Best pancakes ever, best greek salad dressing and best... everything! I love the Greek/American food mix here. My family has been going to this restaurant forever and we always go back out of tradition whenever I visit. After they updated the interior years ago, it looks 10x more fabulous. The same people have been working here forever, so I know the newer employees are getting great training! Can't wait to visit you again, RFR! One of these days I'll convince you to let me bring a bottle in to fill up with the greek dressing to take home. ;)

We want to like this place... really we do! I really do my best to support local businesses, but there is very little we have tried and liked here. The staff is great! The atmosphere is also nice. But the food quality is average. Expect canned/processed foods. The wraps are good, but everything else we have tried has been a little disappointing. I'm sorry, I wish it were better.

To a lot of the kids, it's still known as RFD, before they switched from diner to restaurant. This is the spot. The food is cheap and doesn't disappoint. I always try to make it here at least once when visiting from school.

Fun little family owned restaurant. Friendly staff focused on cheap prices and good food. Great selection on foods, from breakfasts to burgers to sandwiches. Only thing I believe could be better is the soup selection shouldn't be based upon daily choices and the side salads could be better. Besides that a great affordable place to go out with family and friends.

This is a great place to eat! The owners are always there and work VERY hard. The food is good and you get a lot for what you pay. I love the variety they serve. The staff is very kind and the service is always fast and efficient.

Went here today for the first time. it was just after 11am and the waitress allowed us to get the morning special pricing that ended at 11. A great cozy restaurant, with great prices.

Yeah the food here is pretty good, they are good at heating up Gordon Food Service products(literally I've seen the boxes). The service is pretty slow, you will probably wait about ten minutes before you see your server and will probably only see your server twice during your entire visit. It's at a good location which is why it's pretty busy but they are good at turning tables. I'd rather go to Marcus Grill on Van Dyke between 25&26 but this place is alright too.

This family style restaurant is clean with up to date decor. The prices are very reasonable. The food is great. More homemade than your typical family dining. I was here for breakfast and we tried the oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon and browns. It was all fresh and fast. The service was friendly and fast. They don't just assume you want coffee either, they ask permission first. Speaking of the coffee, nice & strong.

Very popular "after church" breakfast resturant. Pancakes have a flavour you wont get anywhere(possibly nutmeg). There the best. If your hungry get the house special. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, ham, pineapple, toast, and lots of hashbrowns. If thats not enough get it plus with and extra egg bacon and sausage. For dinner the burgers are decent and the gyro is as go as anywhere outside of greektown. Good food, great prices, quick, friendly service

I came here with my father one afternoon for a late lunch. I'd driven by it multiple times, but never thought to eat there. The outside isn't appealing, however the inside is newly remodeled. They have nice booths and table seating. Service was great and our meals came out quickly, which was a plus because we were starving! My meal was great. I was surprised and thoroughly impressed with the experience.

We were in Romeo for the afternoon and needed something nearby and quick. We stumbled upon this place. Visually, it's your average family restaurant. The service was good and there were no issues whatsoever. The food was much better than we thought. I had a burger and to my surprise it was juicy, tasty and cooked exactly the way I asked. Romeo's lucky to have such a nice little place with good food! I'd definitely eat there again if I'm in the area.

This is a great spot for families. They have a variety of items on the menu to suite everyone. The salads are great, breakfast is always good anytime of the day, kids meals are reasonably priced. It's clean and accommodating to families with little kids. We have never had a bad meal or service here.

Well, my wife and I came back a couple more times since my first review. I noticed they had liver and onions, which I ordered. It was simply awesome! I've had it twice now, and both times consistent and perfect. Just a great family restaurant! On the negative side, my wife's hamburger meal was only "average". Nothing special. I think at this place you need to order something other than a hamburger, as that is not their specialty as with some other establishments. We were there for an early lunch, and saw plenty of great looking breakfast plates pass by. That is next! Overall, I continue to give this establishment high marks. There food is high quality, the environment seems really clean, the service exceeds my expectations, and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to my 4th visit, this time for breakfast! More to come!

Been coming here for years!!! The best breakfast in town! Lunch and dinner are great too. They have a wide variety to chose from. Service is top notch! Highly recommend!
