese....lol

Nothing special to me. Just another over prices burrito place. Just doesn't stand out to me. If I want real Mexican food, I'll find a place for it, not some place that has only 4 options and all for around $8. But for those who like to spend lots of money for this place, go at it guys.

It's basically chipotle but not as good.

I LOVE Qdoba. I find it difficult to find great vegetarian options in the world of fast food. Qdoba has one of the best on-the-go menus for me. The vegetarian burrito is amazing! The cilantro rice is my favorite part! The only negative thing about this specific location is that I have been here a total of maybe 8 times. Out of those 8 times, something went wrong 4 times. This gives me a total success rate here at 50%. Not great, but it is fast food. Two times they didn't put the chips in the bag for my nachos. They were kind when I called in, and replaced the menu item for me at a later date at no cost to me, which is very sweet of them. The other times, instead of making a vegetarian (which on the menu is just like the other burritos, but without meat and add guacamole) they make a veggie burrito (completely different menu item). Two different times with two different people making it, they'd ask what kind of beans I wanted (always pinto!) and they add vegetables because they think that is what I asked for. It is no big deal because now I just say "vegetarian burrito is the one with the guac, not the one with the grilled vegetables, right?" and play dumb before I order it, that way they know exactly what I mean. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings by telling them that's the wrong one while they are making it. Lovely.... now I am craving Qdoba.

Worst burrito wrap I've ever seen. I asked to tees rap they unwrapped and thew my burrito half wrapped back in the bin. So much sass and attitude from staff. Pick another qdoba. Not a happy customer.

Good food, freshly prepared. It's usually busy in here but don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for an alternative to greasy fast food. It's not cheap but you get a huge made-to-order burrito and soft drink for around $10. Solid Qdoba, clean inside with friendly employees.

If you enjoying standing under an ORDER HERE sign for almost 5 solid minutes without being acknowledged by the employees - than this is your place! My food was made by an obviously irritated to work associate in a processing manner and tasted like it was slopped together. The best is when I went to pay for my crappy concoction - the cashier had her phone under the POS screen and was busy LOOKING DOWN and text messaging. I had to ask her to pay! Stay away. This location has poor management and a "give 2 squats" culture.

WoW.... That is all I can say I loved this location nice and close always ate here..... Not anymore Two weeks ago I brought home two meals for my wife and I. While we were eating my wife was enjoying the tasty guacamole that they make by hand... Well you def can tell it was made by someones hand. She found a band-aid in guacamole.... Lucky enough she spotted it before she ate it... One question why weren't the employees wearing gloves?!?! Sick simply sick we will not be going to this location no more!

Well, I must say I'm happily surprised now. When you walk in it has a wonderful layout, a nice open plan with plenty of places to sit. You have to wait in a usually long line, because the food is so good, and I want to say it's almost like a Subway version of Taco Bell in the way you get to choose your toppings. At first I wasn't sure about the Beef Burrito, it seemed rather bland, but, as a lady walked around and asked if anyone needed anything, I asked if they had any melted cheese. The lady happily brought me a sample of Queso cheese, and WOW, it REALLY made a difference, and I was so impressed with the fact the asked if you needed anything like that, not to mention it was a free add n! Also good is The variety in their drinks. Vitamin water, bottled, dr. Pepper, coke, fuze, lemonade, sprite and etc... really happy with the experience.

This location rocked when it first opened. Service and food were always excellent, but as of late things are starting to slip. First off, is it just me or has anyone else noticed that costs have jumped up big time at the Q? My wife and I went here for lunch the other day and each ordered a Quesadilla, a Pop and shared an order of Chips and Queso and our bill was close to $30.00! Now I am by no means a cheapskate and have no problem paying more for quality food, but when I pay that much and the end pieces of the Quesadilla are only one-third of the way filled then I am going to have an issue. The rest was not much better either as you can tell they skimped on the meat, cheese, etc. when making it. As for the Chips, they were all pretty much stale and when I went up and asked for new ones the girl looked at me like I was asking her to cure cancer or something. She gave me new ones, but they weren't much better to be honest. This saddens me as Qdoba is one of my favorite places to eat, but with the prices going up and the quality going down I rarely go there anymore. On the plus side they did just recently get a Freestyle Coke machine which is awesome. I know those things are super expensive to lease so maybe that is why the food prices have gone up. Who knows...

This place has great, fast service, but the food here is horrible. It doesn't seem very clean either. Ive been here once before, and i wasn't impressed; to be fair, i gave it a second try, and i can honestly say i won't be going back.

Not a good experience, let's begin with the fact that they are horribly slow when they're busy. When you're this slow, the convenience factor goes right out the door. The food preparation station was absolutely abysmal. Scraps everywhere, no attention to dropped food. The staff was clearly stressed, and it showed in the work that they did. The staff in this place is clearly not being trained to greet the customers in a friendly manner, you will receive a blank stare when you're asked what you want for your meal, and equally blank emotionless stares as you continue the food preparation process. Unfortunately Qdoba has cut back on some of their better items, and the food choices are now somewhat limited. It's no value either, a smothered chicken burrito with a handful of options and a bottle of water came to over $10. This is definitely the last time I'm coming in, can't wait for the Chipotle up the street to open.
