Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Came in for lunch at 11:00. Ordered General tso chicken spicy lunch special. Chicken was all chunks of white meat. Very firm. Wonton soup's broth was watery. No egg roll. Brocolli was steamed not stir fried. Fried rice was tasteless. Brown sauce over fried chicken was good. Service was prompt and nice.

I called today for a delivery to my home. The lady that answered asked "is this delivery or take out" crazy me, I thought that meant they delivered. And the answer to that question is ( insert drum roll ) yes and no!!! They deliver to a business or hotel or apartments... But not to a residential home... ( insert eye roll) soooo... The review is more of an FYI... Guess I'll be doing without my sweet and sour chicken and fried pork dumplings...

I usually order from here when I stay in Romulus. The food is very good and the service is great. They are always very quick and the prices are very reasonable!

Very average Chinese food, good in a pinch. Lunch special is worth it if you're in the mood, pretty cheap. Epitome of what Americans have come to expect: heavily breaded, salty, overly sweet.

I visited this place for a quick work lunch. It's what you expect from a strip mall Chinese restaurant. Nothing to write home about if you wandered here from the airport but overall satisfying. The fried rice doesn't really carry a flavor and they use those heavy sauces they cover up poorly prepared meats or overcooked vegetables. I did enjoy my hot and sour soup, however. I'll be back since it's so close to work but this would not be my go-to Chinese restaurant nor would I invite others to join in and dine with me here.

There are a good amount of negative reviews on here, but I was pleased with the food. When going to this type of restaurant, you're not going to get PF Chang type quality - one must manage one's expectations. So, that being said, I'm confident that this place is tasty when you set your expectations for that of a strip mall chinese joint. The hubs and I shared mongolian beef and I really liked it. I also enjoyed egg drop soup and the hubs was pleased with his egg roll. Service wasn't great - definitely was grouchy and didn't bring any water to the table. I'd definitely be happy to order take-out from this place next time we are in the area.

Worst Chinese food I've ever had! I ordered the Gen Tso's chicken and it had no taste what so ever. The food was expensive and cold when it arrived. Do not order!!

I was staying at a hotel by the airport and ordered this for a Friday night meal. The person taking my order sounded pretty disinterested, but the wait was short (20 minutes). Food itself was passable. I had the Shrimp Pad Thai; some of the shrimp was overdone and the sauce was too sweet for my tastes (but I'm not a big sweet person). But otherwise okay. I wish they sent me a full size fork instead of this 2.5 in appetizer fork. And c'mon: how can a place called fortune not give me a fortune cookie!?!?!

The only thing good about this place is the location (convenient for airport hotels). Food was not good (how can you mess up an egg roll?), staff was grouchy, and the place did not look very clean.

Ok. Typical Americanized Chinese food. Seem to use cheap ingredients. Service quick but not that friendly.

Generous portions of tasty Chinese food. Good value for the price.
