I had a quick issue with a bank card i had to fix before i paid (activate a new card) they didnt complain or hassle me just waited politely. I really like this place a lot, very clean and fast.

I live less than a mile from this location and use it often for both pick up and delivery. Pizza is what you expect for the price, good but not fantastic. Today however I attempted to her a delivery and received such horrible service I ended up canceling my order when after nearly 2 & 1/2 hours I had still not gotten my food. I clearly said I wanted it delivered and even double checked that they were delivering today, gave my CC to pay. An hour later I called again was told I had said I was picking up. Was put on hold to ask the manager what to do. Manager says to remake the food and not charge a delivery fee. I'll get my food in 45 min. Notice no apology. An hour later no food. I call they say it's on the way. Ten minutes I'm beyond annoyed I call to cancel. Manager still blames me for mistakes, does not apologize, has attitude about calling driver to come back, and huffs out do I want a credit for food. Not I'm sorry you aren't getting your dinner let me give you a credit for dinner another day but do you ant a credit or something. So I guess food food does not mean good service which can turn me off even the best places.

I don't know if anyone can take Izzy's review seriously if you are going to compliment Little Caesars. The pizza here is good and fast and the crust is great like all the Hungry Howies locations.

Called to order a pizza Monday night around 10 pm... Girl who took my order sounded like she didn't care. Prolly didn't. Did not repeat my order back to me and rushed to get off the phone. Poor customer service skills.

I am new to Michigan and have heard all of the radio adds for this place. The idea of inexspensive pizza and flavorful crust sounded good to I figured why not. The reason they need flavored crust is their dough tastes like raw flour, thats it. The "Howie Bread" was even worse, flavorless and dull. for $5 stick with Little Ceasers. Also, the service was slow and not attentive.
