While visiting a friend we decided to order a pizza and I came to Yelp for suggestions. While reading the reviews we decided to try Toarminas. We were not disappointed we ordered the large bbq chicken pizza. It was fantastic. The delivery person was very prompt and courteous. Next time Im in the area I will definitely be calling Toarminas for pizza.

The ribs are soo tender n smoked, the bbq sauce done juz right, not too much not too little. Love the cole slaw as well but the fries r not my fav, a bit too hard.

This place was recommended to us by the receptionist at our hotel. She said this was her favorite place and that she loved the pizza there, so I was looking forward to some really awesome pizza. So we decided on this place for dinner and got some pizza delivered to our hotel room. The pizza was ok. It wasn't as great as the lady made it out to be, but it was good. The cheese and the crust were a bit too chewy for my taste. And I wish there was a little more sauce. I did like the toppings on the pizza. They were what made the pizza taste good. The pizza wasn't as good as I was expecting, but it was decent.

Stopped in with a party of 7 for lunch break before driving up to Mackinac Island. We ordered the 24" Meatfest/Greek Pizza split 50/50 and a 2 Greek salads. The salad was one big family style salad served right away with plenty of extra single servings of salad dressing. I was expecting two plates so they over - delivered. After we were done splitting the salad 7 different ways, our 24" monster was served and it was beautiful. Check out the photo with the 3 kids and the pizza and you'll see what I'm talking about. Even better than the presentation was the taste. I had read one review saying the pizza here was greasy but that couldn't be further from the truth. The dough was phenomenal, no grease on the underside of the pizza. The pizza sauce had just the right amount of herbs, and the ingredients for each half of the pizza delivered a proverbial home run. This isn't a large family restaurant so don't expect a huge dining room. In fact, there's probably barely room for more than 15 sit down customers but that's okay. This place is legit. I'm a fan.

Processed Chicken I ordered a large Chicken Parm sub and when opened it at home I immediately saw that the chicken they used wasn't fried chicken tenders which is common for a pizza place but processed chicken bits. These are the kind of chicken bits that are "grilled" and sliced thin and usually just require a minute jn the microwave to thaw. Immediately disappointed I ate some of the sub and it was salty and bland and the worst chicken Parm sub I've ever gotten.

Decent pizza at a decent price. Sandwiches are pretty basic--lots of bread, not a lot of meat. Wings and "broasted" chicken look good. They also have ribs although I can't imagine those are all that great. It's quick and convenient if you're without a car and staying in a nearby hotel. There's better pizza around if you've got wheels...

The food was ok. The pizza was nasty. The crust was chewy and there was very little sauce. But the chicken wings were adequate and crispy with being real greasy. The customer service was excellent. They were pleasant on the phone and in person. Overall I would probably give this place another chance based on service and the wings.

My boyfriend and I ordered the 12 x 12 inch deep dish Sicilian pizza half veggies and half ground beef and pepperoni on Saturday. The pizza barely made it one level above nasty, such a disgrace to proud pizza makers everywhere! Everything about it was bland, the sauce (no herbs, no seasoning), the cheese (if u can call it that, funny texture and hardly had any on the pizza), the deep dish was too doughy, the veggies was a few olives, mushrooms, a few green peppers (not banana peppers but raw green peppers yuck!), and a few pineapples. No broccoli, no spinach, no red pepper, no black pepper, no salt, no garlic, no onions, NO TASTE whatsoever. The dough taste like water, literally. The only good thing about the pizza is it's not oily like your usual pizza. Another positive, delivery came as quick as possible, on time by the time they said they would deliver. I would've been better off eating Pizza Hut or Dominos. Disgraceful to all mom and pops pizzeria.

Im not a huge fan of pizza but my wife is so we decided to give it a try. Glad we did b/c it was excellent! I had a combination supreme which had a lot of everything. Will try to get back there before my return flight home.

Our order was delivered within 15-20 minutes of ordering it!!! We ask for special topping on our deep dish (which should take longer to cook) so the chance to get a " left over" pizza were close to none but the pizza arrived cool so I can't say for sure. The taste was "less then OK". Find somewhere eles!
